Watched Game 4 of the Stanley Cup finals at the Hurricanes watch party (the game was in Las Vegas - so I watched TV with 22,000 friends). The staff were all helpful and friendly. The arena was clean. I am amazed that the parking was free, the tickets were only $10, and all prices went to the Hurricanes Foundation. Had a blast, the money went to charity, and to cap it all of the Canes won! My fiance and I came here for our first Hurricanes game recently. We paid for parking and tickets in advance so it was super smooth to park and get inside. We arrived 1.5 hours early, and we were very surprised to see hundreds of people already there. We got to our seats and then decided to grab some dinner. We had looked at the website ahead of time for our options. However, some of the options were not easy to find- for example, the hot dog place is actually inside where the seats and arena is, instead of around the concourse with all the other restaurants. The mac'n'cheese place was on the third floor and a bit confusing to find. However, the bratwurst was delicious, the nachos near section 103 were tasty (the chicken is a bit spicy), and the burnt ends mac'n'cheese is a very generous portion and stays warm all the way back to your seat. The entire arena was very clean, including the bathroom. The attendants everywhere were all nice and very helpful. Getting out was actually really easy as well. There are tons of parking attendants ensuring traffic flows well. We were quite impressed at how smooth the entire experience was. read more

Very nice! Suite seats are awesome! My daughter and I visited the center a few weeks ago for the young boy NBA concert. We sat in the suites section. I wasn't really sure how the seats were positioned but these were awesome seats! Kind of like bar seating without the service or conference room vibes with a long table not a round table. We really didn't have to get up at all and eventhough we didn't have an attendant or anything the food and drink were readily available just a few steps away along with the restrooms. We didn't have to worry about any crowd pushing and shoving or anything these seats were awesome I also attended this venue earlier in the year for March Madness and my husband and I sat in the seats down below regular seating and it was a bit tight for us but manageable. Nevertheless the parking no issue depending on where you park it can be a hike to get to the center. The lines move pretty fast security and all those checkpoints are pretty straightforward and finding your seat pretty much straightforward. Restrooms tidy! Concessions readily! Both visits for March Madness and a concert 10 out of 10! Have fun and enjoy life :) read more

I came here with some coworkers for a Carolina Hurricanes game. It was my first NHL game and I was excited to see an ice hockey game in person. The venue was nice, with many food and beverage options. The crowd was really into the game, which made it so fun. I'm taking one star off for the crazy parking enforcement they have before and after the game. Cars are forced into different lanes, which makes it difficult to get to a specific parking area and it was an absolute mess when people tried to leave after the game. Some sections were parking lots while others moved freely. They definitely need a more organized way to get cars in and out of the venue. read more

We came to see Three Days Grace at were shocked with the well organized venue. The entry way had no lines and security was getting people in very quickly. My wife snagged some great tickets so the views really from anywhere allow you to see the stage and enjoy. The concert rocked! And afterwards it was super easy to get an uber and get out of the area with limited traffic. Great work to all the first responders establishing traffic controls and the venue employees! Events you can see here are as fantastic as the staff is trash and untrained. I had a particularly poor experience with management here and would truly would prefer to drive to Charlotte, Cary, or Durham rather than walk the same 3/4 of a mile from where I live. They were that bad and have been for a while. Also, if I ever see another girl in a miniskirt (who did not live here) passed out in my concrete hallway or people being physically carried back after one of their events, I will start calling the police. You want to be dicks and surround me with 4-6 guys to intimidate and humiliate me for all the incoming guests to see (literally) over a skinned knee, I can be a Karen about the dumpster fires you overserve and send back to the surrounding living communities under the impression you're not responsible once they leave you're parking lot. Parking was easy to navigate. We didn't wait anytime to get through the lines. There were plenty of bathrooms and places to purchase beverages. We actually parked within 20 feet of the door. Inside was clean and the folks helped us find our seat seats right away. read more

