Chris and his team replaced our old and too-small concrete steps with larger steps with in-pool seating last Fall. In January, Chris took the lead on the overall restoration of the pool, which needed a lot of love - new tile, coping, and resurfacing. While none of this is inexpensive (as anyone with a pool knows,) we found Chris' bid to be competitive and inline with our expectations. His recommendations, based on his considerable experience, were always wise and appreciated. He was communicative every step of the way, keeping us up on what was happening when.
