Our experience was top notch. The prices are extremely affordable compared to other indoor playgrounds and trampoline parks and they also offer a military discount on top of that. The soft play was executed well. We've been to several play places around the US to include Urban Air, Get Air, Jump Sky High (all trampoline parks) and Kids Empire type places and this one was the best out of all of them. The availability of separate play spaces for different ages was awesome. However, I truly believe the main reason this experience was as positive as it was is mostly due to the management of Daquan (DQ) and his staff. DQ was cleaning the entire time we were there. From vacuuming, to spraying and wiping down, to tidying up and interacting with kids... he was doing it all with excellence. His other staff member was super friendly as well. If other places had employees with work ethic even a tenth of the caliber DQ had, the world would be a better place and businesses would thrive. Hyper Kidz should take note and take good care of him! DQ, if you see this and want a career change in Florida, feel free to reach out and connect!

Amazing!!! This was our first time here but it was the best indoor play place (not counting…read moremuseums) that I've been to in NC! I've definitely been to a few that I thought were overpriced for what you get. I highly recommend this place. It's super affordable ($10 per child to start and cheaper when you are paying for more than one kid, better value overall to get a monthly membership which I believe starts at $34 a month). It pays for itself if you just come here 3x a month or more. They've also got little snacks for sale up at the front desk and you can purchase socks for $1 (they've got music notes on them haha). We arrived early around 9:20am when the inflatable bounce houses were still getting filled but the doors were open and the person at the front desk said it was unexpectedly busy this morning! The place gets pretty busy but emptied out around 11:30 when I assume most people left to go get lunch/put kids down for nap time. Tons of cute little snack tables and chairs for the smaller kiddos and bigger ones for waiting parents/grandparents/caretakers etc. Lots of sanitizer on every counter. They also had Kleenex boxes out (they know their audience) and Clorox wipes at the front desk. There's 2 big bounce houses (a blue one and a red one). The red one is more for jumping and running around in circles and the blue one has a rainbow "floor" interior that is super fun to run across. There are also 2 karaoke rooms with an expansive music selection, colorful overhead lights, and microphones which you ask for from the front desk. They've got the giant piano on the floor like the one from the movie 'Big'. They've got music classes which I believe take place in the back near the restrooms. Love the giant guitar slide and it makes guitar sounds when you slide down. I went down the slide as well and it goes super quick!! I was definitely more scared going down than climbing up haha. Oh and they provide a shelf of croc sandals to wear if you need to rescue your frightened child (I made use of them). I could really go on forever about how amazing this place is. Absolutely exceeded expectations. Incredible experience and place and definitely will be returning!!

The play area is open and spaced out with a nice variety of musical things to play with. Before coming, I really was curious if there'd be enough to keep the little one interested. Big or little, the kids will be interested! By musical things, think less handheld instruments and more installments for lack of a better word, such as the interactive world map where touching the musical note plays music of that geographic location. The percussion pots and pans and bells room was a big hit. My toddler wasn't ready for the big guitar slide, with climbing handholds and bars, but was able to enjoy everything else, including the small slide. I found it easy to carry my infant around and plop him on the floor from time to time with little worry. Some bigger kids run around but there are many side areas that are safer for the wee babes. There's music playing in the background and of course sounds coming from the many installments, and children shrieking. But overall, I didn't find the sound to be too loud or nauseating like it can be in some restaurants and such. There's plenty of space to enjoy snacks outside of the play area and clean bathrooms. The staff I checked in with were quite friendly. Oh and I really thought the price per child to be reasonable compared to most other indoor museums and play places. We will definitely be back!

The facility was nice and clean, and the staff was super friendly with a warm greeting as soon as we walked in. The slides were fun, the obstacle course kept the kids active, and the colorful ball pit was a big hit. It's definitely a great spot for toddlers and younger children. Kids need grip socks parents must wear socks at all times. They also have a parking lot and a special parking spot dedicated to the birthday child, which i thought was a nice touch. They have different birthday packages available. Finally, they have picnic tables to eat snacks and just relax. We'd happily visit again when we come to North Carolina!

This huge indoor playground is located in the Norris Park area in Apex. The playground is designed for infants up to 12-year-olds. When we got there about 945 on a Tuesday morning, there were only two other people. We were forewarned that a field trip group would be arriving at 10:15. Even when the group arrived, because of the large space, it didn't feel crowded. There are lots of mazes with hidden play areas...activities for both gross and fine motor skills. They also have assorted snacks and drinks available for purchase. This is a wonderful way to spend a few hours or even longer. The kids had a blast and us adults who accompanied them did as well!

Despite confirming details in advance and paying nearly $700, the event was disorganized from the start. We were given the wrong party room number, causing delays, and when the kids were ready to eat, the room and food were not prepared on time. The biggest issue was the ice cream. I had paid for ice cream for all guests, but only after the party started was I told they were out. I was advised mid party to buy something next door at Food Lion so my husband went to get ice cream--only for the manager to confront me in front of guests saying I couldn't serve it due to policy. After an embarrassing back‑and‑forth, they eventually allowed it, but the damage was done. My son's party was disrupted, and my guests witnessed unnecessary conflict. To make matters worse, billing confusion at the end left me feeling accused of not covering a guest, only for it to later be revealed as a miscommunication that left me feeling awkward because the venue involved the other family by calling them. The entire experience was stressful, embarrassing, and poorly handled. While the party host tried to be helpful, the management's lack of communication and professionalism ruined the celebration. I've been a loyal customer since they opened, but after this ordeal I am cancelling my membership. Customer service matters, and this event showed me Big Air Raleigh does not value it.

They have a variety of toys to rotate around and plenty of items for imaginary play, like a house and kitchen. The slides and anything that encourages bouncing were the most popular items. The 1.5-hour playtime with the entry fee is great, but I highly suggest checking their website for hours and the event calendar, as the play area can reach full capacity. It also seems like a very popular event venue, so the entire place could be booked for a private event. I would like to see a tiny improvement of more frequent cleaning especially where the littles one are, because they crawl and pick up small debris.

I guess this place's shtick is that they sell beer, but we came in the morning so that was a no-go :) However, my wife did get a latte and she thought it was decent! Employees were generally helpful, although they were on their phone a lot and weren't super outgoing and friendly. It also wasn't super busy, which I appreciated since some of the other play spaces in the area can get very crowded. Overall, I do think we will add Bumble Brews into our toddler rotation since he had a great time.
