My Chrome motorcycle battery lasted 10 months , after 2 days of phone calls and emails they finally decided to replace my battery. that was May 26, I had to pay for shipping $8.40 , they say it was shipped on May 27, but nobody knows where the battery is. Purchased from Chrome battery a 4 pack of batteries. They sent me two. I have contacted them several times only through email because apparently there is no customer service number. They keep responding with " you have received your items" even though I have explained what they sent was a partial. 3 weeks this has been ongoing and still not rectified. I purchased a battery from Walmart which is sold by Chrome battery of Indiana. My battery failed after only a year of use. The battery has a 18-month warranty. I keep my battery on a high-end trickle charger. I have sent numerous emails via Walmart to chrome battery or they have failed to respond. I finally reached out to Walmart and they provided a phone number for Chrome batteries. I spoke to someone at the company and explain my situation to them they said that because now the battery is out of warranty which is no fault of mine because they would not return my emails they will not honor their own warranty. This is not a very good business they should stand behind their product. As I write this review my battery is approximately one month and 20 days past the 18 month warranty. I offered to buy another battery from them at a discounted rate but that was also not acceptable. They chose not to work with me. So I have no choice but to leave a honest review for other potential customers to view. This company seems to be very shady. There are lots of great companies out there but chrome battery of Indiana is not one of them. I would recommend you find another battery retailer. read more

I bought replacement batteries from Chrome for my computer's APC UPS nearly three years back. Their RBC6 UPS Complete Replacement Battery Kit, was the best price I could find, for under $50 at the time. Much less than buying the APC retail pack. The order arrived quick and installed without issue, and like the bunny, they are still going strong. What more can I ask for? I suppose it would be nice for them to go another three years, and time will tell. My good experience with that brought me back for a replacement battery for my alarm system, and so I thought I would drop them a good review. Temp and shelf time are a big factor for lead batteries, so I would recommend ordering from them directly and then installing and using the battery right away. They sell on Amazon, but it is cheaper to order from them directly, especially if you can score a discount code. read more

Battery Corrosion After only about one year, most of the 50 AAA Chrome Pro Alkaline batteries had corroded while they were still in the plastic carton, unused. Several flashlights with these batteries also had corroded ones. This was not a moisture problem since I live in Arzona where there is NO humidty. Useless. I bought a battery for my golf cart, which had an eighteen month warranty. The first battery lasted about eight months and I got a replacement. Second battery lasted six weeks and when I requested a replacement was told that you only got one replacement. What's with that. Surely a company that offers a warranty would replace the item more than once if it is defective. The girl in Customer service was very nice and listened to me rant, but it did not get me another battery. Now a week later I get a battery and it's damaged out of the box!!! Now here we go for the 3rd time.
