This is the one time I'm going to have to laugh at the Chicago folk over the Hoosiers. I think the visitors don't realise this is actually an area chain retaurant and not even a very good one. I think those that aren't regulars think this place is nostalgiac and aren't paying any attention that everything served here is fresh...fresh out of a bag, freezer, or can. It's just your average chain restaraunt food. Just plain food nothing exciting or with pizzaz just your basics. What can I say it's bland and average on a bad day it may be less than average. It's usually just decent but never better than average. A good place if your just getting a meal out of the way and just don't care. Cristos in Knox our favorite to go restaurant. We usually get carry out and occasionally have missed something that's why I gave it a 4. Also have eaten in. I do have my favorite servers. Food has never disappointed us. Best soups, in fact I've been known to order a quart of my favorite soup to bring home. Love the new manager. Friendly and caring. read more

New Manger with the best personal service I ever had. My girlfriend has multiple food allergies, and was given several samples to determine what she could tolerate. Even created a special combination bread bowl she total enjoyed. Waiter even "chased " us to the parking lot when we left a personal item at his table.. I always come here with my church or aunt. They always love it here! I love it here! The food is always a 5/5! The waitress's are always friendly and are a joy. I have never gotten food here that I didn't liked. My personal favorite thing to order is breakfast! The eggs here are so yummy. Everything is just to good and delicious read more

Horrible place. I found a ball of melted up plastic wrap in my daughter's soup. They told me my service dog wasn't allowed in there. He's trained and better behaved then the children that were running around and yelling. I wouldn't go to either of his locations (this one and one in Plymouth ) if I was paid to. read more

So Cozy and the old farmhouse front porch is sssooo cute and makes me feel at home on the farm at my Grandmas kitchen...the food is always great and a good value Their Round the clock restaurants and christos are nice too with a cottage like one in schererville, barn in highland, and the old train station in la porte as well as the cozy christos in la porte...they even have a great brunch and banquet hall ...de luxe for weddings and such i hear serves up to a few hundred for meetings....Nice owners...not yer old greek snack shop...their attention to ambiance and variety makes em my choice over chains when i travel thru n.w. indiana!!!! read more

I had the Asian Stir Fry. There was no taste. Then I ordered the Italian Beef. There was plenty of meat but thats all it was. Just beef. No Italian ingredients like Green Peppers, Onions or Mushrooms anything else that makes it Italian. The juice was not Italian Au Jus. I don't know but maybe a Greek restaurant shouldn't try Asian and Italian foods. It doesn't work here for me. The fries and the ham and bean soup were terrific and so was the coffee. The buns were good but cold. I like hot buns. My wife had the fish sandwich and it was good. I may go back and try something else. The restaurant was very nice, clean and the waitress was very nice. They did take my stir fry back and not charge me. read more

Mediocre food. Nothing good to brag about, but not enough to complain about either. The food seems like it's not prepared at the restaurant. Large portions but overpriced for how they taste. We only go for the all you can eat ribs. read more
