What a wonderful brunch experience! I came here one a Sunday for a solo brunch and had a great time. I made a reservation via the phone and was accommodated for right on time (seated right away). Once seated, I ordered the unlimited mango mimosas (brunch speciality). For my appetizer, I went with the Fried Calamari which was a 15/10. I love when Calamari is crispy instead of chewy. For my entrée, I had the Steak and Eggs (scrambled with cheddar cheese) served Medium Well. My sides were home fries and bacon. I literally enjoyed every bite of my meal. I finished my entire pitcher of mimosa. My server was very attentive and earned a tip on top of the mandatory gratuity. I will definitely return here for brunch and dinner in the future. read more

Patrick Steakhouse has been in my saves for a minute. An online post about happy hour specials for St. Patrick's Day bought me and a friend in yesterday. It was nearly empty when we arrived after 530PM. We sat at the bar and we were served by a bartender who gave off a vibe that he would rather be anywhere but behind the bar, making drinks. To get things off to a shaky start, the "Shamrock Mimosa" which sounded so tasty and fun, wasn't available. The explanation we were given about why, is just too confusing to explain in this review. I ordered two Margaritas with a shot of tequila on the side. The shot was perfect. The cocktails tasted as watered down as I would expect at any happy hour. Next, I ordered chipotle wings from the happy hour menu. They weren't dry rub as my friend and I hoped they would be. These wings were very saucy and really bland. We knocked back our drinks and ate what we could of the wings in a rush, so that we could find someplace else to go. If I do go back to Patrick's, it's gonna be for the brunch that I've heard so many great things about. Happy hour though is a NO! read more

Celebrated a birthday at Patrick's Steakhouse, and the experience was worth writing about. Our visit was on Sunday at 5 pm, which was not a busy time to have dinner at Patrick's. The steakhouse is a welcome place to enjoy a meal, whether alone or with a group. There are indoor and outdoor areas, insulated, with a sunroof that is heated for cold weather and would be cool in the summer. The restaurant is Instagram-ready, with areas for selfies and a live DJ. The music was enjoyable but a little loud for my four-year-old nephew, so I placed a tissue in his ears to muffle the sound. The waiter was polite and attentive to our request, and our drinks, appetizers, and main course were delivered on time. I am not a fan of Steak, but the Steak fried rice was tasty and well-seasoned. The Skirt Steak was juicy and chewy. Overall, Patrick's Steakhouse is an excellent place for a special occasion or a date night dinner for one or two. Came on a Sunday evening at 7pm for two and were seated right away. We got the brunch specialty which included the unlimited mimosa. We tried the mango and guava both tasted like 80% juice and very little alcohol so beware of the sweetness. - Chicken & Waffles: the chicken thigh was dry, hard, and flavorless. Had to ask for hot sauce to supplement the flavor - Prime NY Strip: under seasoned or unseasoned may I say. We had to ask for salt and pepper. To call themselves a steakhouse, this was disappointing There was a professional photographer that came around to tables and randomly asked us if we wanted to take pictures and we did since it seemed harmless. Towards the end, when we were ready to leave, she comes around with four of our pictures in frames and asked us if we wanted to purchase it. It was $20 for a mediocre picture and frame, robbery! We bought one of the pictures cause she seemed earnest. It was an odd experience to say the least. The positive part of our dinner was our waitress was attentive even though she was busy with other customers. The place is definitely a vibe if you like loud music since you can hear it wherever you are in the restaurant. However, food wise, it was a let down. read more

You won't be disappointed. They have a DJ on weekend brunches and for special holiday events. People rent their space for gatherings as well. And it's also a Black owned business. Her name was put on the prefix menu we chose which gave a choice of appetizer and main entree. I had their lump crab cakes with the curry lamb chops. The crab cakes were awesome, nice size with spice. Lamb chops were juicy and cooked to a nice medium well. The rice had no flavor at all and the vegetables taste like oil. I visited this restaurant on a Saturday for a 5pm dinner reservation. I arrived a little early and sat at the bar. Upon entry the hostess was not welcoming or inviting at all. I guess her shift was about to end and her mood lacked friendliness which in the service and hospitality industry is a quality necessary. Needless to say the best thing about this restaurant was the bartender Francisco who was friendly and made an excellent cosmo and the DJ. The music here is on point. Once me and my 3 other guests sat at the table, the server came right away and introduced herself. But that was the last of the prompt and attentive service. It was not crowded. There were only 2 other tables occupied. She came back 10 minutes later took our drink and appetizer orders. Once she came back with the drinks we put in our dinner order. However once we received all of our food the server disappeared. We needed napkins, extra sauce and we did want more drinks but because she went MIA we opted not to. The food was ok. The appetizers were good except the octopus. It was overcooked and rubbery. Chicken wings were good and flavorful as well as the calamari. I didn't taste the crab cake but my guest said it was ok. The steak and lamb chop temperatures were all wrong. Lamb chops were supposed to be medium they came well done. Still tender and good but not what was asked for. The steaks were also all well done. We asked for this medium well. The Mac and cheese, mashed potatoes and asparagus were all delicious. When it was time to go to ask for take out containers and the check, that was a whole 15-20 min process. We had to ask another server to assist us because again our server was too busy engaged in conversation with other workers. Overall, I want to try the brunch. I hear that is the best experience. Hopefully with a different server. But outside of brunch, I am ok with not returning. And as far as recommendations I say try it for yourself. read more

