Viewing window into laser tag room
    Adriana P.

My first experience here was for a work event. The event kicked off with food, which did not disappoint. Everything I ate, the BBQ sliders, wings, truffle fries, and the Philly egg, was delicious! Our group then did laser tag, and it was the most different laser tag experience that I had, and I loved it. Unlike your typical laser tag, you have bands that you put around your head since the only shots you can get are headshots. The laser guns were surprisingly heavy. There is an upstairs and a downstairs to play and plenty of obstacles to hide behind, which adds to the fun. There was even a viewing window upstairs so you could watch people playing laser tag. The only disappointing part was that you didn't get to pick your name; it was based on the cubby your gun and your equipment came from, which made it hard to determine where you were in the standings. , We then played mini golf, and it was a fun and unique experience. Each hole was unlike your typical mini golf, which made it fun and exciting. Overall, my first experience here was amazing, and I would definitely return here again!

Loved the fun and playful atmosphere. The drinks were well made--I had the Cosmic (or Cosmo), and my husband had the LIT Long Island Iced Tea. The food was decent, which is about what you'd expect since it's not a full restaurant with an extensive menu. I enjoyed my flatbread; however, the chicken skewers were priced around $15-$16 and felt more like small chicken bites, so just something to be aware of. The customer service was amazing--everyone was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming.

This place was great for a family friendly day out. Laser tag in particular was a lot of fun there.

Rude manager. Great service staff. Would not return under any circumstances after interactions with the manager. Ew...

Frankie's Review - 3/5…read more While in town, we decided to visit Frankie's after it was recommended to me by my boss, and this time I had my husband and 12-year-old son with me. Overall, it was a nice way to spend time together as a family and gave us something fun to do during our visit. Frankie's offers a good variety of attractions, and my son especially enjoyed the rides, including the claw, roller coaster, and zero gravity experience. We also played putt-putt golf, which was enjoyable, though I personally found the course a bit less challenging than similar places I've visited before. The road course was also on the shorter side, but still fun for what it offered. One thing I would note is that the pricing felt a bit high, particularly for the arcade games and rides, especially considering some of the experiences are fairly brief. We also found the pizza to be a little overpriced, so we chose other food options as well as their burger and Philly cheesesteak. Unfortunately, one part of the experience that stood out in a less positive way was the customer service around some of the attractions. Several of the attendants seemed very nonchalant and disengaged, almost as if they were not very happy to be there. That kind of energy can affect the overall atmosphere and, for me, made it less likely that I would return or recommend it. We also had to wait for attendants to assist with some of the more interactive 3D-style games, which interrupted the flow of the experience. That being said, one of my personal favorites ended up being the carnival 3D shooting game, even though we did have to wait for an attendant before we could play. Once we got on, it was definitely one of the more enjoyable parts of the visit for me. On the positive side, it was not crowded during our visit, which made the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. I especially enjoyed spending time in the arcade with my family, and that ended up being one of the highlights of our visit. I also want to mention our experience in the bar area with Olivia Jackson, who provided such warm and pleasant service. She was courteous, attentive, and truly showed genuine Southern hospitality. Her kindness and professionalism made us want to stay longer, and we ended up enjoying our food and family time even more because of her. She was definitely one of the bright spots of our visit. Overall, while I have visited similar entertainment venues that I personally enjoyed more, Frankie's still provided a decent family outing and a different experience while we were in town. I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars.

I purchased tickets online and nowhere does it tell you that parents do not have to pay to get in…read moreif they are not going to play. So I bought a parent half off ticket. After I bought the tickets a friend told me that she did not have to pay to get in when she brought her kids. So I asked the lady checking us in about it and the manager overheard and said that she was happy to refund my money because the website is confusing and if I was not going to play I did not have to pay. That was very kind of her because they had already let me in on the ticket and she could've just told me "well next time you know. " She also allowed me to keep my wristband and told me that if I wanted to play today to go ahead and do so. So.... shout out to CiCi the manager on 14 July, 2026 for being attentive to her customers and going above and beyond. Her kindness has not gone unnoticed.

Urban Air.. more like Urban Utopia…read more This Urban Air was the best in all of the trampoline parks I have ever been to. Firstly, the ball pit was an absolute BLAST. You could jump in there for at least 300 times and still want to jump in. Next.. The Lifeguards, the lifeguards were super nice and told me how to use specific attractions. In fact me and my friend invited a lifeguard to jump with us and we all had a great time. Then.. there was the Trampolines, there are trampolines with CRAZY jump force. You jump.. You're basically Avatar. I had a good time with the trampolines. Finally.. The Price, the price was pretty solid. For me and my brother, it was probably at least $22.14 (I don't want to get anyone mad). Overall, 5 Stars. Go here like if your life depends on it.. JK but do recommend going here

There are 3 course Yellow, red, and blue. I didn't realize that there were multiple course until half way through the course I was wondering how I get on the indoor bus. Each course had a uniqueness that made it completely different from the other courses. My favorite from Yellow course was the zip line, red course was the slippery floor and the Rocket , and blue course was the bus and pool table. Each course & hole had an activity thaw was an interactive experience. The cost for this activity was $16 for all 3 courses per person, great price for this experience. The staff were friendly and answered all my questions. I didn't eat but definitely bring a water bottle as they have refill station near the bathroom. The bathrooms were clean as well as the inside & on the courses. Employee was dusting the course in between people finishing their shots. The parking lot was huge, so definitely plenty of parking. I had a great time and definitely recommend, if you're looking for a fun, unique activity. Cheers
