Disappointment with subpar customer service at this store. I ordered a pair of shoes, they created a label on10/31, UPS did not get it until 11/3. It was supposed to arrive at my house on 11/5 from California to Virginia. I need it on 11/7 at different state, California where it is being shipped from this store. It is not arriving at my house until 11/7 now, when I fly out on 11/6. UPS still have it at Los Angeles location, they said to make changes the shipper need to make changes, I called this store, Demi said it is out of their hand, when the UPS just picked it up that day 11/3. and they were supposed to shipped 3 days ago and I would have gotten it before I fly out. read more

I said "I do" to the chooos!!! i went in for a MISSION to get the white Bing 100 for my wedding. the staff helped me right away and was soo very patient as he brought me 3 sizes to try, while suggesting to go up/ down depending on my fit. when I was ready to buy, he said there was only 1 more in stock!!!! ahhh i was THRILLED. he helped me order it online to be delivered to my house and I was in/ out within 15 minutes! the Bing 100 is suppper comfy and so glamorous but wearable elsewhere. love these shoes and i loved my experience! read more

I purchased a purse and shoes on Jimmy Choo website and picked them up at the boutique. They gave me the products with very used shopping bag. It seems like somebody used the shopping bag 5 times. I was shocked coz I couldn't believe what "Jimmy Choo" had done. Lastly, a stuff who took care of me said "free to go" without looking at me. Of course he didn't even said "thank you". Maybe there is a commission system and I didn't purchase products through him and I wasn't worth for him. When I went to Jimmy Choo in London, all stuff was so welcomed and very polite. I disagree about the previous reviews about Nikki. She was GREAT with me! My first pair of Jimmy Choo's were purchased from this location. Before driving out to Beverly Hills, I called the store to confirm they had the style and size I was looking for. Nikki was so kind and found the shoe I wanted. She was able to put it aside for me until I arrived. Once I got there, I met with Nikki and tried on the Anouk in nude. I also loved a few other styles and she resulted in bringing them all out for me to try, without hesitation. She and the staff were great!! Will purchase from them again! read more

Whomever would give her this position clearly has a lack of judgement. I'm no where near a resolution and have been getting the runaround. I've written countless emails, called, written to customer service and have received no correspondence. The staff in this store are rude and dismissive it's no wonder when they're being led by the least client centric manger. I'm beyond frustrated and upset. I regret the day I walked into that store. Wonders never cease! I 100% without a doubt completely agree with these women about Nikki. She started out helpful during my visits but she soon became brash and tactless, asking personal questions that made me uncomfortable. The final straw came when I went in to buy a pair of boots but it wasn't available in my size. She found a size for me in Hawaii and said that she can get it shipped here. Without informing me, she charged me the shipping fee which was close to $20. Adding insult to injury, I had the shoes shipped to their store! I should have complained but I let it slide. When their new store on Rodeo Dr. opened (they used to be on Canon Dr.), I thought I'd check it out hoping not to encounter her (wore big sunglasses inside the store). Surprise, surprise, she was there and she remembered me. Found another pair of shoes I liked but didn't have in my size, she offered to find a pair and have them shipped. I reminded her that she charged me for shipping the other time and she said that she can do it for free. It sure made it seem like I was the one asking for a favor! I declined and left the store fast. Since then, I have avoided the store completely. If I fancy a pair of Choos, I go to Saks or even as far as the Jimmy Choo store in Palazzo in Vegas. The store itself is nice. It's three times the size of their old place. They have a large collection of shoes and bags - although there are certain shoe styles from certain collections they don't carry (and apparently, my size). And it's certainly in a better location, their old place was three blocks east, closer to Santa Monica Blvd. I want to say that it's unfair to judge a store based on one person. I've seen other people work in the store but honestly, they come and go so quickly that it's hard to deal with anyone other than her. read more

