Ordering was kind of a pain in the butt here. First I looked at GrubHub and to be honest the prices were high on there. So I went to their website to order - they use a site called ChowNow. I placed the order but it wouldn't update with an ETA. About 10 mins later I got a text my order couldn't be filled and I"d be refunded. I ended up calling in to order - the phone number does bring you to an outdated "covid" type call talking about social distancing. I then had to click 1 for english. When they answered they seemed confused with what I was trying to order and went silent. I hung up and called back a few minutes later and they said they started making the order. I got a small cheese pizza, good size for a small. Pretty decent for price too. I think had the good amount of sauce, I prefer light cheese. Though I usually like thicker crust - I thought it was good crust even though on the ride home it smelled like cardboard pizza. I wouldn't say the dining room was really a place to sit would prefer to have it delivered. No parking lot so it can be complicated finding street parking. He did explain why the order didn't go through on the app said the machine was off and apologized for it a couple of times. He was friendly - not sure if he was the owner. Ordered 1 pepperoni pizza. I lived maybe a 3 minute ride from the store. Literally the next rotary exit. After an hour I call and ask what going on. Was told that it was out. They had just been busy. Another 15 minutes later a call. Still no food. I confirm they will be calling. We left a note with our number in the notes of the order because the website number saved was a very old number and we couldn't change it. Was told it should be there shortly. Now an hour and a half after we order 1 pizza. We call again and I just ask for a refund. They said they called us but never looked at the note that we left with the correct phone number. Pizza was outside cold. Was told that we shouldnt have use a wrong number but they would message the website to refund our money and hung up on me. I didn't believe they would process it so I drove to the store and they seemed shocked. They hadn't processed the refund and I asked them to do it and THEN they did. But the lady wanted the pizza back which I did have in the car. Not a thief nor did I want something for free so I have gave it to them. But seemed like I was wrong for not wanted a cold pizza. Got delivery from here for dinner, pizza was good, but the Buffalo tenders were literally like sponges covered in sauce. They tasted like Walmart microwaveable chicken nuggets. IMO it was inedible. My salad was 90% croutons, and the greens were limp but the croutons were good. It was more like a plate of croutons with a lettuce as garnish. 4 stars for pizza, 1 star for chicken, 2 stars for salad. Definitely stick to the pizza if you get food here. read more

I have ordered from this place a handful of times, without problem. The food is delicious. Tonight, I ordered through GrubHub at 5:45. Got the email that said the food would be delivered between 6:45-6:55. At 7:22, still without food, I called Chriscilla's to find out the status of the food. The girl who answered told me that I had placed the order a half hour prior, which wasn't true. I asked her when it would be delivered. She told me the delivery person was leaving within the next few minutes and should be at my house in 15 minutes. Fast forward to 8:20 and my food was delivered. Love this place for Pizza. I find it to be absolutely delightful. I have yet to receive anything with a lack of flavor or seasoning. Haven't experienced much more than the pizza and calzones but all are excellent. They can be a bit expensive for specialty pizza and calzone but they have some great deals every now and then. The Quattro Queijos Calzone is the BEST calzone I have ever had in my life! STRONGLY RECOMMEND IF YOU ARE A CHEESE LOVER!!! Ask for some extra sauce on the side for dipping! Oh my gosh! On Tuesday and Wednesday you can get a large cheese pizza from 4PM-9PM and you pay what the time is. (Ex: put your order in at 4:35 you pay $4.35) Pretty clever idea. So dating a brazilian guy led to eat at this place. He actually ordered it for delivery one night we were staying in and at first i was weirded out when he described it. He said "there's corn and like a brazilian cheese sauce" I LOVE corn so I was willing to try it. it was DELICIOUS! So the Brazilian cheese sauce tastes like ricotta to me...and yes it comes with corn and bacon and a few other toppings. It's definately different but not that radically strange. I can't seem to get pizza like this anywhere else. I highly reccommend it. They have a pretty extensive menu so even if you don't like corn and ricotta you'll find something you like. We've eaten there a few times too, the have a pretty good area to sit but there's hardly any parking. We've since moved out of the delivery range and have no driven back to the area in over a year but I'd love to go back sometime soon! read more