This was my first visit to the Lenovo Center, though I had been on a visit to the campus of NC State previously. We came into town for the first round of March Madness to see the Florida Gators play Norfolk State, and then our tickets were also valid for the following game of Oklahoma versus UConn. The arena itself seems updated and modern. The concourses are wide and I never felt super crowded walking around. There is a nice outdoor area that was filled with activity, food trucks, and other happenings for the weekend's festivities. I found this arena to be unique, since it is home to the Hurricanes as well as NC State, and that can be seen throughout in the gift shops, etc. Interesting how they make multi-use of the building. Getting into the arena was fairly simple, and there was not a long wait. Our seats were in the upper level, and it was no problem making the way up and finding them. There are several escalators throughout. Also, there is a bar/food stand that is almost within a section, so you can see the game while patronizing. I thought that was neat! The concessions were average, but not everything was available that was on menus. I was told certain items are only sold during hockey games, for example, and we were unable to purchase. Additionally, they do not have fountain drinks, but only pop in bottles. I feel like offering the fountain pop, along with refillable cups, would be a great addition. Also, I visited on a Friday in Lent, so I was obtaining from meat. There were very seldom food options for vegetarian and vegan customers. Something I will note is that it was very dark on the upper level. I am not sure if this was just for this event, or if it is like that all the time. Luckily, there was some room to spread out in the seats due to empty chairs. At times, our area was more full and then it can be a little tight, as with any stadium/upper level. Overall, I enjoyed my visit to the arena and would return for a future event. However, I would advise finding different parking than directly in the campus lots. They were charging $60 a car, which for a public university I found quite crazy. read more

This is my least favorite venue in Raleigh, but they get the biggest acts so I keep coming back. Parking is atrocious. Always. Pay for VIP and leave a little early to avoid an absolute nightmare coming or going. It's the loudest hockey rink in the country, and that's great and all, but between the crazy lines for merch, the tight corridors crowded with food and drinks, and the sound system for concerts always sounding either fuzzy or tinny, this leaves a lot to be desired for concerts. Also, if you get a premium drink, you can expect it to cost up to $40. No joke. It's robbery. For hockey, it's hard to beat the energy the Lenovo center brings if you are a Canes fan. The crowd is electric. As a Caps fan, you're not going to feel particularly welcome here when they come to town. read more

Lenovo (aka PNC to everyone else), is a decent venue for concerts. I haven't seen a game yet but have seen two concerts here. Parking is expensive at $30 online or $40 on arrival. That's not to mention, you could be parking far away and in gravel at the same price as people parking in the lot and are closer to the arena. Entrance is easy but it can get pretty crowded. There are a lot of food options but because they're out in the walk way, it gets pretty jammed up. Food and drinks are also ridiculously expensive. $8 for 7 fries?? Literally, that's what one of the signs read. You want a bottle of water? That's going to cost you $7.25. Oh, and they keep the plastic cap so you can't screw it back onto your drink in between time. Shall we discuss bathrooms? My husband couldn't even use ANY of the men's rooms because the guys thought it would be funny to play fireman and fudge factory all over the stalls. We went to all three levels trying to find him a clean stall and they were all hazardous. The women's restroom was fairly clean, just a broken stall. You'd think with all this money going to the arena, they'd have better bathrooms. Seats are okay, a friend had a broken arm rest on hers. Acoustics are good, lighting is great. Definitely a venue I would go to again for concerts if I'm carpooling. Sections 100 and 200 are pretty good but I did sit in 300 and ended up upgrading to floor seats because I was getting vertigo. I tried talking to one of the staff about it and they were rude and unhelpful. I ended up having to pay new tickets instead of doing a cheap upgrade like most venues allow. Lenovo is getting a huge upgrade in the next coming years and hopefully it's better than what it is now. It's not my first choice for a concert venue because of the price gouging but if it's a concert I really want to go to, I'll eat beforehand and carpool. read more

They host a lot of events here. There is plenty of parking you can purchases a pass or pay to park when you arrive. The staff is nice and takes security serious. They have a k9 with a security as you wait to enter the doors. There are plenty of food and drink options! Prices are a little steep but that's expected in this economy. read more

