    Pepperoni Pizza slice

New York style pizza done well! The crust was so crispy, flavorful and thin. Despite all the juicy grease from the fresh pepperoni it never got soggy or fell apart! It came out super fresh and it's a super solid pick for your classic pepperoni slice! Note: if you want a slice you can only get cheese or pepperoni sadly :(

I'll start by saying that I was HIGHLY skeptical before heading here for pizza and some beers before a game at the TD Garden. I typically avoid chain locations and had associated Regina Pizzeria with airport/mall locations but a Reddit subthread really pushed me to giving the original location in the North End a try. It was absolutely worth the visit. The location is literally stuck in the past - in a good way. People are friendly, until you ask a dumb question or make their life more difficult. The "elbow room" you get just literally doesn't exist. AND the food just stands on it's own.

Soon as I walk in you can smell all the goodness of Regina's . Are server was in a great mood happy to see us we was a group of 4 . We ordered a large pepperoni w meat ball . And also a small pizza with onions peppers salami. Pepperoni and meatball was a 10 the salami and vegetables was 7 1/2 . I have not been here in a very long time parking is very hard but I took my sons to the old neighborhood and I am glad I did . After this we went to the baseball game ps there hotel a must try

We stopped for a slice of pizza while walking around the North End. Place was super packed and ended up taking a pie to eat outside for our group. The crust was crispy and thin. I've had Regina from other places and this by far exceeded others I've tried. After all, it is the original Regina Pizzeria and worth a visit.

This place is always great! It is a cozy fun spot to enjoy some of the very best pizza in the world! The service is quick, efficient, and professional. I do wish they had salad, but other than that I always leave with a huge smile on my face!! Highly recommend; even if it means waiting in the cold for a half an hour!

We visited Regina Pizzeria the original location in the North End while our stay in Boston and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We ordered the Giambotta pizza, and it was outstanding. The dough had the perfect balance of crisp crust and chew, cooked just right, and every bite was packed with flavor. You can really taste the quality and tradition behind this pizza. This is a truly authentic pizza place, full of history and character, and it shows in the food. Simple, classic, and done extremely well. We will definitely be back next time we're in Boston. Highly recommend if you're looking for real North End pizza.

Ever since moving here from California, my new england born dad couldn't stop talking about Regina pizza!! He recalled the nostalgia of their food and raved about the flavors for so long that I was eager to give them a try. My friends and I stumbled upon this location walking in the north end, and got seated immediately despite our large group. The service was fast, kind, efficient, and friendly making the experience feel all the more like home. Now I know what my dad means when he talks about this spot's familial vibes, the inside is cozy and casual reminding me of the perfect "let's grab pizza" place! The food itself also helps by bringing perfectly simple yet packed with satisfying flavors you'd desire in a good slice. The crust has a nice crisp and the toppings are well portioned bringing to the table a delicious balance of flavors. I'm so glad to have stopped here for a fun night with friends, and I will definitely be back again soon!

We had this pizza delivered over the weekend and enjoyed it. Their sauce was tasty and the cheese mixture was yummy as well! We got it "well done" but still think it could've been cooked longer. The crust was a little doughy and lacked flavor. Overall it was a pretty good pizza though.

This place is your no frills- come in, eat, and leave solid pizza joint. My friends and I came on a busy Friday and waited in line for about an hour. Someone monitors the line and takes account the party size, which we saw a lot of smaller tables being sat first. When we got it we ordered immediately and I got the white pizza with the pineapples and it was great! I loved the dough on the pizza- it was thin, crispy, and the crust was fabulous! This place is solid given the hype- and yes there are better pizza places out there but this place is pretty good! We were also in and out in about 40 mins!

We waited approx 20 min for a table for 2 on Saturday afternoon after being recommended Regina Pizzeria by a close friend. The woman at the door was really nice and gave us menus while we waited so we could be ready to order upon being seated. She told us where to sit and our waitress came by and took our order within 5-10 min of being seated. We got two 10" pizzas - pepperoni and quattro formaggio. It came out within 10 min of ordering so in the meantime, we watched some of the football game that was on the tv. The restaurant decor is very nostalgic of what a old-school pizza shop would be like. There were lots of different police badges from across the nation on the wall, as well as old pictures. The place itself is pretty small but it's not egregious, just kinda cozy. The pizzas themselves were soooo delicious! The ricotta was so prominent on the quattro pizza, I really loved it. The tomato sauce on the pepperoni pizza was 100/10, hands down some of the best I've ever had. I loved everything about it. It was reasonably priced and I would 1,000% recommend to anyone else

We were in Boston for the weekend with some friends, who recommended this place, so we decided to go. Shockingly, the line wasn't that long (probably because there was a large festival in the area with plenty of surrounding food trucks). We ended up waiting 25ish minutes and were seated outdoors. We didn't interact much with the host, and the place was pretty busy attending to seated customers, but our limited interactions with him were fine and our waitress was polite. We ordered the chicken parm and rosemary ham bianco pies, and they were nothing short of phenomenal. The crusts were perfect, sauces were amazing, and toppings were delicious. I would order the entire menu if I could. Imo, the hype is real and the wait is worth it. We'll be back!