As an Uber Driver in Boston I try to stop and try local restaurants and eateries when I'm hungry and need a break. This place looked clean and also has a serviceable bathroom which is helpful in my line of work. I ordered a steak tip sub ($8.99). The service was prompt and friendly at the counter, but that's the last positive thing I can really say. I was told that the steak tip sub comes with lettuce, tomato and cheese. I wasn't told that that's pretty much all it comes with. Service and cleanliness aside, the food is what counts. What little steak was in the sandwich was tough and gristly and some was pretty much inedible. I wouldn't even bother to complain because it's not really even worth the time or effort. If you are ever in Everett, remember one thing... pizza on Main St is Italian, pizza on Broadway is Brazilian. They started out as just a menu stuck in my front door, but oh.. they have become SO much more. They are my Go-To for ordering in and my lunch stop if I happen to be in Everett Square. If you are ever on Broadway in Everett, go to Chriscillas. They are very reasonably priced. You can customize your pizzas and calzones pretty much to your heart's content as they have lots of toppings/stuffings to choose from. I also really like their sandwiches, articularly the Everett and Broadway subs. Their menu is bi-lingual so order regularly or practice your Portuguese. Either way, the food will be good. read more

I'm not a fan sorry. I've gotten take out from here twice and probably will never go back. First experience was when my friend and I ordered some take out and came back for it about 15 mins later. Nothing crazy, just two sandwiches. When we came back to pick up the order, the girl who took our order (blonde hair) at the counter ignored us for a good ten to fifteen minutes, I swear I'm not exaggerating. She took several phone calls, as well as several other orders. All this time, there was a bag of food sitting on the counter, which had been there the entire since we had gone back. Yup. Turns out that was our food. So my friend said, "we've been sitting here waiting for about ten minutes. It would've been great if you had just given us our food because we already paid earlier. " She gave us a blank angry stare and said she was busy. My friend mentioned to me that he regretted even giving them a tip when we ordered and paid. Not in a loud way, but truly in regret. The girl reached her hand in the tip jar and threw the change on the counter. She said "we don't need your damn tip, take it back". Wow. We went back a few days later to talk to the owner about her behavior. He apologized profusely and told us that the girl was not right in her actions and that he had many complaints about her. We left saying that we would try the food again but hopefully we would have better service in the future. Fast forward to round two, about 8 months later. Another friend had come over and wanted a pizza. Because I was new to the neighborhood at the time, I suggested this place because I knew they had pizza. We called ahead for pick up and was told 10-15 mins. SAME EXACT THING HAPPENED. Same girl, same attitude, same wait time and same scenario. She took several phone calls while we stood right in front of her. She did not even acknowledge us standing there for a good ten minutes. Once again, we got a soggy piece of food that was left to steam in its container while we waited. I honestly wondered if she did it intentionally because she remembered who I was from the previous experience, but honestly I don't think so. I think she just has a bad and entitled attitude. Now how about the food? Honestly, the experience left such a bad taste in my mouth but I was willing to try their food with an open mind. Sandwiches, nothing to write home about. My steak and cheese was overly salty and because it had been sitting in its container for a while, was a little soggy and the bread was mushy. The pizza from the second time was pretty bad. It was undercooked and the toppings kept sliding off the pizza. Or perhaps it was because it had also been sitting and steaming in its container. I used to work right across from Chriscilla's back around 2008-2009 and so, at the time, it was a place I would hit weekly and rarely if ever would be disappointed. Unfortunately, it seems this awesome little Italian-Brazilian pizza joint has considerably gone downhill. Once a solid place to go for delicious subs and large affordable pizza, with a neat little addition of complimentary tabasco sauce, it seems as thay may be under new management or something. I have only gone once in the last year, but my visit resembled very little of past experiences. The staff seemed somewhat pushy, and the cheese pizza was seemed slightly undercooked when I got it home. I'm trying not to be too harsh with my rating since this is just one experience of many, but, judging from other recent reviewers, three stars may very well be a generous score. read more