Never even took them out of the box and immediately brought them back on our very next trip to LA only to be told the return policy is store credit only for 7 days and exchange for same price or more after that. Know the store policy FIRST! I was never informed of their policy verbally, nor was a conspicuous sign posted. It is only in small print on the receipt. For someone who has a shoe collection of about 100 pairs (and my mother who had about 300), we have never been told "NOPE, you wore these already and can't return them, even if they're unacceptably uncomfortable, and you are getting a blister after 4 hours only." This 1" heel that I purchased is more uncomfortable than my highest 4" Balenciaga shoes. This is almost jaw-dropping considering the fact that the brand aligns itself in the luxury sector. I guess I will need to stick to Louboutin and every other luxury brand that values customers first. read more

Choos are awesome no matter where I see them but shopping here at the store is my first preference because the salespeople were soooo nice, helpful and pleasant to deal with. It took me three separate visits to finally make a decision and they were never pushy, never impatient, and they really seemed to know everything there is to know about their brand. Reviews are polarized for this store...I personally had a very good experience shopping here for my girlfriend. Staff were courteous and very helpful, definitely a little "sales-y," but that's the norm for almost every establishment in the Rodeo drive area. I made it clear what my price limit was and the staff respected it. They also let me store my bags with them while I shopped elsewhere in the area, which was nice. My girlfriend absolutely loved the shoes and handbag I bought her and they fit perfectly. Had me on hold for about 30 minutes she was supposedly checking on shoes for me never returned back on the line. Called with another phone to ask about another item she answered again and put the bag on hold. Walked into the store she was just sitting on the couch. Approached us with the bag and after that everything was a disaster. She has no skills to be a sales rep she is rude every answer was no with an attitude. Asked to have someone else help us she was still butting in and we asked her kindly to not get involved that we want someone else to help us. As she was walking into the back room she called us an idiot and when calling her out on it she wants to say she never said that and got really defensive. Told us to ask the guy who was assisting that she didn't say that the guy kindly actually said sorry I didn't hear what she said. It's funny when store managers are not in store and available sales rep take advantage. She needs to be fired and out of there. No wonder other reviewers have left horrible reviews on her. Hands down the worst service i've ever experienced in a store anywhere. I probably have about 10 pairs of choo's that i've bought at either saks or the south coast Jimmy Choo and have always had a great experience. If anything was ever wrong, they replaced the shoe or sent it to be fixed. I bought a pair of nude open-toe platforms at this store about 2 months ago. After wearing them 3 times the shoes started to have some serious wear and tear that is not normal for a shoe that costs $700. I've worn my other shoes for years and they are fine. This particularly shoe had threads coming out and the shoe was literally falling apart which means it was just poorly made. Took it in to see if they could do something about it and they were extremely rude and basically threw me out and said they couldn't help me and it was all my fault. They gave me a card of a shoe repair place and said to deal with it myself. Seriously! i've worn it three times for a total of 3-4 hours of wear time. Probably not the best idea to piss off customers who are regular buyers or know the c-level executives at the company. However, Nikki is obnoxiously rude and should not be working in customer service especially for a designer such as Jimmy Choo. I live in DC and called the Beverly Hills store to ship a particular shoe to me since they were one of just 2 locations that had my size. After she gathered my info and rushed me into getting off the phone, I asked if there was a way to have her send the shoe to the store near me so I didn't have to pay for shipping. She had the audacity to say, "so you just made me do all that work for nothing?!" I replied, "Excuse me? I simply asked if there was a way i could avoid shipping costs." She then said, "haha, I'm just kidding." I should have canceled the order that second but my desire for that shoe outweighed Nikki's unacceptable behavior. My advice: stay away from this Jimmy Choo location...Nikki will not give you the experience you deserve for spending that much money for a shoe. read more

