Telephone etiquette at this location would not be a strong suit of theirs, to say the least. When you call a store to check on the availability of a product and you are asked "who is this and how did you get this phone number?", it can be a little jarring to the senses, considering the price tag. Let's remind ourselves that phone numbers for stores are widely available online through Google or any other simple search. Luxury dealers are a dime-a-dozen at this mall and I'm shocked at the level of poor customer service. Oh yeah...this treatment came from the manager...a male from whom I didn't get a name. This was all within the span of 5 minutes. Came in on Black Friday just to browse while shopping. Very nice sales lady, Grace, was great help. Ended up with the frayed leather Pigalle Follies after looking around. My rant: They were actually having a % off in this section on select styles, but I was told AFTER trying on and selecting my shoes...which were not on sale by the way. Who does that to a girl? Now the sale shoes look like poo and I want the shoes in my hand. I could've easily picked a sale pair (which would've made my husband proud) but I decided to stay boujie for the day. I spent 10 minutes in the Houston Galleria store on Saturday 2/8/2020 without a single employee greeting or attempt to assist me. Who I assume was the manager, (big guy in a sport coat, accent, and facial hair) completely ignored me even as I purposely peered into the glass case in front of him. To add insult to injury he put in his Apple wired headphones and walked off. Disgusted, I walked out and spent my money at Chanel next door. While shopping at Louboutin in London, Paris, and Las Vegas, I've never dealt with such poor customer service like the Houston Galleria store. This was a very poor look for Louboutin stores and the brand. read more

Excellent customer service!!! Everyone at the store is always so pleasant and friendly. I feel like every time I have shopped there...everyone made sure to provide the upmost customer care and attention. Mariam has always gone out of her way to ensure I was happy with my purchase. She listened and provided suggestions since I was not sure which shoe to purchase. On other occasions, she has helped me over the phone to see if a shoe was in stock. I went to the Galleria the other day and saw this new store. My wife and I went inside since she loves their shoes. She likes more of the classic looks, but is interested in each new collection. We were shocked to see that this location was actually quite big. They have a lot of women's, men's and accessories. read more

This place is garbage. Staff was rude and overly casual. I knew exactly what I wanted to try on. The sales associate just told me flatly, "we don't have that". No offer to try anything similar, no help- NOTHING. I had fully intended on buying shoes but ended up walking out because I was basically ignored. Very poor customer service. read more

In regards to the Christian Louboutin boutique inside Saks: Carlos and Grace are beyond amazing. We were discouraged after a frustrating experience at the actual Louboutin store in the Houston Galleria and stopped at Saks. Carols and Grace were welcoming, empathized, and sat down with us to help out with an exchange. They ended up making suggestions to us on shoes we didn't think we would like but ended up loving after trying them on. Not only are they courteous and professional but they each have an eye for fashion. Both of them will take time to understand your style and make suggestions that you will love! read more

My experience with Juan was awesome. He greeted my husband and I with his warm personality. This store did not have the shoe that I was looking for in my size. Juan did a search, found the last pair in my size in New York and called the store to verify that the system was accurate. When I went to pick up the shoes a week and a half later, I did not want to be bothered with the crazy parking situation at the mall. I loved how I was treated recently when shopping in the CL boutique inside of Saks. This review is for the location inside of Saks, at 5175 Westheimer. While I wish I could boast about a new pair of CL heels, I was only there to purchase their coveted nail polish. This may render me disconnected to the heart of Louboutin, but I felt as if I were their top customer for the short amount of time I was helped by their sales associate. Unfortunately for me and for all of us, I have forgotten her name. Forgive me, as this was right before Christmas and my mind was simply not focused. But she had a very artfully executed rocker-chic look, with a modernistic haircut and some tasteful piercings. That alone should tell you that CL appreciates diversity, and focuses intently on excellent customer care (as it should be). The way that I was given such TLC was unlike any other recent retail experience. She spoke softly, made the warmest eye contact, quietly located the product I needed, and brought my receipt and credit card to me to sign while I sat on their circular sofa. I completely forgot that I was in a mall, much less one that is almost always chaotic. To her, I raise my glass and say that you must be promoted immediately to something worthy of your professionalism and skills! I know from experience how difficult retail is, and my heart is seriously touched when I'm treated so carefully. Thank you for making my experience the best it could be! read more

I visited Houston for the first time this past Thanksgiving Holiday weekend and my visit to the Louboutin store at The Galleria was nothing short of amazing. Upon entering I was greeted by the fabulous Ana Zapata! I shared my shoe size with her and she came back with a few to try. The second pair was a perfect fit. My intentions were to only try on and come back at a later time but Ana's welcoming personality swayed me into purchasing. Ana and the other Louboutin associates treated us to Veuve Clicquot and it was the epitome of a VIP experience! I can't wait to visit again for my second pair and I will certainly suggest this location to anyone in the TX area. read more
