Nice selection of jewelry; However, I was not made to feel welcomed. My husband purchased a watch as a gift for me. An older lady removed some links to provide a snugger fit, but after a few hours of wear, the watch fell off my wrist. I took the watch back to be checked and I was told by the younger lady, (the owner) not to bring the watch back to them, to contact the warranty company, but the issue stemmed from the links that were removed by her employee. How I'm greeted upon entering a business speaks volumes to me! That's why they have 4 instead of 5 stars. The ladies were cautiously friendly. Although I am always clean and neat, I felt a bit judged. I apologize if that's not the case. I wanted a bracelet repaired that I had had for a long time. It wasn't an expensive piece but it was the first bracelet that my husband bought for me many years ago. I lost a diamond tennis bracelet because the clasp broke and I didn't want to lose anymore. The repair work was absolutely wonderful!!! I now have no idea where it was broken. I was called several days earlier than the estimated return date. I would definitely bring other items for repairs.
