I reached out to pinnacle Peak to express my thoughts on a auto insurance policy that only increased in the four years when it should have decreased with no claims or tickets not to mention on time payments and years of loyalty. I received a response back from a broker there named Mike to call the insurer and if need be cancel my policy with them directly. I did just that and now pay half of what I did through this unprofessional insurance broker! I would not recommend getting any kind of coverage through them. Not only was he knowledgeable about all of my options when it comes to insurance, but I had a glass claim that Mickey helped me take care of in 24 hours. I was a USAA member before I switched to State Farm and it took me a month to get an appointment when they were my insurance. Mickey helped me file a claim and get new glass the very next day. whenever I have any questions, Mickey responds quickly and gives me the full picture of my options without any bias. When I switched from USAA, not only were my premiums lower, but Mickey advised me how I could bundle renters insurance to save even more money... I always thought USAA was the cheapest, but now that Mickey is my agent, not only am I saving money, but I have better coverage than what I had with the ol' eagle. Completely incompetent…read more We chose Adam Kase as our first agent upon moving to Arizona from Wisconsin. We have both been with State Farm since we got insurance and I loved their customer service, personable agents who got to know you and didn't treat you like a number. Adam Kase is very nice. Our in-person meetings with him were cordial and professional, as were our over-the-phone discussions. Where we had an issue was in his lack of ability to accomplish anything. We moved down in May, and through May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December, and January, we had incorrect policies, duplicate policies, incorrect fees, things like renters insurance wouldn't transfer, our auto insurance was never settled correctly - it was an absolute mess and total disaster. We thought about changing agents several times during this process but we thought it must be a state to state hassle or issue. Adam is very difficult to get a hold of. We would call his office and leave messages and he would actually ask us to text him on his cell phone and the responses were always seeming to be "everything is working out," or "yep, we are working on that," but things never got settled. We would ask the same questions month after month after month about things that we want to changed and end dates for certain policies (like moving out of our apartment and into our house so we didn't need renters insurance anymore), and we would provide them with that information repeatedly expecting that it would be fixed, and it never was. We happily and eagerly switched agents in late January. Our new agent was somehow miraculously able to correct all of Adam Kase's flaws WITHIN ONE WEEK, and provide us with our reimbursements, and since then life has gone back to how it should have been all along. When we call our new agent, he is available. He actually answers the phone. It's such a night and day difference. Adam Kase is a really nice guy. But he is incapable of performing the most basic functions of his job. Please consider other agents.
