    I have visited this location before and received great customer service. Today's visit went above…read moreand beyond. I came in knowing that I needed a new battery. The gentleman that helped me was very polite. He informed me that due to weather conditions, they were not installing batteries but would be happy to offer me a discount for the inconvenience and the tools to change the battery. I told him I had never changed a battery but didn't have another option. The location didn't have my battery in stock, so he called a different location and put the last battery they had on hold for me. He assumed my car wouldn't start so he brought out the battery charger. After 10+ minutes of standing in the cold, my car wouldn't start and the attendant offered me a deal on the more expensive battery. I took him up on his offer and we went inside. He grabbed the battery and the cart with the tools and he followed me outside. Fully expecting him to head back inside, he decided to stand outside and walk me through the steps and prepare the proper tools for me. What would have been a lot longer ordeal turned into a 10 minute learning experience. I couldn't be more thankful for this person's kindness and excellent customer service.

Every time that I arrive at this location, there is at least one employee outside the entrance smoking, and begrudgingly ending their smoke break after I have entered the store. They then go and stand at a computer. That's it. No questions are asked and no assistance is offered. During my last visit, I purchased windshield wipers for my daughter whose blade had been detached from the wiper. After telling the associate what I was looking for, they typed in the make and model and told me what I needed. There were lots of options, so I asked which I should get. He then walked me over to the aisle and we both just stared at all of the available options. I thought that he was trying to decide which to suggest, but after a minute or so of just staring, he asked which I wanted. I laughed. I had no clue. After my purchase, we left. I don't know what the policy is regarding assistance with installation, but in the past, an associate would always ask if I needed help putting them on. It was raining that night, and I would have gladly accepted the help, but none was offered. When I got home, I found out that I could've just purchased a replacement blade rather than the entire windshield wiper assembly. I'm now reading others' reviews regarding how associates installed batteries for them and were very helpful in other ways. I don't know why I haven't been privy to the same level of service.

    Just Leaving a Review after having a conversation with Christopher at the Tom Roush Mitsubishi in…read moreWestfield. TLDR. Wife came in to have trunk and fuel door fixed quoted $900 for service. Trunk service is fixed as requested but repair service for fuel door was wrong. Fuel door does not match car color and does not work. Wife left unsatisfied and I followed up with them this morning hoping to get it fixed properly. Christopher maintained that he told my wife he could send the fuel door to a body shop for an additional $100. He then told me that to fix the fuel door that they "repaired" was another $400~. The fuel door before being serviced by Christopher was at least able to be opened by holding the lever up and prying it open, but now the fuel door can't be opened at all. Overall, very disappointed with the service and will be telling everyone I know that there is a repair shop to avoid because they don't include labor in their repair estimates and when asked to make good on the work they want to charge you an additional $400 bucks. Needless to say, Christopher hung up on me and probably doesn't care anymore. He already got his $900 ($500 of which was labor from what I hear took him 1.5hr at most? Who knows why its that much. What $250 an hour for labor alone?) If you are considering taking it here, Don't. There are other places out there that handle Mitsubishi, You don't have to spend the better part of a morning talking to someone who doesn't care once their paid. Its really disappointing to spend 900 to get something fixed and then have to tow it to another place to spend hundreds or so bucks. I'm going to leave some numbers down at the end so you don't get scammed into "free inspection so long as you get the work done". They are charging anywhere from $200-$300 per hour for labor so just calculate from there. You can look up parts online to get idea of what they cost and for some reason they charged me $145 for $90 of parts. So just assume whatever parts you need they add like 25% "finders fee" on top of that. And no guarantees on the work. Hopefully you don't get Christopher when calling them just leave a review and 1-800-382-5516 is the number for Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. Each time the repair is done quickly and their prices are very affordable. My daughter's Hyundai has lasted 14 years and survived almost 200,000 miles thanks to the great service at Westfield Automotive. One time, while repairing my Alfa Romeo, they noticed an oil leak in the front of the engine. This issue was not discovered by the Alfa Romeo dealership technicians during my last warranty visit with them. The technician at the Alfa Romeo dealership was amazed by how Westfield Automotive was able to find the defect. The dealership fixed it free of charge since they missed it. All I can say is the technicians at the Westfield Automotive are the best. I'm glad I found them and I want to spread the word so you too can get great service at a great price.

I left it with Westfield Automotive as a last resort before giving up all hope. Instead, Jeff and his team fixed it (timing belt) at a reasonable cost and breathed new life in it within a couple days. If you are looking for a company that is honest, reliable, and timely for your vehicle repairs, look no further! Thanks to Jeff and Zach who exceeded all expectations!!! I am so happy!!
