Double Signature Double Patty & Cheese Slider (Chris' or Eddy's Way) 1 Slider and Fries
    Jordan W.

Let me start by saying I never leave bad reviews. But couldn't let this go, in the event it could happen to someone else. I was at stagecoach and they did not advertise and slider but as "Double smash burger and basket of fries" for $25. When the food came out she asked why I looked shocked. I replied with "Because this is a slider and hardly and fries." To her response of "But it's a double though" The "basket" of fries were equivalent to the amount in a happy meal. If it was advertised correctly I wouldn't have felt this way. But to charge $25 and advertise as "double smash burger and Basket of fries" is so disappointing.

I've heard so much about Chris N Eddy's and finally got the chance to try it. Their burgers are more like sliders, so you definitely should get 2. Taste wise, it's really good. Kind of reminds me of In N Out especially with the sauce. Their loaded fries are literally In N Out animal fries but better. Chris N Eddys is open hella late. This is definitely one of the better late night spots in LA.

Yes, it's in a strip mall and yes, it's in a weird location on Sunset but what I've been hearing about these burgers is totally right. These burgers are awesome! They are 100% on par with the burgers from For the Win and Burgers Never Say Die. They're just cheaper and you get them faster.

I'm always on the lookout for a great smash burger, and Chris N Eddy's definitely delivered. The burger had that perfect combination of crispy edges, juicy beef, and a bun that was every bit as impressive as the burger itself. Everything tasted fresh, well balanced, and made with real attention to detail, even though it's a casual, fast food-style spot. The friendly service made the experience even better, and it was clear the staff cared about putting out a quality meal. If I'm back in Hollywood and craving a great burger, this will absolutely be one of my first stops.

The parties here are very thin and super greasy. The fries remind me of McDonald's fries. The sliders were good but I think there are better options for something similar. These would be good after a night out.

Absolutely amazing service. They are really friendly. Not much of a wait. The decor is interesting not really my vibe. I was surprised how good the burgers are. I tried a Chris and an eddy. Both were really good. They're pretty decent sizes to be sliders too. Fries are just okay.

First time here and there burgers are great will definitely will come back

I came here after not coming here for a long time and grabbed a slider and a milk shake. I love the ambiance here because you have so much going on as far as the decor goes, and they even have a basketball hoop you can shoot at to potentially win stuff. The milkshake with strawberry and vanilla just hit all the right spots. It was made extremely well. The slider, I'm not sure why they call it a slider, because it's basically the size of a regular burger, is really big for a slider and has a smash burger in it. I love how all the flavors blend together in these burgers and how they give you extra sauce as well. I think this is a really solid place to get a smash burger. The service here is always great. Everyone is super helpful and attentive. Definitely worth eating here.

They got rid of the Chris cut fries and have crinkle fries now which is my only negative comment. Sliders are good and the loaded fries are like their version of animal style. The sliders with the lettuce and tomato are the better option but both Chris or eddys way are good. Worth a try if in Hollywood

Very cool, clean restaurant. Service was great, very friendly and helpful. These are sliders so if you can eat, we recommend the 2 slider meal. True smash burgers with beautiful lace, expertly seasoned. Get them Eddy's way with grilled onions. Delightful. $5 thick milkshakes topped us off nicely.

Burger was good . Fries were mediocre I definitely need to try this in store . I'm not huge on smash burgers but I've been trying to give them a chance . I wasn't aware it was smashed still I received it . I did order thru DoorDash so I can't judge it to hard . But it didn't disappoint. Even though it took its time to arrive and I had to wait at least 15 min to enjoy it . So hopefully fresh it does its justice . Can't wait to try it properly .

Oh my lanta, the best burger experience we have had in a longggg time :) We have found our new late-night/ anytime burger spot! So amazinggggg. First of all, great customer service. Friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in the door. Major plus. The food was a 20/10. I got the sliders with the inside-out bun. My bf and his friend got the original slider with all the fixings. The fries were fire. Cooked perfectly with the perfect amount of seasonings. Their sauce was insane... kind of like In-N-Out but better! I love that they are open late. It's hard to find good food. They are open til 1 am. You never need to settle for Jack in the Box again! The only thing I would say is the sliders are a little small, but that's okay, just get the two-slider combo. I went back for another slider and an original slider for my bf and his friend to split. Manny dropped off our burgers with some fresh fries on the house. We were so grateful and pleasantly surprised. We left fully satisfied and happy! We will definitely be regulars and be happy to spread the word. It is also super cute and clean. Please do yourself a favor and try this place! You will not be disappointed!

Cheeseburger slide (1 count) with crunchy single cut fries. Pretty good. I approve
    Daniel B.

Edgar from upper management reached out to me and corrected my order . It was replaced and I even got a comped two slide combo to go. So I appreciate that. As far as smash sliders go, there is less of a market than full-fledged Oklahoma or traditional OG. Although marketed as a slider, it's just a tad smaller , so the two slider combo is a great deal. Is the burger smashed savory and juicy. Yes. Flavor wise I still have some issues . I'm not a fan of the sauce . It is more thousand island flavor, rather than the acidic almost pepper based . The slider can definitely benefit from a jalapeño option. Even if it's the cheap bagged pickled jalapeño , the burger would be that much better. I will say, and deadass the burger tasted bizarrely better the day after when I reheated eat via microwave. Yes, I know. Weird. Don't judge .

