She listened to my concerns and even offered a refund, which I declined because I appreciated how she addressed the issue. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized my order was missing the seafood salad that I had paid for. I called the next morning, and Nancy was very polite over the phone. She apologized, asked me to come back for the missing item, and even offered an additional item for the inconvenience. However, my experience completely changed when I returned to the restaurant. Again, I wasn't acknowledged upon entering. When I asked for Nancy, she silently handed me seafood salad without saying a word. I decided to request a refund instead because I had already made a second trip to correct the restaurant's mistake. I was told only the owner could issue refunds. As I tried to discuss the situation, another employee inserted himself into the conversation in an aggressive manner, repeatedly interrupting me while I calmly stated that I simply wanted a refund. I even requested a copy of my original receipt since I was never given one when I paid, but that request was refused. Instead of working toward a resolution, I was told the police would be called. The most frustrating part is that none of this would have happened if my order had been prepared correctly the first time. Mistakes happen, but how a business responds to those mistakes is what matters. Unfortunately, I left feeling ignored, disrespected, and intimidated over a reasonable request. I hope ownership reviews its customer service practices, employee professionalism, and food handling procedures because no customer should have this kind of experience trying to resolve a mistake made by the restaurant.
