Finally was able to visit this area with the grandkids. Customer service was good, felt that they were trying to be very helpful and noted that all of the employees were also helpful with the other customers. There were times that employees were watching phones/screens instead of keeping an eye on the kids. We went when there were only a few patrons and there were quite a few games not working, but overall there were enough to have some fun. Food was good, had the pizza and the sampler. Did not like the garlic bread much, wondering if it had too much seasoning or something, but overall was impressed with the pizza. Overall, great experience and will try again. read more

Went yesterday with extended family and everyone had a great time, especially my nephews. We spent about 3 hours there. Pizza was decent and the amount of games they played was fair for the price. The games are truly for all ages, and plenty of ages were represented. There's also rides for the little ones and other activities like a photo booth. We just had issues with the amount of games that didn't work, yet charged a credit when you tried to play them. There weren't any out of order signs or staff walking around the games area. I was also surprised by the amount of reviews mentioning how clean things were. That was not the case for me. I did not notice any hand sanitizer stations or workers cleaning the tables. I noticed plenty of tables filled with trash and pizza even though you're supposed to clean up after your table. Also saw a kid throw up right into the trash can! We went for my sons 5th birthday this week. My only complaint was how expensive everything was. I downloaded the app earlier in the day and they sent me a coupon for a large $5 cheese pizza with a $25 purchase. We ordered the appetizer sampler with boneless wings, cheese bread and fries. ($15) I also ordered the salad bar ($11) and the large cheese pizza normally $15. The food was okay. The fries were baked and kinda terrible but my son was fine with them. The cheese bread and salad bar were really good. We also bought the one hour of unlimited play time for $24. My son had so much fun playing the games. Honestly we all had fun playing the games. The restaurant was clean. There was an employee wiping down all of the tables when we got there. We hadn't been here for several months and were pleased to see the dining area and games had gotten a total refresh recently. All new booths surround the restaurant and there were lots of cool new games. My sons enjoyed their 45 minutes of play and the pizza is still pretty decent. I was also sad to see the stage was gone, but the video graphics are impressive. Chuck E. still came out and danced with the kids, so they didn't seem to miss it. Just wanted to say that they are open and have great specials right now during the restaurant shutdown. I got a to go family fun pack two pizzas 800 tickets and a fun pack for 20.00. The only reason I give 4 stars is a personal reason. I miss the old live animatronic stage performances. Just visited here with my nephew for his best friends 9th birthday. I was amazed at the new pass cards and the prices seems to be reasonable. The pizza was amazing as some chains lose quality and I'd rate this better than some of the more famous brands. Unlimited play is the way to go if you're playing the games. Two kids could probably share one card if they had their wits about them. The pizza was greasy but actually pretty good and I'd say it was on level with Pizza Hut. The Rockafire Explosion is long gone but what's left of Showbiz Pizza is still in tact enough to make my children want to go there and have a good time. This is a smaller Chuck E Cheese compared to other ones we've been to. My daughter is 2.5 and she loves it! We usually go during the week or early on the weekends when it's less crowded. The pizza is absolutely amazing. The food is a little pricey but there's always coupons online. I do feel there needs to be more staff. There was one girl working the register as well as the ticket redemption counter which made things move a little slow. When we needed more utensils and condiments it took awhile because it was hard to find an employee to help us. read more

I don't particularly care for Chuck E Cheese only because I am slightly a bacteria freak... but my son absolutely loves going here. The staff at this particular location is absolutely amazing as well! They are great with the kids and tending to our needs. I also love their salad bar! Their salad bar is absolutely amazing and I love that I am able to get something healthy and my son is able to do so as well. My son loves their chicken with oranges and grapes. Nothing more annoying than dealing with incompetent cashiers, I was asked if my card was credit or debt so I said credit... I had to swipe three times because the teller said my card was invalid. Turned out she didn't specifically ask if it was master card or visa so she was running it as a visa and getting error messages. Other than that fiasco, the place is pretty cool. This has been a nightmare I have traveled all over the USA and not once have I ever been disrespected the manager not only humiliated me in front of the staff an several customers stating my passport was not valid and made some racist remarks, he wouldn't take my passport but my money was fine I will not tolerate such behavior coming from management or any other position I spent a good amount of money to be treated differently. It is beyond outrageous and ridiculous to be that ignorant and be running any kind of public establishment. Had my daughters birthday party here back in February and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Felt like we got a lot for what we paid for. Had a lot of kids, everyone had food and a game pass. And they gave my daughter so many game tokens that we couldn't use them all in one day. First experience at this place as a parent. We placed our order. Medium pepperoni pizza, two (overly priced) salad buffets, and some tokens. We tried to play games but there aren't to many things for small children. (Daughter is 19 months). The tickets you can win are a joke. Most jackpots on the games were only around 50 tickets. My family recently moved to the Northwest side and this is the closest Chuck E. Cheese to our new home. Avon is a nicely kept area and I had no reason to doubt we would enjoy ourselves here. This is by far the worst location I've ever been to. It was no busier on Saturday night than any other one I've seen, but it looked like a tornado came through the building. Everywhere I looked there were tables that needed bussed, trash and papers ALL OVER the floor, etc. Many of the games were already labeled broken and countless others that should have been. WORST experience ever! We always go to this location and it has steadily gotten worse every time! I was so angry when we left yesterday I couldn't believe our visit. We brought our two five year olds here to play after school, had a large pizza, salad bar, drinks & 100 tokens to play.. I had an issue with the Operation game, had to call someone over, the tech tried playing it and didn't even know how to play and just gave us more tickets because it didn't give the right amount even when they tried. She just gave up and walked away! Besides this game there were too many other games that were out of order, like the milk jug toss game they really enjoy! When we went to cash in our tickets the kids went to the display cases full of toys and started telling the lady what they wanted. All she could say was we are out of that, even though there were tons in all three cases. I said, "So you can't open these cases and use these they see?" She said "I don't have a key". She doesn't have a key?? I said, "Surely someone here has a key! Does your manager?" She said yes and paged him on her headset. Minutes pass and I ask again about the manager with the key and she says that he said "He is too busy right now." Too busy?? What on earth is he doing back in the back to be too busy to come deal with upset guests?? His name was Chris I think. They were not remotely busy! It was around 6 on a Monday! Barely anyone at all was there and we were the only one that were cashing our tickets in! My kids were so upset about all the toys they wanted but for some reason couldn't get but they refused to leave without something so they ended up getting a bunch of stupid stickers, tattoos, & book marks! Not sure if the 8/6/12 review guy just doesn't understand how kids play or what... but we just got back from this Chuck E Cheese and I was floored at how clean it was, how polite and thoughtful the staff was, most all of the games were in great working shape and it was a good value for the money. My 2 year old LOVED riding the cars and playing some of the games. It may be different during peak hours on a weekend, but we went on a week night and it was not crowded or loud at all. I was just here a few days ago. Had a great time with my girlfriends kids. Every game machine was 1 token which is great for kids. They get to play every game there without a hassle. The only downside is the reward for tickets isnt that great, i think the highest reward i saw was win 50 tickets on 1 machine. It was mostly winning around 3-12 tickets depepnding on what you like to play. The place was very clean i was shocked at how clean it was because i was expecting worse. They did have a game tendant that went around and fixed any problems with games that anyone had and before alot of people got there i noticed they were cleaning the coin slots and such on the games that nobody was playing. I think there was only one game that was out of order and that was the cotton candy machine. Over all i had a good time and ate at the salad bar and had some pizza. read more
