The lobby was pretty small, with only a handful of chairs for customers to sit at. They do offer coffee, water, and I believe tea products for folks who want/need it while they were waiting. I would just keep in mind that the price for the oil change will likely be an extra $5 than advertised because of the oil filter change. Other pros: they offer free topping off of oil and other engine fluids between oil changes at Jiffy Lube, they are quick, friendly employees, and go through all of the inspections of the oil change with you at your car. They also vacuum out the interior of your car and wash your windows. I got more than I anticipated going here! Highly recommend.

By Monday morning, the tire was completely flat. I called the store expecting them to take responsibility and help resolve the issue, especially since the tire was under warranty and they had just serviced it. Instead, I was told I would need to tow the vehicle back in. I explained that I didn't think I should have to pay for a tow when the problem appeared to be related to the work they had just done. Rather than working toward a solution, the manager, Jonathan, became combative and argumentative. The tone was defensive and dismissive, not helpful. When I asked for the name of his manager or someone I could escalate the issue to, he refused to provide it and acted like there was no one above him. I ended up having to call the main customer service line myself to try to get this resolved. I did not create this issue. The tire was covered under warranty, I brought it in for repair, and shortly after the service the tire was completely flat. A reasonable response would have been an apology, arranging a tow, and correcting the problem. Instead, I was met with resistance and poor customer service. Really frustrating experience, and not what you want when dealing with something that directly affects vehicle safety.

Fast forward a to today where I am driving a couple hundred miles later and the skid plate under the engine is scraping on the ground and is barely hanging on by a single bolt. I am guessing they improperly installed the skid plate after the oil change as well. They were nice enough to send some kids over to clean up the oil spill in my driveway, but overall I would strongly recommend taking your car anywhere else but here.

There were absolutely no issues prior to the oil change. The timing is not a coincidence. I contacted the shop right away. I was told to check back on 02/28 and that the manager would handle it. When I followed up, I was told the manager wasn't available until Monday and that I would "have to wait" while they conducted an "investigation" and reviewed camera footage. They claimed the technician did not touch the sensor. However, their own higher-up acknowledged that the sensor could have been cleaned and reset -- which their technician did attempt. That reset did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. Despite this, they continued to deny responsibility. I sought a second opinion from a mechanic I know personally who works as a mechanic for a landscaping company. Instead of addressing the mechanical findings, the shop repeatedly tried to discredit him by referring to him as "a landscaper," even after being clearly informed that he is employed as a mechanic for that company. That felt dismissive and unprofessional. Ultimately, my mechanic repaired the issue and the vehicle is now running properly again. This confirms that there was in fact a problem that needed to be corrected -- a problem that began immediately after the oil change service. As a result of this situation, I incurred $556 in total expenses, including: - $115 for the oil change - $190 for the sensor - $150 for labor - $56 Uber to return to the shop - $45 Uber home because the vehicle was not safe to drive This has caused financial loss, stress, and significant inconvenience -- all from what should have been a simple maintenance visit. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and the refusal to take responsibility for an issue that began immediately after their service. The staff is friendly as well, so the only draw back is really that the entrance and waiting area feels a bit dirty and run down. Fast forward to the other evening, and a phone call with a dear friend results in learning that a family friend who had helped raise him, the mother to one of his closest friends from childhood to this day, was on her death bed across state lines. His car was in the shop from a hit and run. Suddenly, the minor repair I'd ignored for months became top priority, because I didn't want him needing to return to the Twin Cities immediately if he carpooled or spend a ton on a rental and still have to measure his stay to minimize the rental expenditure. I had an unexpectedly busy day yesterday, so once I was free today, I picked one of the best-rated Plymouth repair shops and grabbed my phone, expecting it to be the first of many calls, given recent experiences with fielding this exact repair for my car. Nope. John was not only truly warm, he was very considerate and informative in his questions before inviting me to bring my car in for a quick repair today, despite it being already 3:30 pm at that point, with the shop closing in an hour and a half. I got to the shop at 4 pm. Less than half an hour later, I was leaving with my car no longer clanking from a loose part. I think I've found a solid new (and far more local - my go-to shop up until now required a half hour drive, but I love my car so I didn't mind) doctor's office for my car.
