Even asked me to take it somewhere else to get the something done that they couldn't do done so that they could finish the job. I opted not to do that. And cut my losses. They still charged me almost the full amount quoted. With no actual work don't except to take it all apart and put it back together. The owner is super full of himself, and I should've known with all of the signs up behind the register that they were not gonna care about their customer and we're going to gouge prices. He tried telling me I had to pay for a replacement engine, but he would install it for free. Later admitted his shop was at fault then filled a claim with his insurance. Still waiting on on complete reimbursement from him or his insurance about three months later for rental vehicle, towing, cleaning of truck (engine parts were placed on my carpet and leather seats after they took the engine apart, probably trying to cover up what they did). If zero stars was an option I'd check that.

I threw a Hail Mary via yelp in the Projects section and one company ignored me altogether while another flat out told me they couldn't help me. Not only did Marcos answer me very quickly on Yelp, he kept me updated on the entire process every step of the way with phone calls and text messages. I was assured they were very familiar with the 6.0 engines, which was exactly what I needed. These guys even brought their flat bed all the way to Espanola to pick up the vehicle at a very reasonable price as it wasn't in running condition at the time. The truck was done in only 3 days, and that was even with having to get a part shipped in. The overall cost was fair, in fact it was great, and you can tell these guys love their work and have a great deal of interest in these trucks. They honored some of my additional requests as well. I'll be taking my Ford to them any time I'm in need of work and would highly recommend them for any vehicle. It is now one week later and my truck is running great, I'm very happy with their work.

They stole all my spare change, a spare gun clip with bullets in it, my jacket, some usb flash drives with important files on them and numerous other things. On top of that i found cocaine residue all over my black leather seats. Tried to speak with the manager to see what they could do for me. They wanted me to pay them to review there cameras and basically 86'd me off the premises for wanting to file a police report. We are traveling around the country touring in our Motorhome, towing a car.... based out of N…read more Myrtle Beach, S.C. ....... we were in Albuquerque, changed our own motor oil and after we started up to pull out, the Motorhome hesitated on kicking into gear to move. We were perplexed. We drove to Sante Fe, spent the night in a Walmart parking lot. Got up to leave the next day and the Motorhome really had trouble getting into gear. We were very confused. Looked on Google map for a garage that could check out our Ford Triton V-10. We found the closest place was Master Tech Auto Repair. We definitely made the right decision. The owner Ari Gordon came out...especially since we were blocking the road with our Motorhome towing a car, and we told him our situation and he immediately checked under the hood and diagnosed what the problem was. Which turned out to be out of transmission fluid ????. He had one of his mechanics come out and add a few quarts. Originally Ari said he wouldn't charge us for such a quick fix, but it ended up taking way more than a quart of ATF. So paying a reasonable amount for service provided to us on the street was not an issue. We were more than happy to compensate. The quick response to our desperate need and providing honest mechanical needs to people not knowing any garage..... priceless!!! Not only did Amy and Annie do everything possible to get me in and out before my ETD, they were both warm and funny and authentically welcoming. Ari and his team are knowledgeable, skillful, and compassionate. While handling my tune up they found and resolved many issues for me, and alerted me to additional issues that might wait until after I return. Ari took the time to go over in detail, with both photos and drawings, everything that they discovered, and how they fixed the most pressing problems. They even popped my rear bumper back into shape where someone had caught the edge. Ari was keenly present and patient while reporting his findings. He answered all my questions and made helpful suggestions regarding what might be the next priortiy to address when I am ready. I walked away smiling, feeling like I received so much for a super reasonable final bill. I am beyond impressed. I feel 100% safe driving across the desert and beyond, and am looking forward to the next time I visit Master Tech. The integrity and caring are truly heartening. I've found my forever mechanic.
