We were looking for a burger, and turns out this smash burger place really is smashing! Location wise, it's not somewhere I'd necessarily go back to, the area is a bit chaotic but the food was good. Good for a pick up. I especially liked that they make you choose between two alternatives: Eddy's or Chris's. I found that entertaining. We went with Eddy's way since I don't need a lot of things on my burger, and I really like grilled onions on a burger. It was pretty good and definitely hit the spot. The one thing I wasn't a fan of was the fries. They tasted like the pickled peppers, and even my friend's burger bun picked up that flavor. Since the pickled peppers have such a distinct juice, I think it would have been better to serve them separately rather than having everything packed together. The staff were very helpful, offered us a replacement bun. Overall though, it was a good burger! The restaurant itself has a bunch of neon and graffiti style art on the walls, which definitely gives it a very Hollywood bar feel.

I'm always on the lookout for a great smash burger, and Chris N Eddy's definitely delivered. The burger had that perfect combination of crispy edges, juicy beef, and a bun that was every bit as impressive as the burger itself. Everything tasted fresh, well balanced, and made with real attention to detail, even though it's a casual, fast food-style spot. The friendly service made the experience even better, and it was clear the staff cared about putting out a quality meal. If I'm back in Hollywood and craving a great burger, this will absolutely be one of my first stops.

Yes, it's in a strip mall and yes, it's in a weird location on Sunset but what I've been hearing about these burgers is totally right. These burgers are awesome! They are 100% on par with the burgers from For the Win and Burgers Never Say Die. They're just cheaper and you get them faster.

This company has been spamming the ads on my insta feed so I figured I'd check it out with the family while in the area. The menu is simple. Sliders, fries, and shakes. There's a Chris way and Eddy's way. Everything was solid. I'd say this place is about a 4.5 / 5. Not perfect and pretty limited options. However it's to the point... great food / service. Instagram ad success.

The parties here are very thin and super greasy. The fries remind me of McDonald's fries. The sliders were good but I think there are better options for something similar. These would be good after a night out.

I've heard so much about Chris N Eddy's and finally got the chance to try it. Their burgers are more like sliders, so you definitely should get 2. Taste wise, it's really good. Kind of reminds me of In N Out especially with the sauce. Their loaded fries are literally In N Out animal fries but better. Chris N Eddys is open hella late. This is definitely one of the better late night spots in LA.

Absolutely amazing service. They are really friendly. Not much of a wait. The decor is interesting not really my vibe. I was surprised how good the burgers are. I tried a Chris and an eddy. Both were really good. They're pretty decent sizes to be sliders too. Fries are just okay.

I came here after not coming here for a long time and grabbed a slider and a milk shake. I love the ambiance here because you have so much going on as far as the decor goes, and they even have a basketball hoop you can shoot at to potentially win stuff. The milkshake with strawberry and vanilla just hit all the right spots. It was made extremely well. The slider, I'm not sure why they call it a slider, because it's basically the size of a regular burger, is really big for a slider and has a smash burger in it. I love how all the flavors blend together in these burgers and how they give you extra sauce as well. I think this is a really solid place to get a smash burger. The service here is always great. Everyone is super helpful and attentive. Definitely worth eating here.

They got rid of the Chris cut fries and have crinkle fries now which is my only negative comment. Sliders are good and the loaded fries are like their version of animal style. The sliders with the lettuce and tomato are the better option but both Chris or eddys way are good. Worth a try if in Hollywood

Burger was good . Fries were mediocre I definitely need to try this in store . I'm not huge on smash burgers but I've been trying to give them a chance . I wasn't aware it was smashed still I received it . I did order thru DoorDash so I can't judge it to hard . But it didn't disappoint. Even though it took its time to arrive and I had to wait at least 15 min to enjoy it . So hopefully fresh it does its justice . Can't wait to try it properly .

Very cool, clean restaurant. Service was great, very friendly and helpful. These are sliders so if you can eat, we recommend the 2 slider meal. True smash burgers with beautiful lace, expertly seasoned. Get them Eddy's way with grilled onions. Delightful. $5 thick milkshakes topped us off nicely.

Oh my lanta, the best burger experience we have had in a longggg time :) We have found our new late-night/ anytime burger spot! So amazinggggg. First of all, great customer service. Friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in the door. Major plus. The food was a 20/10. I got the sliders with the inside-out bun. My bf and his friend got the original slider with all the fixings. The fries were fire. Cooked perfectly with the perfect amount of seasonings. Their sauce was insane... kind of like In-N-Out but better! I love that they are open late. It's hard to find good food. They are open til 1 am. You never need to settle for Jack in the Box again! The only thing I would say is the sliders are a little small, but that's okay, just get the two-slider combo. I went back for another slider and an original slider for my bf and his friend to split. Manny dropped off our burgers with some fresh fries on the house. We were so grateful and pleasantly surprised. We left fully satisfied and happy! We will definitely be regulars and be happy to spread the word. It is also super cute and clean. Please do yourself a favor and try this place! You will not be disappointed!

