Probably my favorite spot in town! This is right next to the sporting complex, I work at, so it is easy to walk back and forth. They do also offer, easy access to street parking, if needed. My go-to order is the Heisenberg, with chocolate and peppermint. However, I do always love to try new drinks, as well, as acai bowls. This is definitely the place to try new things, as they have almost any toppings, flavors, and milk alternatives that you can pick and choose from. Over the years, of me going here, they have grown into a beautiful little coffee shop. It's a great gathering place for smaller groups, if you want a more intimate setting. Not to mention, they sell all kinds of super cool novelties items, you won't find elsewhere. The owner is also amazing, and the staff will make you feel like you're right at home. I've only had one issue here in the past, and the owner made it up with a free treat! Overall, would recommend to everyone in the area, especially as this is located in a big tourism hub. It is super cute on the inside, filled with plants and other items for purchase, giving off a very cozy vibe. Arrive was great! This is my second time here and this shop is a tiny gem. As the description says. They are funky and the coffee was slightly better than Starbucks (it's the McDonald's of coffee offering a known quantity and is the bench mark of minimally acceptable). The best part is the employees. After I ordered and got my drink I noticed they had an item, 2-5. I asked if that was with tax and she said it was 5.10 but I only had a $5 bill. Obsessed. The Neapolitan & Ube latte are my favorites. Definitely on the higher end for coffee but the regular size is quite large. Service is good & it's a quant little coffee shop. Just enough space for 3-4 people to sit and wait for their coffee. Love that it's in walking distance from my place. Will be here religiously. read more

The absolute cuuutest coffee shop with the best vibes in downtown Indy. Was able to take a nice walk here from the Omni Severin Hotel, and was so pleasantly surprised by what I had walked upon. I did a quick search on my phone for matcha near me, and this coffee shop popped up and was the closest in walking distance from me, so I went with it without even really researching what it looked like on the inside/outside. I almost missed it because it's very tiny with just one small door for entry. The staff here was so lovely and kind, and even took the time to share a few nearby recommendations to walk through and visit. The fruity pebbles matcha was delicious and the perfect little pick me up I needed to bring me a little extra joy and pep for my morning ahead. discovered this cozy costa-rican coffee shop after getting lost downtown (shoutout to construction! for.. the first time, ever... ) and WHAT. A. GEM. the menu is a little eccentric, highlighting house-made cold foams like cherry cordial and vanilla hemp, paired with unique flavor profiles like banana bread, reese's puffs, and ube! while the menu itself isn't large, they do have a variety of flavors and a very well-trained staff. As a first-time customer, I had no idea what to order, but the barista (hi Rollo ) helped me narrow down a few options and they did not dissapoint! I tried the heisenberg (a shaken espresso with milk + sweetener), the big papi (a coconut frappe), some vanilla hemp cold foam (a house favorite), and the peanut butter cold foam. Between the four, I found myself eating spoonfuls of the pb cold foam the same way you would eat the last bites of ice cream out of the container.. it was fresh, light, and so so smooth. I could *not* get enough! hopefully the limit of cold foam on a drink doesn't exist at Chronic, because I have plans to order the big papi with about 1 cup of peanut butter cold foam sitting right on top read more

This cute little coffee shop was on the top of my list of places to try while I was at a conference in Indianapolis. It's a shame I only made it here once as I would have loved to try more things from their menu. I enjoyed everything that I did get to try and the other people in my group all said the same. I had the Ube Matcha Latte, a Spinach and Cheese Empanada, and the Acai Bowl. The food was great, but the latte was definitely the highlight! Unique and really lovely flavor. I was also really impressed with the speed and efficiency that the woman working by herself managed everything. None of us waited very long for our orders, including the people that arrived after us. I visited a couple of times while working in Indy and was really impressed. The feta and egg empanada was delicious, especially paired with the tangy green sauce it came with. I also tried "The Chronic"--a double espresso with caramel, coffee cubes, and vanilla cold foam--which was expertly crafted. Service can be a bit slow since there's usually only one person working (being a cashier, making the beverages, warming the food, etc.), but it's definitely worth the wait. Had a delightful morning trying Chronic Coffee for the first time. I was warmly greeted by the owner. He was so personable and we ended up talking a majority of time since business was slow. He recommended the Chronic which is a double espresso. I had it iced because I am an iced coffee girly even in the winter. It came with a giant ice cubes like you would find in an old fashion. The coffee shop is small but the decor is so much fun. They also display work from local artists. I really enjoyed my coffee and the conversation. Found this little spot yesterday when we were looking for open coffee shops in the area. I can't beleive I havne't been here before because I work less than .5 miles from this shop but never seen it. They have some very unique drinks and offer CBD as an additive to their drinks. Roast was smooth and had a slight sweet taste. I will be hitting this place up much more now that I found them. If in the area and you would like someting a little different stop in and give them a go. The shop is very small so this is not a place to grabe a coffee and work as they only have 1 table. Amazing hidden gem coffee shop in Indy. You NEED to try it. They have so many great espresso drinks on the menu. It was hard to decide what to get. I ended up getting the Heisenberg. It was delicious. I also got the blueberry bagel and a cream cheese brownie. Both were great. It's a very cozy location on Virginia avenue. Inside is very small, but there's a lot of bright sun. Love this little place!! Went in there for my morning coffee today and goodness did it deliver! I got the Cordially Chronic and two egg bites. The coffee was a chocolate cold brew topped with cherry cold foam- I saw her in the back literally hand crushing cherries to put in my cold foam. The egg bites were the best I've ever had (and I'm an egg bite fiend). They were topped with some sort of Mac and cheese powder it seemed like? Never seen that before, but it made it salty and savory and perfect. The barista was so nice! Definitely added a smile to my day. The place is small, but very well decorated with lots of little things to buy if you want- cards and mugs and trinkets. There are so many plants and neon signs it is so aesthetic. Even in their small space, there are 3 or 4 different seating options- even a hanging chair! I had the Chai of the Tiger which was a chocolate dirty chai. The flavor was really great, but it wasn't hot. Halfway though, I got to some really cold milk. This is the most adorable lil coffee shop! We stopped by for a quick coffee on our way through Indy, and we're pleasantly surprised to find this exceptionally delicious shop! We met the owner who was able to make a coffee to order with any flavor for my creamy cold foam latte. If you aren't a coffee drinker you'll enjoy the smoothies! Their smoothies are made without ice- but served icy cold thank to all frozen fruit! The Pretty in Pink smoothie is a 10/10 and my caramel and brown sugar cream latte was a 10/10 as well. (They offer multiple types of milk if you want/need that) I loved that they have dog treats in a jar for when you grab a cup o Joe with your furry friend. Finally visited Chronic Coffee! It was an adorable and cozy coffee shop downtown. They worker was SO sweet and helped me decide on what drink to get. I went with Springtime Blues, which I think is one of their seasonal drinks. The drinks was amazing. I love fruity flavors in my latte so it really hit the spot. The space is small but I almost feel like that is what makes it so unique! It had a cozy feel with darker walls and plants. Definitely more of a grab a coffee and leave but don't let that stop you from trying it! I really liked it and I can't wait to go back. There is city parking right out front that you have to pay for but I think it was only ~90 cents for 25 min. They also have dog treats and give pup cups! read more