My husband and I, along with another couple, were in Boston for just the afternoon. Out of all the amazing places to eat in the North End, we chose Regina's Pizzeria. It wasn't our first visit, so we knew the line could be long--and we planned accordingly. Luckily, we only waited about 20 minutes. The time passed quickly as we enjoyed people-watching and chatting with the couple in line ahead of us. We ordered two 10-inch pizzas, which turned out to be the perfect amount for four hungry adults. The service and ambiance were spot on, too.

Can't go wrong here!!! Pizza was amazing and affordable! During our Boston vacation we were looking for Boston authentic places and came across Regina's, with so many great reviews we had to try it. It did not disappoint! Food was amazing, restaurant was full of customers and clean, and they were all very friendly and helpful (even the security guard). The only issue... the long line but worth the wait! Reason for the 4 Stars.... Fountain Drinks are $4.75 with NO free refills! RIP OFF!!! If you are charging that much for a fountain drink, it needs to come with refills!!!!! Must visit if you're in Boston! Just don't drink your soda before the pizza arrives or you'll have to buy another expensive fountain drink.

Since you can build your own pizzas, just build one without cheese.

The bread had large air pockets, visibly soft, with a rich aroma of salt and milk; the olive oil was smooth and mellow, with a full-bodied fragrance, and the aftertaste even included a subtle, restrained hint of tea. Even knowing it's a calorie bomb, I couldn't resist dipping it in more. Baccala Mantecato: Classic Venetian flavor. The salted cod was tender and delicate, almost like a light foam, somewhere between raw silk and mousse; the dark bread was simple yet not coarse, perfectly balancing the saltiness of the cod. The most surprising thing was the refreshing aroma of celery leaves that emerged in the aftertaste, lingering and persistent. Lumache: When looking at the menu, seeing "chili butter, Jonah crab, breadcrumb," I never expected such a distinct citric acidity. The subtle acidity was gently enveloped in the fatty aroma of chili butter, perfectly complementing the umami and sweetness of the crab meat with just the right amount of spiciness. The lumache were firm and chewy, the sauce rich and smooth, and the breadcrumbs light and crisp, creating a rich and distinct texture. The portion was generous; even after microwaved the next day, the sauce had naturally broken down and the lemon's tartness had dissipated, but the noodles mixed with chili oil still had a unique flavor. Tiramisu: Highly renowned, and the staff were quite confident. The surface was covered with a thick layer of crispy cocoa nibs, the cake itself is incredibly soft and moist, and digging inside reveals an "underground river" of coffee liquid, while its bitterness was perfectly balanced by the sweet Marsala. The overall flavor was sweet and mellow, less bitter than typical tiramisu, with more layers of complexity. Actually, I was hoping for a slightly bitter version. Even on a weekday, it was packed with customers; by 5:10 PM, only one bar seat was left. Reservations are highly recommended. However, the bar was in a good location, with the bartenders being the easiest servers to find. It was a pleasant conversation with them.

The service is so friendly and seamless which in itself makes for a lovely evening. Highlights were the mussels, which were very fresh and delicious. The service here was attentive with the waiters offering more bread for the mussels. Most dishes are a little spicy, so if you don't like spice, make sure to note that with the waiter. The miso gelato is one of the most delicious savory/sweet desserts, and has lots of nice crunchy accents of the sesame crumble. Cocktails are fabulous, very smooth, as well as the mocktails. Cons: The crostini was nothing really special, and one of them came without the oyster butter. The meatballs, which were tasty but had a slightly hard texture on the outside. The prawn risotto was pretty one-note in flavor, and the prawn heads tasted overcooked and slightly off. The radiatore was spicy and nicely plated. The Cremoso al Cioccolato had a strange flavor profile that didn't quite fit, and had such a large salted chocolate-truffle section that we did not finish it (which is saying something)! Overall, if you are looking for a solid dinner in Boston that will guarantee be a nice experience because of the atmosphere, this is a good place.

Salty Pig Pizza: A pizza with the same name as the restaurant! Who was the genius who came up with the idea of salted pig and beer caramel? It's brilliant! The salted pork appears to include Prosciutto di Parma from Langirano, Prosciutto Cotto, and Salcissia. Baking rendered the prosciutto's fat, which blends with the caramel to create a beautiful golden syrup that flows across the pizza's surface. The prosciutto was savory, oily, and tender; the minced salcissia retains its coarse texture and rich meaty aroma; the caramel was sweet and mellow with a honey-like sweetness, forming the top, middle, and base notes respectively. The arugula was slightly warmed, losing its astringent and raw taste while maintaining its crisp texture, helped to cut through the richness together with the Parmesan cheese powder. The crust was crispy, while the inside the dough was soft and chewy. The cooking time and seasoning were all just right, and the restaurant's proud wooden oven added a charming smoky flavor. Affogato: I had high expectations, but it was just okay. The espresso was too sour, and the vanilla ice cream couldn't balance it out. The almond biscuits had an overpowering almond flavor, and the flavor of plant-based protein was terrible! (Oh, this should have been a plus...)
