The tacos are delicious with great seasoning and flavor from the meats. Only gripe is the tortillas did fall apart due to the liquid from the meats. So eating was a bit messy. But it won't disrupt the taste profiles, that's for sure. Also had that green salsa with it which is a nice touch. After grabbing another round of beers in the brewery, we smelled fries from the truck's fryer so immediately we ordered the Cali Fries w/ AlPastor. OMG, these were absolute bomb! Plenty of meat and queso and that aioli drizzle on top, we couldn't stop eating them even though we were getting full as each bite seemed to be better than the previous one. Definitely our favorite item and one of the better loaded fries dish I've had! Food comes out fairly quickly and the people who own the truck are cool and laid back. Why would you make the only real advertising you have for your business unavailable to the public? Overall if you're from the valley, don't come here. It's nothing like home.
