The woman serving up your choice of lunch specials was super sweet and helpful since I didn't know what some of the things were. You also got "gravy" on the rice & peas if you wanted it. I took some gravy from brown stew and it was delicious! A bottle of water was included with lunch special for $6.25...can't find a deal like this anywhere else! I will definitely go back to try another lunch special next time I'm in the area!

But while we were eating, I noticed the line never stopped and the server was constantly plating food. That's always a great sign that a place is doing something right. They actually did replenish the oxtail shortly after... but by then we were already full. We also grabbed a rum cake and it was a 1000 out of 10. Must try!
