Okay, look, I have been involved with real estate investing, renting, and remodeling part time for almost 40 years (yes, I am a geezer, but that makes me good at evaluating quality). I have dealt with countless realtors in my time, some of them adequate, some lousy, and the occasional one way above average. I could have used a number of folks, but I stumbled across the Gonzalezes and talked with them and chose them and have not regretted it for a minute. This last property sale of mine had some considerable peculiarities. There were finance, tax, and condition issues; there was a tenant to deal with; and there were time constraints since I wanted to be out of the country and heading to Australia to meet my sweetie by late May of this year. Elvia and Eddie simply did not quit on ANY detail. They worked tirelessly to make the deal happen - including exploring a variety of financing options with me, dealing with that very particular tenant, dealing with the title company, dealing with some very particular potential buyers ... I could go on, but I think I have made my point. I will not consider EVER using another realtor again. Period. Oh, and by the way, Elvia and Eddie are not merely superlative at their jobs. They are also the nicest, kindest, and most considerate people I have ever met in the business. And they are flatout fun people to spend time with. They are tough workers, but they know how to laugh, and they love their work. They deserve far more than the paltry 5 stars that I am allowed to give them.

I went to him and at the time he looked at my paperwork and he was so honest he said it wasn't in my best interest to refinance right now so I trusted him. Had we been told we needed maintenance, we would have absolutely done what told. *we did not pay last 25k bc per YOU it was forgiven as you installed WHITE cantina doors while we were at work and refused to change them out for the BROWN doors ordered. We did not want a 25k credit..we wanted our brown doors!! would cost $60k to replace. We have NO contract with the deck company and paid them nothing. Our contract was solely w gonterman construction. Further, the hammock was removed in 2018, you are incorrect. It's wild to think we have had NO other furniture out there either..not even a chair. you'd think a deck of that size we could have a dining table and 6 chairs...weighing more than a frontage hammock anyhow. Unfortunately, from researching and talking with two neighbors: 1) we have cracks all throughout 3 years later 2) gonterman walked and left many small things unfinished Seems we are not alone. I will start by saying if you are thinking about this company ( one man show) don't do it! Long…read morepost, but here goes. Hired Jamie to replace my shower, his quote was mid range to other companies. I don't think he has any employees so he went to Home Depot and picked a random guy out. The guy tore out my existing shower and proceeded with his work. Mind you, Jamie came in and checked on his worker at times, but every appearance to my home, Jamie brought new friend, cousin, family member, acquaintance over with him. He did NONE of the work until his worker knocked out my entry way wall on other side of bathroom as he demolished the bathroom. Let the guy do his work and wow, what a shoddy job. After he tiled my entry to shower, it was not plumed correctly and totally crooked, no door would have fit. The work was horrible and Jamie agreed, so the entire shower was demolished yet, once again down to the studs. More wasted time. Jamie brought in a new Home Depot 'tile guy' that he swore the guy knew what he was doing, wrong. A few weeks later and many more of his friends and family parading through my home...it was finished. At this point, I just wanted Jamie and his Home Depot workers out of my house. Absolute shoddy job, I could have done better. After he finally left, I found his worker ripped my electrical socket out of the wall, scratched my floor very bad, scratched and chipped some of my existing cabinets, threw away the nozzle piece that goes into the wall for shower head, used my toilet seat as a tool holder....had to replace, left very rough edges on trim work that we had to smooth out so I wouldn't rip my skin on, installed chipped backsplash tile and chipped out my existing travertine floor and filled it with caulk. Corners of shower floor are caked with caulking. Worker knocked a hole through shower into entry way of home. The only work Jamie did was attempt to patch my wall...it looks like crud and definitely not a professional patch job, it's already peeling away! I am absolutely embarrassed to let people use my bathroom now. I am trying to save up, yet once again, to have shower replaced. I texted Jamie with pictures and my concerns...crickets and no response. I don't know how this guy stays in business! You can Kind of sad to rip off a senior on disability this way! That was thousands of dollars I paid him and my bathroom looks horrible! I waited over a year to post this, but just can't stand to even shower in my own bathroom anymore! Do not use this guy or his rip off company for even the smallest job! Very sad that these people even get business! Trust me, he sub contracts everything out to day laborers. I have been sickened over this for over a year. Hate my bathroom now, should have kept my old shower! I feel Jaime ripped me off, big time!

Construction is a nightmare but Ohana Cabinets made the process go as smoothly as it could have gone and for that I want to thank Jayme and all of the workers, especially Mario and Hector.
