Leave the lamb in the background! And get "close up" with their addictive S&S chicken.
Joanne Z.

First time at a Cho-Sen eatery in maybe 20 years. I'd remembered how good the veal-filled dumplings were. Well as you can see from the pic, the ratio of veal to the too-thick dough was about 20%-80%. Rubbery thick dough went out in the 90's. Doesn't everyone prefer delicate dough on their wontons and dumplings? No? Okay, I'll just speak for myself then. The highlight were the crispy, thin wafer-like "soup" noodles. Best I've ever had! Another "best I ever had" was the Sweet & Sour chicken. My dining companions and I were blown away by these pillows of perfection, with the best tasting chicken. The lamb house special was just ok. Personally I prefer plain lamb chops or Indian-restaurant lamb, if you're talking ethnic. The eggplant in garlic sauce was drowning in the sauce which took away from the dish. Do I recommend this place? Absolutely.

Kosher yes -- good no so sorry Chosen you have the Kosher folks but sadly not me nice to become Kosher for Passover but really 29 for pepper steak on a paper plate? I had the veggie plate it was ok nothing special oh and you could not spare a slice of watermelon for my daughter? yes we saw the big fruit platters given the large groups eating, sure tell us it was from their houses, BUT we saw the fruits on the counter and the platters of slices why lie to us? give my kid a slice we would have left a lot happier We have been here not during Passover days average food

LEMON CHICKEN - VERY CRISPY- MY SISTER'S CHOICE
Correy K.

It's busy with the neighborhood enjoying their food. For me it was to greasy. The menu has a special for $25 that gets you soup, choice of fried chicken or egg roll, dessert (we had watermelon and berry sherbet) a container of tea and water is placed on the table. This is limited to certain dinner entries. Otherwise get a platter of food ranging from $21 up. The menu has a selection of fish, chicken, beef and veggies. Reservations are suggested. There is a small dining area that tries hard to serve the crowd. There is a room upstairs to accommodate the over flow or used for private parties. The waiting area is small and for some reason a plant is there taking up room. My sister had her engagement party at Chosen and now married 25 years and still dining there. The menu has "Chosen" selections of Chinese food. They will freeze it for travel.

Good food and service. For a family restaurant they need a changing table in the bathroom.

Probably the best Kosher Chinese restaurant since he legendary Moshe Peking (some of the MP staff actually work at Chosen!) and it's right here in the Five Towns.

I never do reviews but this felt necessary…read more I waited on a long line and finally ordered. I had 2 smoothies on me, and began to drink it while waiting for my order. A guy with dark complexion behind the counter told me I had to drink it outside, so I finished my drink outside. I came back in, and he passive aggressively told me I had to wait outside with the other smoothie I had. I told him that I ordered food and I'm waiting for it, and a girl behind the counter actually explained it without being condescending and angry like the other dude. The guy keeps on going about it, and points to a sign outside, and gives me this passive aggressive expression like I should know better, like he's expecting me to know their religious rules, but he never explained anything... I then said, how, if he just explained it in the first place that it's part of their religion, like the girl did (with respect, mind you), but instead you don't, and to anyone else, coming off unreasonable and forcing an actual customer to wait outside for food, after already waiting for 20 minutes, that was already PAID for, it would've been dealt with properly . I walk outside holding my smoothie, only to decide seconds later I'm going to cancel the order and head out, as I've been there for 20 minutes. I come back in to cancel the order and while the same lady is cancelling it, the same guy has the nerve and audacity to whine about me coming in with a drink to cancel my transaction and leave! I told him how are you gonna tell me to leave my drink outside when I'm coming in to cancel the order and leave!? I'm already here! I couldn't even give the food a chance. Worst 20 minutes of my lunchtime wasted. Point is, I never had an issue with their rules. The way this guy went about this was so unfriendly, no respect, no explanation. The lady next to him was very kind and informative to the situation. This wouldnt have went south if he interacted with me like I was a normal human being.

Uber eats date: December 21, 2017…read more After having a failed order from uber eats because the place I choose to order from did not have eggs after it stated that they did have eggs I chose to order from wok tov for dinner. It was decent but not very great. I had the avocado roll for sushi and the roll fell apart as I was eating it but I'm not much of a rice person so I didn't mind not eating the rice that fell off the roll. I didn't have a choice not to include rice with my dinner so I had a whole bunch of white rice to throw outside for the animals to eat after I was done with my food. My homestyle tofu was plain and tasteless, I wish there was more flavor to it. The eggdrop soup was good but you really can't mess that up much. So I'm not sure I'd order from here again it was just alright.

Some places are just so good they become your go to place when returning to a town you have since…read moremoved away from! Last night was one of those times! Its been a few years since I last ate at Little Fu's but I was happy to see that everything pretty much stayed the same! I love the ambiance!! Not a fancy restaurant and it doesn't have to be! But, you look around and the decor is perfect, authentic, and sets the mood for a great Chinese dinner! The menu is extensive offering Chinese, Vegetarian and Japanese dishes. Its huge, not really a menu, more like a book! The service is always friendly, attentive and accomodating. Our waitress came back to our table several times to ask if there anything else we needed! I was with my husband and it was getting late so we ordered simple and split all! Fried Dumplings and Boneless Spare Ribs appetizers, Rice Wine Shrimp for the main dish! NOTE - The menu lists this dish under Chefs Specialties as Rice Wine Chicken! They will prepare it with Shrimp but you have to ask as Rice Wine Shrimp is not on the menu! Dumplings - probably the best you'll ever have. Big, completely filled with a very flavorful meat, and perfectly fried. Boneless Spare Ribs - delicious, cooked perfectly and flavorful. Pretty large portion and none left! Need I say more?? Rice Wine Shrimp - very flavorful and served with jumbo Shrimp! You can choose whatever vegetables you would like included. You may not think this goes with the dish but get them anyway, trust me, it does! Onions!!!! Also ask for extra sauce! I was a regular at Little Fu's when I lived in the area! The food is so incredibly fresh and flavorful! I tried many other Chinese restaurants throughout the years but Little Fu's I will always return to when I'm in the area, it's that good!
