My lovely SA transferred over to this location from Waikiki and you know I had to follow her here! Actually I'm so glad she's slightly closer to me and at least in the same time zone! Mii Mii (Michelle) has been my SA for a few years now and I always recommend her to my friends who are looking for Dior goodies as well! I came to this location with my SO and a couple friends in Dec 2022. I loved all the holiday decor and lights at the store and of course it was super busy. I let Mii Mii know we were coming in advance and we were able to look around right away. I didn't really have anything in mind so I tried on a couple pieces. I didn't like the styles of the women sneakers and she was able to bring the men's sneakers over for both me and my SO. The B23 high tops have been on his wishlist for a long time and after trying them on in person, I was sold too! We decided to get matching pairs for Christmas and they were wrapped so nicely with holiday packaging too! I stay very loyal to my SAs, especially once I have a good relationship with them! Mii Mii has been sooo accommodating and responsive, especially when I'm looking for something that I see online but not in store and she sends me a pic right away! If you're looking for a trustworthy and super kind SA, I cannot recommend Mii Mii enough!! These will definitely not be the last Dior items I'm getting!! read more

There is no Yelp page for their Topanga location so I am leaving the review here! Dior Topanga is the worst store in the whole nation! Both Farzana Hossain the salesperson and the store manager that I never even met need to be fired asap! I purched shoes from farzana and contacted her 5 days later complaining how bad the shoes are, the quality is garbage and the shoes gave me very bad blisters ( I even sent her photos), She said the manager will call me..and she never did . I called customer service they said they will reach out to the store manager and have her contact me to solve the issue . Again, the manager never did until this day. farzana texted me saying that they can't do anything because the shoes are worn. Now I am stuck with a $1100 shoes that I will never wear. Mind you, I own lots of brand name shoes and it was my first and last time purchasing from Topanga Dior. This review is about our experience at the this Dior location and not about the product we purchased. This morning my boyfriend and I went to this store to look for a mid-sized wallet and the small lady Dior bag. When we first walked in, I only asked to see a wallet because that was our priority purchase. The SA that was assigned to us was minimally helpful and barely masking her impatience when I wasn't immediately blown away by their designs. My boyfriend is not the critical type, but even he laughed when I asked to see the lady Dior bags and her demeanor completely changed. Short story, we did purchase a small lady Dior made of beautiful blush cannage lambskin because the bag sold itself. But our SA was a bit tacky and did not represent Dior well. I returned brand new Dior thigh high boots today to this location and thank god I had the store receipt which made the process seamless. I was in there for about 15 mins as they took the box and checked them out in the back I waited in the store and walked around and looked at all the nice items they had! What stood out was the perfume table just like Louis Vuitton and one perfume I sprayed was like old granny smell lol but I liked that it was a bigger size. Didn't get the price but I did notice the workers here wear their Dior shoes to work. How Boujie. I felt Boujie today. They gave me some sparkling water and was able to honor the return. Christian Dior Boutique on North Rodeo Drive is a shop that sells very nice clothing and accessories. This is one of the brands my mother loves, which is why I'm not a big fan, I associate it with a much older vintage crowd, beyond far from what I am :) My mom has a wing in her mansion in Mercer Island, WA filled with all things CD..she's a collector. Among the collection this shop features is eyewear, which I adore...J'adore! Love the Big Bold sunglasses and also gold rim frames, which caught my eyes. This shop is very nice and equally nice are the staff. Parking is a challenge, which is available a few blocks away in the BH city structure, first 2 hour free! Apple Pay is accepted. read more

I'm never pushy to buy more than what I came for... my Sale assistant showed me a very nice Dior jacket and because she was not pushy I bought it even though I was not too impressed with it at first. My husband bought me 2022 Valentine's gift and our anniversary gift from Dior. He knew we will be spending Feb,March and April in Taiwan. He also knows I am very particular with my gifts. The sales LIED to my husband and assured him that he could exchange these gifts in Taiwan. He also guided my husband into buying the exact same watch for me with a different face. I did NOT like both gift. For a rose gold bracelet-its upsetting that the clap is not in rose gold especially due to the $$$$$ We are in Taiwan, the store confirmed that it is IMPOSSIBLE to exchange my gifts here. Plus fine jewelry is even more impossible even though I didn't try them on and they were in the original boxes. I got furious, emailed Dior headquarter with no response. They did confirm the receipt of my emails and that was it. The sales of Dior texted me and apologized but wouldn't return my follow up calls or texts again I am left with 2 pieces of jewelry that I absolutely wouldn't wear. The Dior closest to me had limited stock in the full size range for the Dior Bar jacket, which made it challenging for me to try on both styles (single and double breasted) in different sizes for a back-to-back comparison. Because this is a prominent flagship store for the brand, I felt it would likely have more stock available and put it on my list of places to visit while in Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive area. There was a short line outside the main store, but the staff did a good job moving people inside and assisting them with their purchases and inquiries. I was matched with one sales associate who was pleasant and quickly went off to locate the Bar jackets in both styles and in different sizes based on what I had tried before. He brought over the styles and offered us water while I tried jackets on. I wanted to focus on the single breasted jacket and he swapped out the double breasted style for some different sizes in the single breasted jacket. I did go back and forth on sizing and he decided to have the tailor weigh in on what the best size would be. It did take a while for the tailor to wrap up something at the men's store up the street, but he was apologetic when he showed up and he quickly got to work with looking over the two sizes I was debating between. I didn't purchase a jacket that day, but I was impressed with the service and knowledge of the staff who worked at that location. If I decided to return there, I know I would be in good hands. read more

