Service - Quick game attendants are on it when called to check on the tickets for the machines. Venue - Clean place, everything was up to date , no broken games (unbelievable). I bit on the smaller size compared to S.Cal but good size and kids still have fun. Parking - Plenty of parking outside. Location - A bit harder to find because of all the construction going on around. Prices - Seems fair and universal for all the locations in the U.S. Overall amazing job they're doing here vs. The California Chuck E Cheese locations.

The staff here was really great with my nephew for his sixth birthday, they were very attentive and led the party and dancing very well. He was happy so I would highly recommend.

My son on the "ride" they have. Yes he's a bit too old for it but hey, it's the place for a kid to be a kid, right?!

All was clean, all the game working, and very few people in there for a holiday. Great for an hour or so of arcade fun on $20. Our other options in town wouldn't have lasted 10 minutes on $20. We had a fun time and will definitely go back!

Way too much unsanitary conditions for a health conscious father. Over priced as well.

The blue and amber colored options were my favorites; the yellow less so. They had a variety of beer and cocktail selections. The space itself, was relatively open with four TV screens showcasing different gaming systems. If gaming systems aren't your thing, there were also board games and arcade style games. The staff was friendly and informed me that that they host different game nights, every day of the week. The prices were on bar with other bars in the area. You'll have to find street or deck parking -- both cost, depending on the time of day. Overall, a pretty cool experience with one of the first e-sports bars in the triangle area. Will definitely come back to check out the other drinks and other gaming systems.

We had food and beverages , and the bill was $56. I added a $10 tip. My account showed a charge for $66, which was accurate, but a second charge was added for $63.36. This was clearly an effort to cheat me out of extra money. There are crooks working behind the bar, so you should be on guard. Do not go to this train wreck of a joint. I have filed a protest with my bank and I await a reimbursement of the second charge.

To pay for any of these you have to have buy a card which is how you pay for the attraction. We came to play mini golf. There are 3 courses, and if we had more time we would have done at least two. We played course 1. It was super fun and of course my boyfriend won. Want to come back when I am in town to try the other two courses.

Frankie's Review - 3/5…read more While in town, we decided to visit Frankie's after it was recommended to me by my boss, and this time I had my husband and 12-year-old son with me. Overall, it was a nice way to spend time together as a family and gave us something fun to do during our visit. Frankie's offers a good variety of attractions, and my son especially enjoyed the rides, including the claw, roller coaster, and zero gravity experience. We also played putt-putt golf, which was enjoyable, though I personally found the course a bit less challenging than similar places I've visited before. The road course was also on the shorter side, but still fun for what it offered. One thing I would note is that the pricing felt a bit high, particularly for the arcade games and rides, especially considering some of the experiences are fairly brief. We also found the pizza to be a little overpriced, so we chose other food options as well as their burger and Philly cheesesteak. Unfortunately, one part of the experience that stood out in a less positive way was the customer service around some of the attractions. Several of the attendants seemed very nonchalant and disengaged, almost as if they were not very happy to be there. That kind of energy can affect the overall atmosphere and, for me, made it less likely that I would return or recommend it. We also had to wait for attendants to assist with some of the more interactive 3D-style games, which interrupted the flow of the experience. That being said, one of my personal favorites ended up being the carnival 3D shooting game, even though we did have to wait for an attendant before we could play. Once we got on, it was definitely one of the more enjoyable parts of the visit for me. On the positive side, it was not crowded during our visit, which made the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. I especially enjoyed spending time in the arcade with my family, and that ended up being one of the highlights of our visit. I also want to mention our experience in the bar area with Olivia Jackson, who provided such warm and pleasant service. She was courteous, attentive, and truly showed genuine Southern hospitality. Her kindness and professionalism made us want to stay longer, and we ended up enjoying our food and family time even more because of her. She was definitely one of the bright spots of our visit. Overall, while I have visited similar entertainment venues that I personally enjoyed more, Frankie's still provided a decent family outing and a different experience while we were in town. I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars.

We sat inside but there was plenty of outdoor space that would be perfect on a beautiful day. They also constantly have food trucks and the schedule is listed on their website. The interior vibe is so fun and fresh. And it is absolutely reflected in their cider. I don't think there was one that I didn't like. There were definitely some I liked more than other but everything was quite tasty. I tried the Off Main, Upside Down, and Sweet Carolina. I should have gotten some cans or growlers to take home but will try to do that next time. I want to come back to try the Bludacris! Thanks to the bartenders for being so knowledgeable and friendly.

Also, they are not stingy with their sampling - which is so cool. They have a game room off to the right of the entrance for those who wish to get their game-on. Large screens TV's are available for your perusal as well. Very comfortable place with a wide range of seating to relax on as you sip your libations. I'll be back! #bullcitydrm

A big thumbs up for my first VR experience…read more We took a group of 6 here and the team running this place were rock stars letting us know what to do. We played for 30 minutes which in hind site was not enough. It took us a while to figure out the controllers if that makes sense. Here are some tips. Let people know your name. We picked names like 'hero' which was cute but no one knew who I was until we were all screaming at each other our game names and forgetting Arrive a few minutes early so you get your full 30 min or whatever. There are disclaimers you sign. Etc. Listen to the rules and tips. In several games I was several minutes in before I figured out why I could not teleport or something. I should have listened better. It was fun though. My nephew had his birthday party here and said it was good. I would come here again.
