Great show came out tonight to see Matt Rife and a few of his friends and it was amazing I laughed so hard I couldn't breathe as for the venue everything was moving along great the seats are small so I had to buy floor seats after 10 minutes my knees were not going to make it

I came here with some coworkers for a Carolina Hurricanes game. It was my first NHL game and I was excited to see an ice hockey game in person. The venue was nice, with many food and beverage options. The crowd was really into the game, which made it so fun. I'm taking one star off for the crazy parking enforcement they have before and after the game. Cars are forced into different lanes, which makes it difficult to get to a specific parking area and it was an absolute mess when people tried to leave after the game. Some sections were parking lots while others moved freely. They definitely need a more organized way to get cars in and out of the venue.

Went for a Hurricanes hockey game and had a blast! The parking was expensive ($45 for far out) but everything else was great. Super surprised at how fast the bathroom and food lines were moving. Despite being long, they moved very fast. All the staff members were friendly. Such a great venue! Planning to go back for the playoffs!

This was my first visit to the Lenovo Center, though I had been on a visit to the campus of NC State previously. We came into town for the first round of March Madness to see the Florida Gators play Norfolk State, and then our tickets were also valid for the following game of Oklahoma versus UConn. The arena itself seems updated and modern. The concourses are wide and I never felt super crowded walking around. There is a nice outdoor area that was filled with activity, food trucks, and other happenings for the weekend's festivities. I found this arena to be unique, since it is home to the Hurricanes as well as NC State, and that can be seen throughout in the gift shops, etc. Interesting how they make multi-use of the building. Getting into the arena was fairly simple, and there was not a long wait. Our seats were in the upper level, and it was no problem making the way up and finding them. There are several escalators throughout. Also, there is a bar/food stand that is almost within a section, so you can see the game while patronizing. I thought that was neat! The concessions were average, but not everything was available that was on menus. I was told certain items are only sold during hockey games, for example, and we were unable to purchase. Additionally, they do not have fountain drinks, but only pop in bottles. I feel like offering the fountain pop, along with refillable cups, would be a great addition. Also, I visited on a Friday in Lent, so I was obtaining from meat. There were very seldom food options for vegetarian and vegan customers. Something I will note is that it was very dark on the upper level. I am not sure if this was just for this event, or if it is like that all the time. Luckily, there was some room to spread out in the seats due to empty chairs. At times, our area was more full and then it can be a little tight, as with any stadium/upper level. Overall, I enjoyed my visit to the arena and would return for a future event. However, I would advise finding different parking than directly in the campus lots. They were charging $60 a car, which for a public university I found quite crazy.

This is my least favorite venue in Raleigh, but they get the biggest acts so I keep coming back. Parking is atrocious. Always. Pay for VIP and leave a little early to avoid an absolute nightmare coming or going. It's the loudest hockey rink in the country, and that's great and all, but between the crazy lines for merch, the tight corridors crowded with food and drinks, and the sound system for concerts always sounding either fuzzy or tinny, this leaves a lot to be desired for concerts. Also, if you get a premium drink, you can expect it to cost up to $40. No joke. It's robbery. For hockey, it's hard to beat the energy the Lenovo center brings if you are a Canes fan. The crowd is electric. As a Caps fan, you're not going to feel particularly welcome here when they come to town.

Went to see Matt Rife who is HILARIOUS! My cheeks hurt from laughing so hard. The venue was great, only thing is the seats are small and my man is Big, so we ended up paying a little more for floor seats...but totally worth it!!

Seats behind the music box, not bad if you're on the side. The people moved

Lenovo (aka PNC to everyone else), is a decent venue for concerts. I haven't seen a game yet but have seen two concerts here. Parking is expensive at $30 online or $40 on arrival. That's not to mention, you could be parking far away and in gravel at the same price as people parking in the lot and are closer to the arena. Entrance is easy but it can get pretty crowded. There are a lot of food options but because they're out in the walk way, it gets pretty jammed up. Food and drinks are also ridiculously expensive. $8 for 7 fries?? Literally, that's what one of the signs read. You want a bottle of water? That's going to cost you $7.25. Oh, and they keep the plastic cap so you can't screw it back onto your drink in between time. Shall we discuss bathrooms? My husband couldn't even use ANY of the men's rooms because the guys thought it would be funny to play fireman and fudge factory all over the stalls. We went to all three levels trying to find him a clean stall and they were all hazardous. The women's restroom was fairly clean, just a broken stall. You'd think with all this money going to the arena, they'd have better bathrooms. Seats are okay, a friend had a broken arm rest on hers. Acoustics are good, lighting is great. Definitely a venue I would go to again for concerts if I'm carpooling. Sections 100 and 200 are pretty good but I did sit in 300 and ended up upgrading to floor seats because I was getting vertigo. I tried talking to one of the staff about it and they were rude and unhelpful. I ended up having to pay new tickets instead of doing a cheap upgrade like most venues allow. Lenovo is getting a huge upgrade in the next coming years and hopefully it's better than what it is now. It's not my first choice for a concert venue because of the price gouging but if it's a concert I really want to go to, I'll eat beforehand and carpool.