What are the calories for 1 slider and how much beef is used?

    Hi my friend

Are they sliders or are they full size burgers? Are two enough for a meal with the fries?

some call them sliders some call them burgers 2 will definitely fill you up over 3 ounces of beef in…

Can I order with out cheesy just the meat?

    yes you can

    Is it halal now?

Yes, we have halal meat you can order at the counter.

Do you all offer dine in?

    yes we do

Did you guys discontinue the tater tots 😞?

unfortunately there is a nationwide shortage on tots, and we haven’t been able to find the tots we normally get anywhere. we found some alternatives but they do not taste as good, so for now it’ll only be waffle fries.

What type of oil is used for the fries?

    canola oil

    Is the patty 100% beef?

    100% beef.

    Any vegetarian options?

we make grilled cheese sandwiches, it’s everything we have in the slider except meat.

    Any vegan options?

    unfortunately no

    Is it hallal?

Yes, we have halal meat that you can order at the counter. Just ask for halal meat!

The buns were quite small and a bit smooshed, but they were soft. It came with some fry sauce and pickles as well, overall a good burger. Parking: Street parking was super easy on a Sunday afternoon, I was able to pull up right in front and park on the street. There is a Super A across the street and ample parking around for free. Ambiance & Food: This reminds me of an old school burger stand. Those were the best burgers and this one did not stop that trend. As I walked up, we were warmly greeted and given a quick rundown of what which burger. They did have specials (I will get to that in a second) which we were intrigued, but for the sake of perspective, I ordered the Goldburger and both regular fries and curly fries with a bottle coke. The Goldburger is naturally a double, but my gymrat protein brain added that extra patty. They use a 70% to 30% mixture for their burger which makes the burger oh so decadent. The picture I took doesn't do it justice. The moment you bite into the burger the combination of burger juice, aioli, burnt skirt, all come together in such a harmonious fashion. It was remarkable. Though fries are not one of my strong points, both fries were crispy and I haven't had any other experience with Curly fries other than Jack in the Box, but these were so much better. I went ahead and dipped the fries in some homemade Aioli and dang, what a combo! Back to those specials, the current special is CHILI, I was intrigued so they gave me a small container of it to try. Man, if I wasn't watching my caloric intake, that would have been the move. It was rich and chunky and not to soggy which some always comes. Give it a try as they said it will be around for sometime. Other than burgers, they do have hot dogs as well. So worth trying both next time. To be perfectly honest, this brought back so much nostalgia for me, I used to go to school in the area and this brought a lot of those memories back. I happened to be in the area, and even though I'd already eaten, I couldn't pass up the opportunity to finally drop in. Irv's originally opened in 1946 as Queen's Burgers, located right on Route 66 on Santa Monica Boulevard in WeHo, and was deeply ingrained in LA's historic car culture. In 1970, Irv Genis bought the stand and renamed it Irv's Burgers, and it quickly became a legendary late-night spot for rock icons like Bob Dylan and Jim Morrison. By 2000, Sonia Hong took over, famously hand-drawing doodles on the paper plates alongside her signature slogan, "Just for you." After closing in 2013 and again in 2018, Lawrence Longo partnered with Sonia in 2021 to bring the brand back to life. They've since expanded quite a bit, even opening locations in Malibu and Las Vegas. On a staff recommendation, I ordered Irv's Original Roadside Burger Double ($11.25). Honestly, it was just okay. While a certain amount of grease and salt is expected with a burger, this one crossed the line into being a bit too salty and oily. On the bright side, the sesame bun was excellent, and I loved that they kept Sonia's legacy alive by printing her classic doodles on the tray placemats. While I'm glad Irv's was saved from history and is expanding, the food itself felt pretty so-so. The outdoor tables were also a bit dirty during my visit. I still love that classic roadside burger stand aesthetic with the outdoor stools, but unfortunately, I won't be in a rush to head back.

To say I'm super bummed is an understatement. I am so thankful that I happen to stop by for lunch and visit this location one last time. The same manager was there on the last day as when I went the first time two years ago. The staff there was always amazing, friendly, and the food was incredible. I think it was the Chinatown location that didn't work for them. However, the good news is that they do have three other locations and if you have never been, I suggest you check Kroft out if you love burgers, especially smashed. The other locations are in Long Beach, Anaheim, and Rancho Cucamonga. I wish them luck and I will definitely be stopping in their other locations if I am ever in the area.

Waited another 10min, while I saw other people picking up orders, so I checked in again. Same response, not ready yet. Another 10min passed by, now I'm seeeing people who came after me get their orders before me. Asked the staff again for my order status. The order pick up window person shouted my name to the kitchen each time I checked in. Finally the 3rd time they responded, they start arguing, apparently my order was done a long time ago, and it was given to someone else. It took 30min to figure out that my order had already been done and given to someone else because there was no communication between the kitchen, order staff or pick up staff. no apology, just got my food after the argument 3minutes later...Food was average, definitely not worth a 30min wait.
