A friend and I stopped by for brunch and everything was delicious. We had the lamb burger with…read morefries, the french onion soup with a side of bread and sweet potato fries and a crème brûlée for dessert. For drinks we had the tropical mimosa experience. It's definitely a cute little spot with a nice ambiance. The waiter was attentive so I have no complaints. I definitely recommend.

Two starts only because the server was kind and new. I honestly don't know how this place has good…read morereviews because this was one of the worst meals I've paid for in a long time. We went on Tuesday for the all-you-can-eat mussels special, and the mussels were horrible. They were overcooked, mushy, and had no flavor whatsoever. The "broth" tasted like someone chopped up tomatoes, herbs, a little garlic and onion, threw it in water, and called it a day. There wasn't even any salt to give it any flavor. We ordered both the classic tomato broth and the coconut curry, and somehow they both tasted equally bland. The coconut curry barely tasted like curry at all. We ended up eating the fries just to make the meal somewhat bearable. Because it was an all-you-can-eat special, I told our server that the mussels were incredibly bland and asked if we could take the second serving home so we could season them ourselves. He agreed and put in the order. Since he told us that was fine, we forced ourselves through what we had, ordered dessert, and waited for the second serving to go. When the second order arrived, we asked for to-go boxes. That's when a manager came over and told us we couldn't take anything from the all-you-can-eat special home. Fine, but why wasn't that explained before? We didn't even order from a menu. We came in because of the sign outside advertising the special. Then she had the nerve to tell us that if we had an issue with the food, we should have said something. We DID. That's literally why our server ordered us another serving to go and iexplained this to her. At that point we asked if they could at least remake the mussels with some seasoning. I specifically said they tasted like they had been boiled in water and needed a lot flavor, even if it was only salt. They brought them back, and absolutely nothing had changed. Still bland. Still flavorless. Still no culinary intent. Our server seemed new and was genuinely nice, so this isn't a complaint about him. The problem is the kitchen and the manager's response. Charging $115 for this meal is outrageous. Nearly $70 of our bill was for mussels that were practically impossible to enjoy. If you can't season mussels, don't make them the centerpiece of a weekly special. Save your money and go to BKB on Macon Street instead. Their mussels actually have flavor, and you'll leave feeling like your money was well spent instead of wondering how you just spent over $100 on tap water boiled seafood.

If you visit in the winter, ask for a table not by the windows! I noshed on the oyster Rockefeller. Savory and deelish. My only complaint, oysters could've been bigger for the price paid. You got 4 btw. I also sipped on a nice dirty martini. No complaints there. Service was pretty quick but, somewhat forgetful. I'd probably stop in again to try other food items. SYOY!

Already off to a bad start. The restaurant is dark and loud. I came alone, so I was fine, but if having a conversation over dinner is a priority, then you may want to skip this place. It's also very dark. The raw oysters were fresh and prepared perfectly. The charbroiled oysters were good, but not great. The french fries were crunchy and fresh. The side salad was so disappointing. It was spring mix, onions, and salad dressing. That's it. No carrots, tomatoes, olives, or any vegetable with some color. It's almost as if they just tossed it together last minute. I had two waiters within the course of the night. Everything felt all over the place. I went on a Saturday night, and it felt like they were rushing me out even though they don't close until 10:30 pm. Overall, I was disappointed, and I probably won't be back.
