Our family moved from out of state while my daughter had started her braces treatment. Dr. Eli came highly recommended from many people, including our ortho that we were leaving. From the first visit to the last, Dr. Eli, Linda, and his entire staff that we worked with were so amazing. Working with the braces my daughter had on, even though there was something about different sizing of something (this was 2 yrs go, I don't remember it all lol) But the message is we didn't have to start over. Linda went over our plan with us and got us all set up with our consolation and insurance. My daughter saw Dr. Eli for her braces. She had a wonderful experience. Dr. Eli is very good, professional, and knowledgeable. We went to three places for estimates before visiting Dr. Eli. He was not on the recommended list from my dentist, but he is now. Dr. Eli answered all of my questions and was very easy to talk to at that initial appointment. He has pictures of his patients on the wall and my daughter recognized many of her friends. This was another reason why we went with him. My daughter really liked him a lot! Dr. Eli and his staff are incredible. After being told by our orthodontist that my daughter couldn't get her braces until she lost her last baby tooth, probably high school, we went for a 2nd opinion with Dr. Eli. He immediately told us that her baby tooth wasn't going to come out because of where the permanent tooth was aligned and recommended we have it pulled. We did and the permanent tooth came right in. Our daughter was able to get braces put in early during 7th grade and just had them removed this week, a week before 8th grade graduation. Her smile and bite look amazing! I really love Dr. Eli and everybody that works for him they are all very nice and understanding and very patient with everyone.

We have been to three different orthodontists to get an opinion about my 9 year old needing a phase one treatment and expander. While I get that they need to have a reward system to make the experience exciting for the kids and make them want to keep coming back while the treatment takes more than a year -- the other two we went to had a LOT of selling on toys and treats for the kids -- and well, when you are asking me to drop $4000-$3000 on the treatment, I want to be sold on the treatment, not on the toys. I can buy my own movie tickets, thank you, I don't need to get them from my ortho. That being said, Dr. Eli's staff was highly efficient and friendly and got us into an appointment fast. When we got there, we were in an office with an evaluation with Dr. Eli within minutes - and while the other two orthos showed me beautiful photos of my kid during the consultation -- Dr. Eli performed the examination of my son right in front of me and I could hear all his comments up close and personal. And then he sat down and gave me his professional opinion -- which ironically was the same as the other two -- however he didn't offer expanders with the US flag or a watermelon design on it ( it's in my kids mouth, I'm not going to be staring at it on my wall) or he didn't push more expensive clear braces ( and truthfully, the colored rubber bands are the most exciting part to my kid). And in the end, Dr. Eli's treatment was considerably more affordable with a financial plan that would work for our limited budget. Just looking around the office, I immediately saw at least 5 families that we knew -- and I know maybe 20 families that have their kids treated there. We signed up and my son is getting his braces in two weeks. I am confident we made the right choice! Updates in a few weeks! read more
