Fast forward to the new owner Joe. My wife brought her car there and Joe gave her an estimate of $400.00 so she brought it somewhere else and they did it for a hundred bucks. This is the most dishonest repair shop I've ever been to. I brought my car there for two things…read more One, to get an inspection, and two, to have a trailer hitch installed but instead they took it upon themselves to do a number of other things without my approval racking up a bill of about $2,500 that should have been less than $200.00. It's called padding and it's not unusual. I might have considered doing it had they called me and let me know but they didn't and in fact I would not have done it since the car probably isn't worth that much, and on top of it, the women at the front desk was extremely rude, arrogant and self-righteous. The following morning at 7:45 a.m. I went to drop the staff some donuts and I was asked if I was there to pick up my car. I could not believe it was finished. A bolt was never replaced on my steering column by the dealership when they replaced my engine. I was an accident waiting to happen. They fix that, brakes, oil change and inspection for a very reasonable price. I am very impressed, and they have a customer for life. Straight shooters, honest and professional.

Do you like to be screamed at when you purchase goods and services?