I came into this store because i wanted to get my wife something that I would be sure she loved. No matter what I buy her from here clothing, jewelry, or a purse she is always glad I chose this designer. I was recently helped out by Aaron who patiently explained what was in style with the ladies depending on mood and setting, stuff I wouldn't think of. He was very knowledgeable of the merchandise, history of the company. They offer champagne, soda and bottled water while shopping. Staff is very friendly and eager to help even when getting asked a million questions by a million different people on Christmas Eve. Boutique is kept sparkling clean. Very wide selection of purses makes decision making very hard. Parking in front is not an option and in area there is street parking (good luck finding one available). read more

First of all, the store is iconic, the merchandise is great, and the sales people were friendly and helpful. The downside to this particular store is the manager Alex! He has perfected the combination of horrid customer service with a pompous & arrogant attitude. My wife and I went there to exchange her purse that I had purchased for her birthday. I had asked for an extension on the return/exchange policy previously and was appreciative of the store accommodating this request. However, that appreciation turned to frustration, then anger, then resentment as I had to deal with the manager. What set this in motion? I simply inquired if we could return the purse. This is the point where Alex became patronizing and dismissive. Did he think I was just buying it with no intention of keeping it? Did he think that I was just a tourist that he could treat poorly and never see again? Did he think that he didn't need to treat me well since there were many other customers? I told him plainly that it felt like he just gave me the extension so that he could make a sale...his response: (paraphrasing) "As you can see, we aren't hurting for business!" I was appalled by his arrogance and told him that specifically. Funny thing is: we were going to exchange the purse and I was just curious if they would accept a return. In fact, we exchanged the purse and paid more for the new one. The manager could have and should have handled the issue 100x better. Instead, he was defensive and condescending from the start, which turned an easily resolved situation into a problem. Instead of defusing the situation, he lit the match to ignite it. If you want to be treated well, don't expect it from this store manager. If you are looking for the typical, arrogant treatment, then just ask for Alex. read more

I can see now why this location gets so many negative reviews. I absolutely love Dior but I do not like this location. I find the customer service to be extremely lacking. I went in to see the new collection & possibly get myself something as their holiday packaging looked beautiful. I was assisted by a tall asian man (sales associate #1959 per my receipt) & he was not knowledgeable on any of the 4 new pieces I wanted to see. He seemed totally aloof and unhelpful. I ended up getting a slg since they had a new color I wanted. Another girl was ringing me up as he was wrapping my package...and he stops & walks away to take a personal call on his cell phone. BEYOND unprofessional. After he comes back, I get my bag and leave. Upon arriving home, I see that he did not put the tags for my new wallet inside. I mean- just every aspect is ridiculous for a luxury retailer. I will not return to this location again, I will only shop online or at the lovely Chicago location (which btw, is top notch.) This place closes at 6pm on Sundays don't go there even 30mins before because they start closing early. Online it says they close at 7pm I got there at 6:03 I repeatedly asked the guard if I can speak to the manager and he kept saying we are closed until she came to the door after hearing us talking to the guard the whole time and her name is Nia Tompson and couldn't do anything about it either. We payed for parking which it was a flat rate so no refunds and it's upsetting because we tried calling after 5pm to the store and no one answers. I emailed. I WhatsApp message and I texted I have all the proofs and still no contact with anyone. The manager Nia said she will take it to upper management or the business owner but they won't do anything about it. I'm so distraught about my visit to Dior today. My mom, sister and I decided to go to Dior after lunch(BTW we had just dropped off our shopping bags at the car). It did not matter that I was deceived or that I did not return to the store to redeem this "gift card" as Dior claimed. I did not matter that they lied, and said I was in possession of the coat. There is a systemic problem throughout the company. I left a message for corporate to call me... crickets. Louis Vuitton and Chanel are on top of every detail, each and every time I buy something. They make an effort to ensure the experience feels good and is luxurious. If you're looking for beautiful ready to wear, accessories, shoes, or cosmetics I would highly recommend going elsewhere.