They host a lot of events here. There is plenty of parking you can purchases a pass or pay to park when you arrive. The staff is nice and takes security serious. They have a k9 with a security as you wait to enter the doors. There are plenty of food and drink options! Prices are a little steep but that's expected in this economy.

Just to let you know I'm a Pittsburgh Penguin Fan. I was visiting my son's family and they surprised my wife and I to a game when the Penguins were in town. They took us to the Club Ledge.... Wow what an amazing experience. The ladies that checked us in were so nice and explained where everything was at. The setup was perfect! The food was amazing. Save room for the Dessert Table... Everyone in the club made us feel special, even though one of our grand daughters was wearing a Pittsburgh Steeler Jersey, she does look cute in it! And the seats had an amazing view of the Ice! Thanks again for everything!

The bright light to the right is ridiculous and blinding. Also you can't see the megatron bc of the acc banners . Would be nice if they were moved. Also why is parking so much ? $100? Is wild

There are luxury boxes, like a professional stadium, if you want to call them that, that are probably reserved by the various alumni societies. Parking and getting in and out of here can be a bit convoluted. The stadium sits near the PNC arena and the State Highway Patrol and Raleigh PD are well versed in getting traffic in and out of here. Which is great because the local roads around here can be tough to navigate. The often funnel traffic onto Wade Avenue, Western Boulevard, Edward Mill Rd and I-40. I've been here twice in the last two years. Last week was for the NHL Stadium Series. Prior to that it was for my son's high school football team state championship game in 2021 (it poured). Both were great and the organizers did a great job. I added photos from both events that show two different vantage points in the stadium.

There are ample stalls available for rent for those not wishing/able to haul horses in on the day of the event. In the past, there were lots of nails and loose boards on the stall walls, but it seems that they have made an effort to rectify this. The stall floors are packed clay, necessitating the addition of ample shavings. Recently, they have begun paving the center aisles of the barns. Although this may seem convenient, I have safety concerns about the increased risks of horses slipping and getting injured or the increased damage that impact of human-on-concrete causes. There are a variety of riding areas on the property. 2 outdoor rings, a covered arena, an indoor arena and 2 large schooling rings. The footing in the covered and indoor arenas is quite nice. The outside rings can get a bit sloppy when it rains. The grounds staff take care to frequently drag and water all rings to keep them safe and comfortable. Recently, they installed industrial ceiling fans in the indoor arena. I give them props for this idea, as it used to get quite stuffy indoors. Unfortunately, the fans were installed by a company called "Big A$$ Fans". For whatever reason, there is now a large sign hanging in the arena with this name on it. I believe this to be highly inappropriate for all of the youth that visit the horse complex. I was very disappointed in this decision. The restroom facilities are perfectly adequate, including shower facilities for those staying over night. There is ample parking for trailers and campers. The food at the grill is reasonably priced and tasty. The staff at the grill have always been friendly. The facility holds a variety of shows over the course of the year. Many of them fun to watch. Overall, pretty good. However, I strongly urge the removal of the inappropriate sign.

The website not allowing certain seats to be chosen and choosing seats for you. The vip add on was not available at ticket purchase and we had to communicate that to the tour for it to get added on the website. Next, the security team was overall the absolute rudest people we have ever encountered. We had multiple interactions 1. There was a medical emergency where the patient was waiting a very long time for medical. In the meantime we asked if they would like our fans to cool down the child. When one of the members of security screamed at us about our tickets. Which was not the question. 2. We were in the front row where we were standing and dancing. As soon as the show started we missed the first 10 minutes arguing with a member of security with her telling us to sit down. The artist had already asked people to stand, dance and have a good time three times. We have been to almost 30 shows with this particular artist all over the US including the Ryman and Carnegie Hall. Not once have we been told to sit down by security. We were watching a concert in an outdoor ampitheater NOT a library. In addition, this specific female security person was very rude. The artist witnessed what was happening and said for a FOURTH time stand up and dance. So finally security left us alone. This was definitely the worst experience we have ever had at a show. If I could leave a zero review I definitely would.
