I've been coming here since I can remember, probably since 2005. I always get their signature Brazilian fiorentina pizza. It comes with cheese, Brazilian catupiry cheese which is like a creamy style cheese, heart of palm, corn, bacon bits and chicken. I haven't had meat for 4 years now so they always kindly don't add the meat and I just quadruple the heart of palm in place of the meat. However I'm giving 4 stars because I've been coming here for over 10 years now and they haven't bettered their choices of plastic & foam. They still give us foam cups when dining in & single use plastic is everywhere. It sucks that these places make so much money but don't use it for the better of the community and the environment. Once again food is great, but they don't seem to care about being wasteful. Also I wish they had more vegetarian/vegan friendly options. read more

I just placed an order for delivery that they said would take 40 minutes. Over 1 hour and 30 minutes later I call for the second time to check, and say that I don't want it anymore - I'm not going to overpay for cold food that took more than twice the amount of time to deliver as they said it would. The quality of the food and the service has been decreasing significantly. Meanwhile, the prices stays practically double those of any other pizza place. Back in the day, it was probably worth it. You can't make your food and service worse and continue charging as if you're still delivering a great service. Great job running a perfectly successful business to the ground. read more

This is probably the worst pizza I have ever had. It is slimy and watery and lacking of flavor. It is easily compared to a pizza soup. I can not begin to describe how terrible this food is. Chriscilla's is a good spot for pizza or a sub. They are also open late night which is pretty awesome. I disagree with most of the other reviews - I have been here numerous times and is pretty consistent. I was surprised to see some bad reviews here. I have always enjoyed the food at Chriscilla's. They do great Brazilian pizza and typical Brazilian sandwiches. I always order it when I miss the old country. The prices are higher than I would like, true, which means I don't order as often as I would like, but the food is definitely worth it. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in a different side of Brazilian food (something other than "churrasco"). read more

