I do not like it here! They had gave me a MOLDY pizza. The cheese was greasy and had a purple spot. I am a EXPERT at food and I CAN tell that it was molding. It was also very dry like a desert. NEVER in my life had I experienced this. My 3 YEAR OLD tasted this and cried she never tasted anything this gross! I'm am not mad but disappointed. Fun place for kids and families! Easy parking close to the front door. Spacious, bright, lots of games and a really great place to host a kiddie party. Loved having the tables face the games as well as the controlled entrance/exit so the kids can really enjoy themselves. Download the Chick E Cheese App and get 500 e tickets and 60 minutes /points unlimited play for $17.95. The manager was very courteous and assisted me navigating in the app to get the coupon. The pizza was not bad. It was served hot and right out the oven. They also had a salad bar filled with fresh vegetable options. The menu had a few other options including chicken wing/appetizers. They have an option of packaged pizza family meals which is probably a more economical option than buying the personal pizzas. The personal pizza are very small. The staff was friendly and the inside spotless. We had a wonderful experience! Look forward to visiting again. read more

This is the worst Chuck E Cheese location ever! I've been coming here since I was a child. I've been meaning to write a review about this place a long time ago and never had the chance. This place is always DIRTY! Not only that the staff here are very RUDE & LAZY. My son loves to go to Chuck E Cheese. I have not choice but to bring him here since unfortunately this is the only location near our home. They recently changed all the gaming machines to use cards instead of coins. What made this SUCK even more is that they lower the original prize ticket on all the machines. MAJOR TIME! This is how they try to get is parents to send more money in this crappy place. Mostly all of the gaming machines are all old, tore, and wore down. They never want to fix it. When you ask for maintenance they take forever!! It seem like they want to make more money but not fixing it machines so customers wouldn't bother them over 1 token. But 1 token plus 10 other machines that adds up. What makes me upset the most is this place is always PACKED! They only or always seem to have only 1 working redeem ticket machine. You always have to wait in a very long line just to cash your tickets. You could barley find a good clean seat to sit at! Because of all the lazy staff won't don't their job! No booths to sit at. I just ask one of the staff to clean a table off and he said one moment. It's been 30 mins and I'm still waiting for a table. I see him just playing around in the kitchen. This place SUCKS! Go some where else! A nicer place that really deserves your hard working money for your kids to have fun at! read more

We come here regularly and it seems to get better with every visit. We bring the grandkids here during the week when it's not as busy. Staff is always friendly, food is great, place is clean and management is always ready to help. We all love the new games and the kids love saving their tickets for all the new prizes. read more

Walked in and there was no one to greet or stamp us. Walked to the counter waiting for an employee to greet us and 4 cashiers walked by with no regards to us and the family behind us. Kitchen was closed at 7:50 when we walked in. Only 3 tables were presentable. Bathrooms were nasty, however; all the games were working properly. They do except Apple Pay. read more

I'm only giving it 1 star because Jada saved their behinds with her 5 star customer service, I would give it 0 stars if I could! Jada was the only person on the entire crew that assisted customers while I was there and she did so with a smile by HER DAMN SELF! She's more than a team player. She could run the whole place by herself cause she was doing it already!! I watched three other employees not even attempt to help Jada after 5/6 families got in line to get "tokens"/cards and food. The other girl at the register had her airpods in and rolled her eyes when a little boy asked her a question. Absolutely disgusting. Terrible customer service. read more

While they managed to clean the place up significantly my last visit, there were five or six people manning the place with one party of 10 kids going and multiple games out of tickets, cards, or downed. Seriously, the number couldn't have been less than one worker for every two kids. More than manageable. You would think now that they've done away with tokens and moved on to tap cards that more games would be in order, but several tap card sensors weren't working. Several games lacked tickets. Guess what games my kid wanted to play? Yup... I kept getting to explain that that one wasn't working and someone needed to fix it. Nope that one someone took the balls out of it. Nope not that one either because the tap card thing is shot. Nope not that one either. Once again, good time was had by the kiddos, but just so much needed work. read more

