Tried this burger joint for the first time today. They say they make smash burger sliders, but their burgers are a bit too big to be sliders. They're more like small hamburgers. No matter, they were still good. I had them "Eddie Way," which means they have cheese, grilled onions, and thousand island sauce, and they really hit the spot. I also got the fries, and while they were the thin kind -- not my favorite -- for thin fries they were pretty good. Nice and crispy. As for the place itself, it was clean, had a bunch of tables inside, and the staff was friendly. Parking is also not an issue. While there are metered spots out front, on Sunset, the place also has a free parking lot in the back. So...not my favorite burger place, but still good. read more

We were looking for a burger, and turns out this smash burger place really is smashing! Location wise, it's not somewhere I'd necessarily go back to, the area is a bit chaotic but the food was good. Good for a pick up. I especially liked that they make you choose between two alternatives: Eddy's or Chris's. I found that entertaining. We went with Eddy's way since I don't need a lot of things on my burger, and I really like grilled onions on a burger. It was pretty good and definitely hit the spot. The one thing I wasn't a fan of was the fries. They tasted like the pickled peppers, and even my friend's burger bun picked up that flavor. Since the pickled peppers have such a distinct juice, I think it would have been better to serve them separately rather than having everything packed together. The staff were very helpful, offered us a replacement bun. Overall though, it was a good burger! I love the ambiance here because you have so much going on as far as the decor goes, and they even have a basketball hoop you can shoot at to potentially win stuff. The slider, I'm not sure why they call it a slider, because it's basically the size of a regular burger, is really big for a slider and has a smash burger in it. Oh my lanta, the best burger experience we have had in a longggg time :) We have found our new late-night/ anytime burger spot! So amazinggggg. First of all, great customer service. Friendly and welcoming as soon as we walked in the door. Major plus. The food was a 20/10. I got the sliders with the inside-out bun. My bf and his friend got the original slider with all the fixings. The fries were fire. Cooked perfectly with the perfect amount of seasonings. Their sauce was insane... kind of like In-N-Out but better! I love that they are open late. It's hard to find good food. They are open til 1 am. You never need to settle for Jack in the Box again! The only thing I would say is the sliders are a little small, but that's okay, just get the two-slider combo. I went back for another slider and an original slider for my bf and his friend to split. Manny dropped off our burgers with some fresh fries on the house. We were so grateful and pleasantly surprised. We left fully satisfied and happy! Let me start by saying I never leave bad reviews. But couldn't let this go, in the event it could happen to someone else. I was at stagecoach and they did not advertise and slider but as "Double smash burger and basket of fries" for $25. When the food came out she asked why I looked shocked. I replied with "Because this is a slider and hardly and fries." To her response of "But it's a double though" The "basket" of fries were equivalent to the amount in a happy meal. As far as smash sliders go, there is less of a market than full-fledged Oklahoma or traditional OG. Although marketed as a slider, it's just a tad smaller , so the two slider combo is a great deal. Is the burger smashed savory and juicy. Yes. Flavor wise I still have some issues . I'm not a fan of the sauce . It is more thousand island flavor, rather than the acidic almost pepper based . The slider can definitely benefit from a jalapeño option. Even if it's the cheap bagged pickled jalapeño , the burger would be that much better. Menu is super simple, two options (like In and Out) a single slider or two sliders, fries and a drink. You can upgrade your fries to loaded fries which are like animal style fries and your drink to a milkshake (like In and Out)I saw on instagram videos about a secret menu (like In and OuT) but when the cashier over heard me telling my husband she immediately told us there was no such thing, then confirmed with the guy cooking in the back who said only "secret" option was the buns inside out. Also when ordering I asked if I could upgrade my fries to tater tots because I had also seen that on instagram and she said that was no longer available because It was seasonal... anyways so I ordered the #2 which is two sliders where you can choose is you want Chris style (lettuce, tomato and onion) or eddy's style( grilled onions no lettuce, tomato or raw onions) you can mix and match. One thing to keep in mind is that they are not your typical two bite sliders. These are about the size of a In and Out cheeseburger. Everything was good but nothing remarkable or outstanding. Well I'd like to say the Customer Service was amazing the young lady at the register was kind and good at suggestions I like that. I was recommended this place by a fellow yelper and the way she hyped this place up was sounding amazing till I ordered. I went with the #2 combo and was thrown off when they said would you like to add a drink ? And I said it doesn't come with a drink ? And the young lady said no drinks and shakes are sold separately. I paid about $22 dollars and the only good thing was they sold Coca Cola off the old school fountain machine. The sliders were paper thin smash burgers and the quality of the condiments were an epic fail burned patties to thin and soggy toppings the fries were ok I was told they served tater tots but the girl said they're seasonal. Anywho don't call it a combo if you gotta pay for the drink on the side, the price is not worth it sorry not sorry I was highly disappointed and probably won't go there again. Not worth the price especially for the size. The good thing is the restaurant is calm and you can probably enjoy the food, everyone has different taste buds but that wasn't for me. My boyfriend and I went here when we got into town and decided to stop for lunch since we were too early to check into the hotel. From the get go the environment was really cool and I loved the way they had the walls painted. They don't have many options on the menu but that is not a bad thing, the things they have on their menu are really good. My boyfriend even said it was probably the best burger he's ever had.