So unfortunately my husband and I just had an experience at this restaurant that could possibly prevent us from coming back which is sad because I love their Pizza however they were jam-packed when we came in to order just two slices and a small drink, which on their end is great that they have the business only it seems like they serve just to family and friends. What happened was after ordering again just two slices and a small drink that comes with it and being told we had to wait at least 10 minutes for it we chose to pay first just so we could get the soda because we were thirsty now when the soda was gone in the pizza still wasn't there we went up to see if we could get a refill no one would pay attention to us so my husband reached over knowing that the refill cost $0.70 to refill his cup and was going to leave a dollar which would have given them a $0.30 tip now instead a blond employee female who had been whipping her hair around behind the counter near the food grabbed him by the arm to prevent him from doing that saying that he never paid in the first place then the second girl who works the counter who laughed in my face when I asked if they were hiring because they were so busy she said that the refill cost $0.70 we told her we understood that and she continued on saying that we hadn't paid for the first one and that again refills were $0.70 now back to the blond employee flipping her hair around she said the process is getting back in line which is now out the door to let the girl at the register who had already rung Us in saying we hadn't paid know that we wanted a refill and that she would get it for us we meant no harm and was just trying to make life easier on them and ourselves but I find it very disturbing that the girl was so quick to put her hands on my husband not knowing that that is not a good idea ever long story short the restaurant was packed with like I said just family and friends but they all came before anybody else their Pizza I have to say I'm always happy with but this is a situation that would prevent me from wanting to ever go back there the girl behind the counter or register rather had to have explained to her by the blond what was actually going on because she spoke hardly any English definitely not enough to understand that we had already paid for everything and only wanted a refill she told us three times that it cost $0.70 which we were well aware of and was prepared to pay I'm just very disappointed in the service that we receive tonight A chriscillas and don't think I'll be back in there for quite some time and to any employer reading this you may want to put the blond in a hair net. that which would be appropriate being around so much food but maybe her family and friends don't mind having her hair in their food last time I checked in the food industry being around so much food being cooked and served hair nets are essential as well as required and in any business establishment no employee should ever put their hands on a customer in any way shape or form. she would probably be better off with a job that would require her to whip her hair back and forth I'm not sure what kind of job that would be but I'm positive she would be happier there. Brazilian style pizza, they are huge pizza filled with excellent toppings! If you are looking for chicken fingers and pepperoni pizzas go to another place, that's not their strong suit but if you want to try a chorizo pizza with boiled egg slices tomato and corn. Just tried ordering a BANANA PIZZA with these guys and adding chocolate to it...This is like ordering a cheese pizza and adding pepperoni. REALLY?! THIS IS NONSENSE! I usually love Chriscillas, but unfortunately yesterday I had a really bad experience. I called and ordered to pick up a large Brazilian pizza called 'Vegetariana' which it comes with palms of heart, mushrooms, onions, peppers and I had asked them to add bacon and sausage and I also ordered a large order of buffalo wings in which it comes with 12 pieces. First, the man who took my order wasn't professional at all, he had asked me to hold on about 5 times within 2 minutes of being on the phone. I figured he must have been new and didn't know much or they were just busy. So I let it go. Once I get there, my pizza was ready, I got very excited because it was very quick. I usually never check the pizza before leaving but I was so hungry and it smelled so good that I decided to take a look, when I look inside there was no palms of heart (in which is my favorite topping). I had asked the young man on the cashier about it and he told me I had ordered the 'Veggie Pizza' which it doesn't come with that. I told him no that I had ordered the Vegetariana with bacon and sausage. He kind of ignored what I said and helped someone else out. That right there ticked me off, so I asked the man working in the back if he could at least add the palms of heart and throw it back in the oven for a bit. And he did so. I got my pizza back after a few minutes but was still waiting for the buffalo wings. A few mins later they handed me the rest of my order and I drove off. The box felt kind of light so I decided to pull over and check the wings too and there was only 6 pieces inside. I turned my car around to complain once again. When I got there the same young man gave me a "not again" type of look. I told him my order was wrong that I wanted a large not small, he gave me an attitude about it and said I ordered a small but I didn't!!!!!! I knew what I wanted and I was clear about getting a large pizza and large buffalo wings. He said he only charged me for a small and that I needed to pay more. After I had already paid $29 for two items, I obviously just paid the rest because I was so mad and wanted to leave there right away. But with that being said even if I had ordered a small, there was still one piece missing, because a small order comes with 7 and not 6! And again, I had to wait another 10 minutes for the wings. I drove all the way from Cambridge to Everett so by the time I got home my pizza was cold. I was very upset with the whole situation, because I was really looking forward to this meal. But like I said I love Chriscillas so I'll be back but if I ever get treated like that again, never again will I go back and refer them to others. read more

The steak tip dinner,which I ordered,came with french fries and rice. Usually at some other places you have a choice between rice or fries. I liked that you got both with the dinner. The fries were well cooked and crispy not soggy. The rice was on the plain side. It also comes with a salad that was nice and fresh. The pizza prices are on the high side. I like this place. I really do. The pizzas are a little expensive comparing with others places but i guess they are worthy. They have traditional pizzas and traditional brazilian pizzas which are very good. i never tried the subs I not a sub person, but my coworker love it. Now, nothing is better than a cold day and a chicken soup/broth that they have there its so creamy and it comes with a garlic bread on the side. It also come with cheese so if you dont like cheese on the soup you can ask them not to put cheese. You know what im gonna order one right now its just so good haha. read more

I have going there for over 14 years and even when I moved to NH we traveled back every other weekend to buy the pizza. last night worst experience. Order small mushroom pizza, black olive and green peppers. and another small extra cheese pizza. I get there and the girl explains that the cook only made one pizza misunderstood the order and put extra cheese on the mushroom,green pepper and olive pizza. She said he will make you xtra cheese now. I explained my husband doesn't like extra cheese and would not eat that pizza. I wanted 2 new ones. I proceeded to see the chef only make one pizza. I told girl at counter she went over and told him I want a new one without extra cheese on my husbands. He argued with her and even when the owner went over and told him to make new pizza he finally did. I finally got the pizza's after over 45 min and guess what he made the new pizza with extra cheese and handed it to me with a big smile and both of them were larges when I asked for smalls. I hate eating large slices. I brought it home my husband took one look and said what is this sh-- he refused to eat it. The girl at counter was awesome and friendly the owner also. the cook just kills this restaurant and after eating here for over 14 yrs i will never order again. time to find new pizza place read more