This is the best pizza in Town... I used to live in Roslindale, but moved to Everett about 5 months ago... I have never tasted any other pizza as good as Chriscilla's..Every single one of my friends that tried their pizzas,pastas and calzones loves this place. Tried only the pizza and a specialty Brazilian burger. Pizza was good, cool, whatever, who cares, we've all had good pizza. However, the burger was beyond amazing. The ONLY way to find the burger on the menu is to A. pry the pages open until the VERY last entry and B. speak Portuguese. I've told everyone who has taken my order that they must put those sandwiches in English because Americans love a good burger. Why is this burger so good you ask? Take this journey with me for I shall be savoring even the description just asI savor every morsel of this delicious meal. There are about 6 burgers but my favorite is called "X Galoso" which means the hungry man or the man who eats a lot. From top to bottom, the contents are as follows: Bun, mayo, lettuce, tomato (whoopee, all burgers have that but HERE is where it gets good), egg, bacon, ham, chicken, beef, (that must be it, I mean, three different animals are already being ingested, how could they possibly have more, right? WRONG), potato sticks!, corn!, peas!, bun. It also comes with fries. Although this may sound disgusting (as it did to me the first time I heard of it) it is perfection. Egg on a burger is surprisingly good as is corn and the potato sticks add a subtle crunch and taste to an already plentiful palette. Give it a try, I beseech you. Word for the wise though, squish those buns together. It's more than a mouthful. read more

Easy breezy to place an order. However is EXTREMELY PRICY - Two pizzas large (16") including tip $60 dollars. When the pizza arrived I had no problems while retrieving it. However, once opened the Calabresa pizza came with green peppers (which is NOT an ingredient for this pizza), and black olives. Usually the TRADITIONAL BRAZILIAN Calabresa Pizza the ingredients are: Calabresa (of course), I asked to add Catupiry (which they missed), mozzarella cheese, onions rings sliced thin, usually comes with Calamata olives to each' state. That's it. On the Portuguese pizza was everything amazing. It was half and a half, thereafter the "chicken with catupiry" had green olives and not well spread catupiry, usually doesn't come with olives. Disappointing for the amount I had paid and the amount of ingredients I have seen on it. Be sure to ask what ingredients comes before they rush you out off the phone. I live in Everett and I always come across this pizzeria when I'm walking home. One day I decided to finally eat inside. What I usually get at pizzerias is pizza and French fries. I saw they have a special for 2 slices of cheese which I thought was good so one star for that. The first con of this place is that they don't offer small fries. All they offer is large fries, what kind of place doesn't offer fries in different sizes? The next con is that they fill the drink with 80 percent ice which kinda makes their special less special! The pizza overall was okay, it was hard and the cheese wasn't melty. The fries were not worth the extra 4-5 bucks in terms of portion size (for a large I expected much more). I rather much go to places like Khelsea's or John's Pizza where I don't mind spending a little more for better quality food. read more

Nasty food. My grandmother ordered 3 chicken finger dinners, a pizza and a greek salad. The chicken fingers were extremely well done, the fries were cold and stuck together and the salad that came with them was not even worth putting dressing on. The pizza wasn't bad tasting because - it didn't taste like anything. The greek salad had a tiny amount of fetta cheese on it but for the most part it wasn't bad. I've been coming here since I can remember, probably since 2005. I always get their signature Brazilian fiorentina pizza. It comes with cheese, Brazilian catupiry cheese which is like a creamy style cheese, heart of palm, corn, bacon bits and chicken. I haven't had meat for 4 years now so they always kindly don't add the meat and I just quadruple the heart of palm in place of the meat. However I'm giving 4 stars because I've been coming here for over 10 years now and they haven't bettered their choices of plastic & foam. They still give us foam cups when dining in & single use plastic is everywhere. It sucks that these places make so much money but don't use it for the better of the community and the environment. Once again food is great, but they don't seem to care about being wasteful. Also I wish they had more vegetarian/vegan friendly options. read more