I went today (October 14th) to purchase a pair of shoes. They had the ones i was looking for and i bought them, i was very happy with my shoes until i met the rude and obnoxious Nikki. She thinks she is funny making all those comments about you and your life. She doesnt know how to be profesional. I dont know if she is a manager or what, but she shouldnt be working there. Wow wow wow wow. All I can say is a big thank you to this Jimmy Choo location. I'm pretty far from Rodeo Drive, but I will come to this location anytime/anyday of the week just to get the service I got from this location. Chase Fedderson and his manager (pardon but I do not recall her name) gave me some of the best customer service. I bought a pair of Men's Patented Leather Hi-Tops in January 2015. That whole process took me forever because it was my first pair of Choos. I shopped around a lot on Rodeo and at the end of the day didn't find anything better than what Chase had shown me. Fast forward 3 months, 3 or 4 wears of the shoes, I noticed that the leather was cracking and I was so so upset. I had cleaned them and kept them in the dusk cover the entire time, so I decided to give Chase a call. He contacted corporate or his manager and told me to come down so he could look at the shoes and try to see what he could do. Do to my scheduling I wasn't able to make it down until a week later, but the manager (female, dark long hair) already knew my situation and was ready to help. She told me that she would send me a new pair free of charge to my house overnight. I was beyond happy and left my old shoes there. I was astonished that the issue was handled so promptly and properly. I work at a similar designer and being in retail I know sometimes things can be tough on sales and such but I really do applaud this Jimmy Choo location for helping with my issue. Overall I'm 100% coming back to this location anytime I want a pair of shoes. Chase was so helpful and I recommend going to him! read more

Yuki is my go to person at this Jimmy Choo store. She is very friendly, super helpful, and most of all very honest. She has definitely gone above and beyond several times for me. A chain on a clutch I bought at the store broke and Yuki had it repaired for me at no charge. I also lost an ankle strap on a pair of shoes and Yuki had it promptly replaced for me. Most recently I was debating on 2 pairs of shoes but they did not have one in my size at the store. They overnighted a pair to their store so that I could try it on. There is one sales associate that is not the most friendly, but stick with Yuki or Chase and you will have a great experience. read more

I received a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes for my birthday. I took a look at them and they were made out of snakeskin which I did not like. I received a gift receipt but never opened it. I opened it on the day I wanted to return the shoes. To my surprise they had a 7 day return policy and I was on day 14. I told them that I did not notice this until the day I wanted to return them. The shoes were in PERFECT shape. They reviewed them and we talked. I then was able to make a switch for the shoes and they treated me like a queen!!! They were really wonderful! the saleswoman nikki is a terror to work with. she is rude and snobby and does not return phone calls. i wanted to get jimmy choos for my wedding shoe and they were the closest place that had them so i had her send me a pair. she was not very nice on the phone and it was not a good experience. i asked her if she could send the shoes to me at work and she said she had to send it to the same address as my billing address which sucks but i didnt have a choice. when i got the shoes after going to ups after hour pick up i noticed the shoes were damaged. i called her pretty mad and she was like they are perfect. i was like "look lady, if they were perfect why would i be willing to send them back to you?" i had to spend my own money to send the shoes back and after she recieves them she calls me and said that she can fix the damaged parts and send it back to me at my work address. i was like why couldnt you make that exception for me in the first place. read more

I was just at the store. I love Jimmy Choo and have been wearing this designer for many years. I usually get my shoes online or in Las Vegas or Saks. I am never ever purchasing my Choos at a different place than the Beverly Hills store! My experience was awesome. I got there late in the day and Aston showed me zillion pairs of shoes. He was sweet, patient, and amazing. He gave me good advice on how to wear the heels, color combinations, outfits, etc. Nikki was also super amazing. She commented on the shoes, the style and she was very sweet and nice all along. I am not sure what happened with the other reviewers but I have to say that I had the best experience ever. I usually shop at Barneys, Bergdorf when in New York, and Neiman and in all those stores I got some kind of attitude first time I visited until the SA realized that I was a serious customer (I buy nice stuff but don't dress the part when it comes to go shopping I want to be comfortable and I am usually walking so it's tennis shoes and an oversized purse).
