I ordered the Cajun chicken and was looking forward to that kick the chicken was tough, it wasn't Cajun (no spice), and the crunchy covering was not there for much of it. I'm no expert but I think it's likely cause of how it's being frozen. I may be wrong, but whatever is the cause, the chicken is honestly always a let down.