Poor service, dirty, RIP off. It's a shame that after spend $155.00 that this represents one of my children's favorite places to eat. If you eat here the food is extremely wanting. If you are thinking of unlimited play then you better not plan on eating. The option to pause the time is a not true. After asking if the pause option was on these cards I was told it is. Upon trying to pause was prompted that maximum pause limit meet. Now that's funny seeing it was the first pause attempt. Upon asking the management about this I was informed that pausing would not happen. Do yourself, your wallet and your children a favor and skip this place. read more

While I miss my Showbiz Pizza days (there was a full band then!) this place does it for my toddler. They have tons of video games and a kiddie area with little rides and such. Everything is only a quarter= better than anywhere else! The highlight for him is seeing Chuck sing! Note that, much to my son's chagrin, even animatronics take short breaks! Their pizza tastes pretty bland and processed. I've found that the all-you-can-eat salad bar is the way to go. No one has complained yet that my toddler also grazes off of my plate. If you go early-ish on a weekday, you can usually avoid the crowds. Take a couple of Ibuprofen before you go, and you'll be a'ight. read more

Worst Chuck E Cheese I've ever been to. Brought my 3 year old here for his birthday. Most of the games didn't dispense tickets at all. Some were broken, other jammed up. Ticket amounts have GREATLY decreased since I was a child, this place is a complete rip off now. Games average 2-3 tickets. A lot of the games were broken down and/or not working properly. Staff was apathetic. Just stay away from this place. Totally not worth it. read more

Had a great time at the Antioch location today. The manager was helpful, the staff was polite and professional, and my hostess was on point throughout my son's birthday party. There were multiple parties today, but my hostess did not break under pressure. She did a phenomenal job staying on her A GAME! I have no complaints! read more

Took a date here once, it's really fun and clean and definitely great for kids. However, I have to let loose now and again and let my inner child out. The pizza is good and the customer service is excellent, but the shows and games are where the fun goes to 11. Nothing beats skeeball and watching the animatronic animals serenade you with synthpop never gets old. It's cheap and fun and you're never too old to have fun there. read more

I remember Chuck E Cheese's from when I was a kid as a fun, but somewhat dark and creepy place to have a birthday party. Now I think it has really changed it's image, and it pretty fun for the kids. When you walk in, an employee stamps the kids (ANYONE under 18) with a UV stamp on their hands, then stamps the accompanying adult with the matching stamp. In order to leave, the child must be with the adult. It seems like a good system, and I would say it is, except when I saw some 16 year olds come in to play games, and then try to leave. The employees wouldn't let them leave because they weren't with an adult (note: they didn't enter with an adult either.) Uh, hello! They DROVE here! It's not like someone is kidnapping them. It was a horrible place but now they upgraded all the machines and there is only a few machines that do not work. I always take my kids here at least once a month. They love it better now. Only issue is the employees. They are not so friendly. Whenever I ask something they pass me on to each other. Last time I requested to get the lost credits in a non working machine, manager offered to use his pass for my daughter and then he disappeared. Overall fun place, not happy employees. This is a great clean restaurant both family friendly and great customer service. The manger of this place seems to know how to keep the morale up in this place. Pizza is great. Very fun place for kids and adults alike. I don't look at bad reviews because there is always those few people that complain about everything and have to have it perfect. This is probably the best place I've ever brought my kids. The facility was clean and so much more organized than any other location I've been to. The management was very accommodating and very friendly! I swear they must have been recruiting their outstanding employees from Chik-fil-a. this place is one of the worst i have seen. they have updated some games but their are still more games broken than working. the staff was really helpful but on last wednesday there was no mascot in sight. there was one girl behind he counter and you can tell she was a little frustrated because she was working the counter and the door but she was still nice about doing both. it doesnt make since this chuck e cheese is not in the best shape because of the area. chuck e cheese is in a good area but is losing money because of the non working games and bigger chuck e cheese locations in murfreesboro and mt juliet. this establishment needs a huge upgrade and another one should be built in the smryna area. read more
