I've been searching for a new Chinese restaurant for a while now. My family and I have been ordering from other places, but haven't found one that we really loved. We ordered from Chow Wok for the first time last night and I think we've found THE spot! We all ordered different entrees, and everything was delicious. I like that there is the choice of rice OR noodles for a side. The Mongolian beef with a side of lo mein noodles were perfect. My fiancé had the kung pao shrimp and scallops, and said the scallops actually tasted fresh. The egg rolls were perfectly crispy. The portion sizes are generous as well (I had my leftovers for lunch today). Everything was great! read more

Let me start by saying the service was great. The two stars are only for the food quality. I ordered beef lo mein and pork egg rolls. The lo mein was not flavorful and the beef was tough, unseasoned, and had this gross gray color. The egg rolls were okay, but nothing spectacular. The meal overall just didn't seem fresh. This has become our go-to Chinese in the neighborhood. The food is made to order, fresh and they use quality ingredients! I like that they offer so many side items that can be ordered a la carte to make a light meal if you are not hungry enough for one of the combos. My fave is the sesame chicken combo with the hot and sour soup - it is so good!! In addition to the great food, the owner is super hands-on and very personable. I came for lunch ordered pepper steak to go restaurant is small be prepared to stand there is no sitting for to go orders. Pepper steak was average but sauce way to sweet for me I ordered mine with fried rice which was awful. Surprised that rice was cold like just out the fridge cold ugh especially during lunch time rush come on people. Meat was hot but had a weird texture that made it kinda of chewy. Chicken egg roll does come with lunch special but again just average egg roll no need to rush and check out this place in my opinion. I definitely want be going back. read more

1st visit, left me in awe. i ordered the lunch special, it includes meat, rice, egg roll and a drink for $6.22 (this is the price w/ tax). food was very fresh, and the service was fast. since my first visit, i've been back 3-5 times, each time i experiences great service. however i would say to pay attention to the car machine, it automatically includes a $2 tip so you have to select, no tip, if that's your preference. other than that, i would definitely recommend visiting this eatery. read more
