I'm wondering if a lot of these were for a different location and people just unloaded on this location. Or, maybe this was just a horrible location at one point. I have no idea, because my experience here was a decent one and I did not see any of what was portrayed in other reviews. First, let's address the elephant in the room. The location itself. A lot of people glossed over this. This location is part of a truck stop, not a stand alone location. So in the one review when the person stated they were standing in the lobby, were they outside the restaurant or in the convenience store that was connected via a hallway? Like, that doesn't make sense. There is a lot going on here, but no lobby. When I showed up, I had my nephew with me. We ordered via the kiosk and found a seat to settle in. Shortly after our food showed up. The staff were super nice here. Each interaction had in this place was followed by a "have a nice day." The staff were working in harmony by handling the inside and drive thru at the same time. As far as the food, nothing was burnt, nothing was wrong, nothing was undercooked, nothing was out of sorts. My nephew and I sat there and enjoyed our meal while the world carried on around us. Again, I have no idea how this place has so many negative reviews. I'm still leaning on that idea that people are reviewing the wrong location under this link.