Just to let you know I'm a Pittsburgh Penguin Fan. I was visiting my son's family and they surprised my wife and I to a game when the Penguins were in town. They took us to the Club Ledge.... Wow what an amazing experience. The ladies that checked us in were so nice and explained where everything was at. The setup was perfect! The food was amazing. Save room for the Dessert Table... Everyone in the club made us feel special, even though one of our grand daughters was wearing a Pittsburgh Steeler Jersey, she does look cute in it! And the seats had an amazing view of the Ice! I've been to PNC / Lenovo areas several times for various events from hockey to concerts. This place is top notch in all respects in my opinion except for the price of parking. I recently attended a concert by Linkin Park. I had already paid $50 for Premier Parking, but was shocked to see $40 for general admission parking. Once you're in, the staff everywhere is about as courteous as I ever see at other venues. Parking attendants, food and beverages, and ushers are all super nice. I only have issues with the price of parking. Other concert venues are either free with a ticket purchase or $5-10 for parking decks in Raleigh. read more

We've been here many times for concerts and sporting events. It was RBC Arena, then PNC Arena and now Lenovo Center. Parking prices are ridiculous so we usually park across the street in an office parking lot (after hours) and walk over. Concession prices are not cheap but they never are at arenas like this. Our most recent events were a professional women's hockey game and early rounds of the NCAA men's basketball tournament. Both were fun, lively and entertaining. They are supposed to be doing renovations to the upper deck, so watch for that. Also, the city has approved a lot of development to make this area a "destination" in the coming years, so I hope that doesn't screw up traffic more than usual. read more

We were lucky with our seats because they were very spacious compared to others, which made it even better. The lounge area was also amazing and added to the overall vibe. I went here for my Billie Eilish concert and enjoyed every moment. I would definitely come back again for the right event. read more

Canes have good fans, but the team and Lenovo Arena is doing them dirty with pricing. as you can see, lower bowl is about 1/2 - 2/3 empty. upper bowl was pretty full. this is 100% due to 3x-4x price increase to sit a few dozen feet closer. Oh, and by the way, beer is $17. FOR ONE BEER!!! Just make it $20 and get it over with. No plans to return. read more

This is a great venue, in that there are a lot of good seats available (if you're willing to pay). Additionally, there are a lot of concession options and bathrooms are easy to find. However, every single time we've been here we have gotten sick. Both times with lung illnesses, specifically pneumonia. Additionally, someone else we know got sick with it coming here as well. Not sure if it's a flukey thing but I definitely attribute this place to illness. read more

What could improve? Everything, let's start at the beginning. The Mary J Blige Concert.To get into this center massive of people, no one giving good directions. No regards for the handicap I walk by cane and can't stand for a long period of time, there is No HANDICAP entrance you must stand with the general public, so disgusting. SMH! Then, we finally get in without having to stand in long line because some nice female allowed us in front of her, many blessings to her. We get inside and the stage isn't even ready , show was supposed to start at 7pm, it's now 8:42 pm, DJ just started. Seats cost $300 bucks on the floor, tight as turtleneck and fold up chairs at that, I'm still wondering how this place is getting away with this nonsense. I for one will never come to venue again, sad that businesses have no regard for their customers time and money spent. read more

The Lenovo Center is one of the best arenas I've ever visited. Good variety of concessions in the 100 level chick fil a and shake shack. One of the only venues where they actually allow bags and cameras too! Pretty awesome to be able to bring in a small camera. Wish more places were as chill as the Lenovo Center. The seats however definitely need to be replaced. In both the 100s and 300 seats were extremely worn. Parking will set you back $45 which is crazy! Decided to avoid driving and took Lyft on the way which was around $22 from the hotel not bad at all. However leaving the night session of March Madness prices surged over $72! Ended up walking a bit and managed to get back after the price surge ended. Seems like there isn't much in this area of Raleigh but if you walk 15min under the tunnel there are a few restaurants and maybe street parking depending on what day it is. All in all a fun arena! Definitely enjoyed spending my weekend visiting for March Madness. read more

Went to a music show at Lenovo center in Raleigh Mon. night. It was the worst sound ever. We unexpectedly had to pay $40 to park, and after the show we were unable to leave the west side of the center to reach our car in the East parking lot. The security person said you have to go out the other side and made us walk all the way around. I will never attend another event here. read more
