I didn't know what the big deal was. Now I know! I ordered three types (2ea) of Conchas. They were the most flavorful moist Conchas I ever had. The powdered flavored coatings remained adhered to each Conchas with every bite. The coating of Conchas I previously tried from other bakeries fell off as soon as I picked them up. I also ordered her dessert empanadas. They were very tasty as well. This self-taught baker knows what she's doing and can teach the other bakers a thing or two. She has such a wide assortment of baked goods to choose from on her menu. She even takes orders to bake cakes for special occasions. Her cakes looks amazing! In fact I just ordered one, The Emma, which is her version of a German Chocolate Cake. I can't wait to see my wife's reaction after I present her with the cake. It's a surprise! It will be her birthday Tuesday and German Chocolate is her favorite!

It was about $60 for one pizza and one calzone.
