The only downside is that they don't take appointments so it's a first come first serve situation and I had to come in on a PTO day since I want to make sure it got taken care of that day.

When I emailed and asked why more expensive then the dealer, I was told they charged what they needed to charge to make a profit. BUYER BEWARE, this place is expensive and, in my opinion, unethical. I should have gone to the Ford dealer. And I did, I took the same car to Ford in Huntington Beach just last week, and NO Charge. How about that, no charge from a dealer. shop around, get your quote, and call around and check the $$$ numbers. Some people also don't look at the reviews, which would be me. Expensive mistake. The OWNER responds that they provide a 2-year warranty, which is why they are more expensive. Well if the work you provide doesn't last for 2 years, you have still covered your time and effort, but not for the client, we still need to come back and have the work done again, we lose time, but because your MORE expensive, your time is covered. Life is a series of patterens, how many folks need to come back for warranty work? You have numerous bad reviews lately. You need to spend more time taking care of your clients and less time making commercials.

Zach was kind, he noticed (I had a visitor sticker) I had a loved one in the hospital and offered me a ride. It's difficult finding a good mechanic, one that's trustworthy, still shows kindness and patient enough to explain things thoroughly. Everything was super quick for a Synthetic oil change and they even added some air pressure on my tires! Total $65 for about 30 mins. Overall, definitely super grateful for this little place on the corner and wouldn't mind coming back here again! Although only tough part is turning left onto Harbor so I would suggest going earlier in the day or if not you'll just have to turn right and make a U turn at the light.

My check engine light came on, so I brought my car in and found out it was my catalytic converter. Before jumping straight to the most expensive option, they first tried cleaning it out to see if that would fix the issue. Unfortunately it didn't, so about a week later I came back to have it replaced. I was really stressed because I couldn't afford the repair out of pocket, but they were incredibly helpful and told me about Technet, a credit card specifically for auto repairs. I applied and was instantly approved. They even fixed my car and waited for my card to arrive in the mail before I paid them in full. What really stood out to me was how kind and patient everyone was. They explained everything clearly, what the problem was, what caused it, and how they were going to fix it. They even paid for my Uber rides to the shop and from work while my car was in the shop, with no extra charge. It's hard to find honest and caring auto shops, especially when you don't know much about cars, but they made the whole experience so much less stressful. Whenever I need service again, I'll definitely be coming back.
