Okay, to be honest I wasn't psyched to visit again--- last time I was in a Chuck E. Cheese it was 1997-ish. This is the big deal thing my six year old son was set on doing since seeing commercials for it. Come ON!!!! This place rocks! First off, full staff at this location. Someone was sweeping the floors every five minutes. The bathrooms, 100% clean and attended to. My personal favorite detail: no weird foot smell... no sticky games and tables. Every single game worked like a charm and there are plenty of games for older kids, too. The adventure zone was basically gleaming clean as you can see from my photos. Grip socks are provided in the $15 play fee (it lasts your entire visit) which I appreciate because it limits people brining in their own (sometimes dirty) socks. Pizza?? A friend messaged me on my instagram "okay, the pizza is lowkey " and she's right!! so good! The girl working the front, Jocelyn, gave 10/10 customer service on a Sunday at 1:00PM. I honestly believe most customer service is dead. She helped me pick the best deal for my little dude and helped me save money on visiting again for free the summer--now that I know how nice it is, we can cash in on that deal (Bronze package) on a super hot day! Thanks for making my kids day Chuck E. Cheese--- he also got to see the Big Cheese Man himself and scored a high-five-- complete package for his little dreams. This place has been here for years! But there has been many changes. When i went on 12/7, there was no longer a stage where the chuck E Cheese band plays. It had been replaced by a wall and a sensor dance floor! It provided more seating space. Instead of tokens, they now have cards. You can purchase tokens or time on the card. I found that you get more bang for your buck with purchasing the time instead of the tokens. I still think the ticket cost of some of their prizes are outrages. They always have a great salad bar and their pizza isn't so bad either. The salad bar is all you can eat for just $8.50. read more

Stopped here on our way home from FL to Ohio to let my toddler burn some energy. Awesome service, I have no complaints! Pizza was good.

I don't write long detailed reviews on chain establishments because everyone pretty much knows what to expect. I try to focus on the food, beer and service for that location so let me give this a try. My daughter had a Birthday party for my 4 year old granddaughter. The party is assigned a hostess to your group and I think it is $25 per kidlet. That does not include cake but I think it includes drinks, pizza and a gift bag for each kidlet and get to play unlimited games for 2 hours. Adults have to pay for own food and drink but lets just say the hostess was very accommodating and attentive to our group. I give her a 5 all by herself. also like the fact they have controls in place (someone physically checking you in and out) so kids can't leave without the ones they came with - Good security. We were there on a Sunday for a 4 PM two hour party. The place was packed and kids were running around like a bunch of adults getting free beer at a bike rally! And they were all having a great time. I had not been to this place in 20 years or more and it has really taken it up a notch. Cleanliness (based on a packed house), food and drink was good. I did not eat but everyone liked the pizza. I think a couple of the adults stole one or two pieces. They don't have beer (-1) but if I was 5 again, I would rate them as a "6" so a 5 it is. read more

Very clean, friendly staff. Manager Ashley is the one to ask for if you have concerns or problems. Best times: 11:00am Sunday; Monday or Tuesday afternoon/evenings. Avoid Wed-Saturday. Wish that the TN locations had beer on draft like their west coast counterparts, but I know that is an uphill battle in the Deep South. Can't win them all! read more

The giant rat mascot costume is frankly terrifying. The animatronic band looked like they were on the verge of an existential crisis. Food was questionable at best. Skip the questionable characters and questionable food, go to the park instead. read more

First time here. Came when it opened with my husband and 3 year old. This venue is clean with friendly staff. The food is decent and the salad bar was pretty fresh. Lots of rides and open space for the lil ones yo enjoy themselves! I highly recommend this place for you toddlers! read more

For kids this is a great place to have fun and hang out! I'm giving this place 4 stars.... 1 star for cleanliness. Even with ALL the kids running around on a Friday night the staff really works hard to keep this ace clean. Even the bathrooms were spotless, yes even with kids running in and out constantly. 1 star for working order of games and variety. I've been to a different Chuck E Cheese where half of the games were broken or would give you tickets as promised. Also they have a side with games for older children and the games for the younger kids on another side. This is nice. Keeps the older kids from running over the little ones. 1 star for ample and clean seating even on a Friday night. 1 star for staff being polite, friendly, and keeping your child's safety in mind. When we got there they stamped both my hand and daughters hand with invisible ink. I asked about it and glad I did. The guy pulled out a tiny black light and said you and your daughter have a matching number. They check the numbers when you leave to make sure no one can take your child! Pretty cool! I'm not giving this place 5 stars because the pizza is HORRIBLE! We went for a birthday party so we didn't pay for it, but I would never go back for the pizza. It's bland and disgusting. My 3 year old who loves pizza only are half of a tiny slice.... That should tell you something!!! Other than the pizza this is a fun, clean, and safe place for the whole family! read more

With a coupon we paid $30 for a large pizza, 4 drinks and 60 tokens. All games are 1 token each. I came expecting the worst and was pleasantly surprised. When you come in they stamp your hand with UV ink so you can't see it. When you leave they scan it with a light to make sure the kids you came in with are the ones you leave with. It felt very secure and family friendly. The games were great and geared for kids. We had a great time. The pizza isn't that bad either. read more

Our daughter had to have her fourth birthday party at Chuck E Cheese. On a Saturday afternoon we knew it was going to be crazy and the place was insanely crowded, but this is what we sacrifice for our kids. It would have been miserable if not for the staff. With our party package we were given a party hostess and she took care of everything. In such a crazy environment Shai was extremely attentive and really did make our experience great. I want to thank her and the management who came to us multiple times to ensure we had everything we needed. I would recommend for a birthday and definitely purchase a party package, but if at all possible avoid the weekend. read more

This was not the Chuck E. Cheese of my youth, which is entirely a good thing. No ball jump from which one surely would contract hepatitis. No multiple robotic dancing troupe that scared everyone under the age of 35. No crusty carpeted pizza greased restaurant atmosphere. This location in Hixson was clean and the staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly. I was impressed that safety was such a high priority from the time we entered when we as a family got stamped with a unique code and were not permitted to leave until our codes were checked. Good work, Chuck. The unlimited salad bar was a good deal and being able to use the coupon code that I had downloaded to my phone was even better (go to the Chuck E. Cheese website and sign up for their coupon club). The rides are mostly for the wee ones, but the skee ball is still as good as ever and even the air hockey was low enough that my 2 year-old could stand to play. I recommend going before the dinner rush. We were happy arriving around 4:30p for some captive use of the facility. read more
