I didn't have a choice not to include rice with my dinner so I had a whole bunch of white rice to throw outside for the animals to eat after I was done with my food. She aggressively told me she only charged me 10% (as if that was legal or any better). There is no reason for a customer to be treated disrespectfully for asking a simple question about their bill. The issue wasn't the money--it was the lack of disclosure and the dismissive response when I asked a simple question about my bill. Customers deserve transparency regarding pricing and to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Sadly, this experience left a very negative impression and will make me think twice before returning.