The backyard dining was really nice, but the dj was also stationed back there and the music was a tad loud. One other observation, this establishment emulated fine dining in a Caribbean neighborhood. The Dj had on shorts and sneaks... not fitting for the ambiance. Other than that, he played well, just a little too loud for dinner music. The menu was curated for us, with choices of chicken, lamb, and steak. I had the steak, which was great. But the lamb had awesome reviews. Hence I will be back to try the lamb. I forget what it was called, but I believe it was a mix of a frozen margarita and a frozen sangria. Whatever it was, it was bomb and on the stronger side, although it was fruit forward. We were seated outside in the back. It was hotttt back there, which made it a tad bit uncomfortable. There was a DJ playing some afrobeats, dancehall and top 40. The vibes were vibing! We opted for the bottomless mimosas and got the chicken and waffles and the salmon and waffles as our entrees. Both were really yummy. I loved my salmon, which was cooked to perfection! My uncle suggested Patrick's Steakhouse at the last moment to celebrate mom's birthday, and since it was local and the rainy weather. I canceled our previous reservation at a steakhouse in the city. Great choice, the food was excellent. I ordered the shrimp and grits from the brunch menu and a pineapple mojito. The grits with the sauce were very flavorful and tasty, along with the shrimp. Just a little salt was needed for the grits by itself. Man, the mojito was great and strong. My cousin Andrea had the arugula salad and the lobster Mac and cheese. I tasted both, and that's one of the best salads I've tasted. The lobster Mac n cheese is the bomb. My uncle buzzy had the steak and eggs, which he loved. He's been here before, and that is why he suggested the location. I tried his steak, and it was very good and seasoned. My mom's had the steak and lobster with the baked potato and Ceasar salad. The ceasar salad was good as well, and her steak, which I tried. Overall, it was great tasting food and drinks with good music. My only criticism would be looking for our server, who was very polite and nice. However, once we ordered, we didn't see her until food came out and had to ask other servers for additional items as needed. The host at the door was a major help in providing service for us when we needed, much props to him for his kindness and attentiveness. I would definitely visit this establishment again. Patrick Steakhouse serves up a large variety of steak cuts at a reasonable price! All their steaks come with 2 sides and 1 sauce. We got the ribeye with creamed spinach, fries and their homemade Asian steak sauce. We loved the cream spinach and Asian steak sauce, while the French fries were average. They had about 5-6 sauces to choose from and all sounded great, so will certainly try some others the next time I come. The crispy chicken wings were still very crispy even though they were coated a great pineapple barbecue sauce on it. However, they are a bit pricey at $14 for only 5-6 wings. Lastly, the cocktails were hit or miss. The grenade was way too sweet, while the Tropic was a smooth and strong drink. On their website it says they have a happy hour daily until 7PM however we got there at 6:30 or so on a Friday and they said they did not have any deals. They possibly only have it Monday to Thursday? This places has great vibes, beautiful artwork in the back and seemed to have some entertainment in the evenings. I will definitely be back! read more

This steakhouse is New to the neighborhood so i decided to support a local buissness. The steakhouse is cute with great ambience. From the classic steahouse feel inside to the chill atmosphere in the back yard. It has the potential to be a real local gem. We ordered the cesar salad and crab cakes for starters. The crab cakes had a beautiful sauce and pickled cucumbers. The salad however was lackluster. No Parm and the dressing tasted store brought. While in rome...you order steak! We tried the skirt steak and the NY strip both steaks were delicious and paired with garlic butter. The sides to it were lukewarm in temperature but they were tasty as well. Overall, we had a great time and patrons were enjoying themsrlves. I will try again and even check out their brunch. Glad I went to support this black-owned business last night. It was a party of 1 but I still enjoyed myself. The place is clean, nice and beautiful. I loved the vibes of great music from hip-hop to CARRIBEAN I started off at the bar with a frozen mango margarita. It was nice and refreshing but it could have used a little more alcohol. The bar was well stocked though. Also when I arrived around 5 it was pretty empty but they were preparing for a private dinner set up in their backyard dining area. I dined at a table that I loved was nice and clean and the candle less candles made for great ambiance. Also the utensils and cloth napkins were wrapped in plastic which I loved so as to reduce contamination I guess. Now I really want to give you all 3.5 stars because at the beginning I had to flag someone down to take my order. But eventually I had a very attentive server that took my order and gave me great suggestions. I ordered a ribeye without the bone cooked medium well and it came with 1 vegetable side and 1 potato side. I chose the broccoli rabe and rosemary potato fingerling. All of it was delicious. The broccoli rabe was perfectly done not too wilted but not too firm and sautéed perfectly with garlic and the potatoes were done well also. The steak was extremely good and the garlic sauce that was recommended went well with it. Of course I couldn't finish it all but I also wanted to savor it for the next day. I almost forgot the crab cakes were delicious especially the sauce and the presentation My server checked on me just enough not to hover. I appreciate that. The waitstaff seemed young but very friendly. I like that. Also the bathroom was clean and tidy. I also appreciate that there was also a handicapped restroom.