What are the calories for 1 slider and how much beef is used?

    Hi my friend

Are they sliders or are they full size burgers? Are two enough for a meal with the fries?

some call them sliders some call them burgers 2 will definitely fill you up over 3 ounces of beef in…

Can I order with out cheesy just the meat?

    yes you can

    Is it halal now?

Yes, we have halal meat you can order at the counter.

Do you all offer dine in?

    yes we do

Did you guys discontinue the tater tots 😞?

unfortunately there is a nationwide shortage on tots, and we haven’t been able to find the tots we normally get anywhere. we found some alternatives but they do not taste as good, so for now it’ll only be waffle fries.

What type of oil is used for the fries?

    canola oil

    Is the patty 100% beef?

    100% beef.

    Any vegetarian options?

we make grilled cheese sandwiches, it’s everything we have in the slider except meat.

    Any vegan options?

    unfortunately no

    Is it hallal?

Yes, we have halal meat that you can order at the counter. Just ask for halal meat!

We stopped in on a Sunday around 11:30, no line and very quick service! Finished eating and left around 12:05 so we must've lucked out with no line. We got two double cheese burgers and the loaded fries. The burger had impressively thin patties with a really nice char on the meat skirt, well seasoned, and perfectly crispy. The buns were quite small and a bit smooshed, but they were soft. It came with some fry sauce and pickles as well, overall a good burger. The fries had a good amount of toppings (cheese onions, fry sauce) and were nice and crispy. Kinda wish the onions were slightly more grilled for some extra flavor! Would probably go for plain next time as the loaded fries and burger together had similar flavors The interior has a few benches for seating and single bar type seating around the perimeter - I could see it filling up if there's a big line of people. The Big Mac stays the same. I went to LA to taste, apparently, the best burger in LA at For the Win. I paid $25 for two smash burgers and had high expectations. After all, when you click this joint on Google Maps, a fancy review pops up. Nice! However, when the smash burger entered my cave and caressed my buds, my mind instantly recognized it as a Big Mac. Therefore, my brain could hardly differentiate between a McDonalds burger, and the "best" burger in LA. I haven't eaten at McDonalds in 14 years, but my mind still knew what a gentle and warm face looks like. So overall, it was alright! As the reverend Shane Gillis says "Not Bad". The service was good tho. And the ambiance was a bit weird because the music was off. Haha bye!!!

I'm not going long on this one but I have few things to say. First of all, I had a hard time finding it. No sign on the street. Apple Maps walking mode failed me miserably. It's buried back in a street mall. It's on the ground level. From Broadway, walk in the main entrance of the mall, and it's about halfway in on your left. The sign is subtle, but you'll find it, or just ask someone. That's what I did. It's a small place. A few tables inside and several outside. You'll likely find a place to sit and enjoy your food. I ordered the classic smashed, Amboy style. Very simple burger, and that's how I wanted it. I had it double, because it's just $2 extra. Yes, it's a good burger, but it was really salty. I think it would have been much better with half as much salt. I was super thirsty after I ate it. I had to buy a bottle of water for my ride home. The fries are good and plentiful, and for just $5 that's a great deal! I'm glad I had the burger and wanna' go back and try the non-smashed Slim Thicc burger. I think that one will be money!! I happened to be in the area, and even though I'd already eaten, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to finally drop in. Irv's originally opened in 1946 as Queen's Burgers, located right on Route 66 on Santa Monica Boulevard in WeHo, and was deeply ingrained in LA's historic car culture. In 1970, Irv Genis bought the stand and renamed it Irv's Burgers, and it quickly became a legendary late-night spot for rock icons like Bob Dylan and Jim Morrison. By 2000, Sonia Hong took over, famously hand-drawing doodles on the paper plates alongside her signature slogan, "Just for you." After closing in 2013 and again in 2018, Lawrence Longo partnered with Sonia in 2021 to bring the brand back to life. They've since expanded quite a bit, even opening locations in Malibu and Las Vegas. On a staff recommendation, I ordered Irv's Original Roadside Burger Double ($11.25). Honestly, it was just okay. While a certain amount of grease and salt is expected with a burger, this one crossed the line into being a bit too salty and oily. On the bright side, the sesame bun was excellent, and I loved that they kept Sonia's legacy alive by printing her classic doodles on the tray placemats. While I'm glad Irv's was saved from history and is expanding, the food itself felt pretty so-so. The outdoor tables were also a bit dirty during my visit. I still love that classic roadside burger stand aesthetic with the outdoor stools, but unfortunately, I won't be in a rush to head back.

Waited another 10min, while I saw other people picking up orders, so I checked in again. Same response, not ready yet. Another 10min passed by, now I'm seeeing people who came after me get their orders before me. Asked the staff again for my order status. Finally the 3rd time they responded, they start arguing, apparently my order was done a long time ago, and it was given to someone else. It took 30min to figure out that my order had already been done and given to someone else because there was no communication between the kitchen, order staff or pick up staff. no apology, just got my food after the argument 3minutes later...Food was average, definitely not worth a 30min wait.
