Had an early morning bday party for my son. He requested a party here as he loves the games and atmosphere. We loved the quieter am option before it was opened to the public. Our party package provided entertainment & goodies that the kids enjoyed. We brought our own cupcakes and cake and balloon. First time to be in a Chuck E. Cheese for many years but we were pleasantly surprised of the ambience here was really cool and we had a lot of fun. We took our granddaughter there on Saturday so she could have some fun. We ordered a two pizzas four drinks and two salad bars, We upgraded to the trampoline park for a little bit more and it rounded out to be $100. It was very well money spent. Disappointed that Chuck E Cheese doesn't dance anymore. He/She casually walked out. High fived kids and stood there for maybe 2-3 mins. Meanwhile there are kids rushing the little "dance floor" wanting to dance and have a good time. Thought, okay. It'll get better. Waited for the next "appearance" and it's literally just that. They walk out and stand in the middle of the floor. Assuming upper management/staff wasn't there. Because this can't possibly be acceptable. As you can imagine, the thought of spending any day at a kids venue doesn't sounds exciting. Germs, screaming kids, loud noises. My daughter and I venture here quite often and we try to go during the weekday when there is no one there. Or, super early before the crowds get crazy. Either way, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the place was and how yummy the pizza was! Seriously, the pizza is good. Thin-crust pizza style. What I think makes this place work is the management and their team. Imagine having to deal with a TON of screaming kids AND their annoying parents? I couldn't do it, so I'm thankful that there are people and companies who do! The staff here have ALWAYS been kinds to my family and accommodating. They smile when I know I'd be losing it. They are great. So, yes, go here, but not on a frantic Saturday. Try Monday at noon with your kiddo or right after they get out of school. Went today with my family and was at the register placing my order for the food we were going to get and the lady at the register mid sentence picks up her cell phone on the counter that started ringing and starts talking to someone on the other end. Then to top it off they ran out of straws for the drinks and there was no one available to ask if they could get more so I went back up to the same lady to ask if they could get more straws because they were out, while there was no one at the register, she gave me this annoyed look and didn't say anything else and walked off I guess to go get the straws. Came here with a group of kids under 7 and we had a great time!!! We got a package deal for $10 each which includes 2 slices of pizza a drink and 90 mins of arcade games and they loved it, so did the adults! Lots of cool games which give tickets for prizes, the pizza was actually tasty and a choice of soft drinks included (can pay extra for beer and wine). We tried to take a trip down memory lane by ordering Chuck E Cheese for delivery for a nice chill Friday night. The Pizza took an hour and a half to get here and we live 5 minutes away. Food wasn't awful, but the wait ruined our experience and the food wasn't good enough for us to want to give them another chance for at least another 20 years. read more

I must admit I had NEVER been to any Chuck E Cheese before I took my son there a few weeks ago. As a child I was always slightly envious of all the kids who did go to Chuck E Cheese, and I somehow never got invited to a birthday party here :( I waited until my son was old enough (3 1/2) to take him, and took the plunge over spring break. My Impressions: 1. CROWDED as heck (spring break might have had a lot to do with this, but I'm assuming it's going to be usually crowded on the weekends nonetheless.) 2. Efficient stamp system-- they had us all stamped in the door and checked us all on the way out to make sure no one took a kid that wasn't theirs (as a parent I absolutely loved this system, even though it did make a line on the way out, doesn't matter I felt good knowing there was that little extra bit of precaution.) 3. Prices were pretty decent. $30 got us the 4 person family combo which included a large pizza, 4 drinks, and 40 tokens. Considering each of the little kids' games only took 1 token each, we had MORE than enough to use and then some. 4. The games were really entertaining and age appropriate for my son, he had a blast! Also, despite being incredibly crowded, the kids moved on pretty quickly and there were a TON of games, so he almost never had to wait very much if at all to use any. On the older kids' section of arcade games there were an annoying number of adults (parents?) using the games, but aside from that it was pretty good. 5. Very very loud, but not much else to expect for a place filled to the brim with over-excited kids of all ages. Still the place was surprisingly clean, even the bathrooms (which my son did have to use at one point.) 6. The pizza wasn't half bad. Nothing to rave about, but adequate to munch on while chasing after a toddler. I expect I will be returning to this Chuck E Cheese (conveniently located in the Hulen area) in the near future. Parents especially will appreciate having a safe place to take their kids to blow off some energy and an alternative to McDonald's and the like. I took my son home straight for a nap :) read more

The family and I go to Chuck E Cheese's because it's a convenient location. We are typically not a fan of this particular store because of the atmosphere. It's not very warm and welcoming! The lady who stamped us at check-in smiled and stamped us as her job description describes. However when it was time to purchase food and game card the manager checked us out and appeared to not have a clue about the menu. When I became frustrated because he did not understand what we wanted to order, my wife had to slowly explain the menu item we wanted and even had to point to the picture on the animated menu screen. I've had three parties here for my young children and they were all amazing. This Chuck E Cheese is clean, friendly, and organized. The games are kept working - which is so much better than other Chuck E Cheese's I've been to. The party coordinators are patient, accommodating, and friendly. I had the sense that they truly wanted my child to have a good experience. The manager always stops by to ask if you are getting everything you need. Pizza is standard party pizza. Salad bar isn't amazing, but fresh each time we go. They give tons of free tickets and tokens to the birthday child. Five stars for their effort, staff, cleanliness, and value. read more

I took my kid (10) to this location just for fun. We got 15 tickets for the games for 5.00 bucks which was a good deal. The tubes were not that sanitary, but that is what you would expect considering that the employees probably couldn't get in there every time there was puke or something. For the most part, the games were fun and well-priced. The food wasn't that great, but the costumer service was outstanding. I also didn't like that they only had one animatronic. It didn't talk and only chuck e cheese animatronic was there. Mr. Munch was always my favorite animatronic, but he wasn't there. I like locations with five animatronics and the talk. We just had our daughters 3rd birthday here and it was ok. It's clean and the food isn't bad but the customer service is horrible. The girl at the door stamping hands and checking needed a personality transplant. The girl at the prize counter barely had a pulse. Didn't encounter one employee that wasn't rude. For what they charge and the service they are providing the employees should be polite, courteous and welcoming, this place is completely lacking in all of the above. The staff was never just standing around, they were always doing something; cleaning, placing pizza in the buffet or watching the kids making sure they didn't get hurt or climbing the games. Took my daughter for father daughter time. My experience was great like it always is. The staff was courteous and polite and as a person with a disability,they always try to make thing convenient for us or ask if we need help. I am always welcomed by a friendly greeting and usually by Robert always nice and kind to me and my child. Robert was his kind and courteous self as usual this time and told me if I needed anything to let him know. Met a new member today who impressed me was Briley even though young he was trying to make our visit nice by coming by and asking me if I needed anything or a refill since I have trouble getting around. It is hard being disabled and finding a place that goes out of their way for you. I am impressed. read more

Great place to take your kids but the help is less than helpful and it's usually very cold in the restaurant. Last time our table was cleared before we were finished and our pizza was thrown away. It was just "sorry". Have seen staff walk past trash on the floor and at the drink fountain over and over. Restroom always needs attention. This time we came for lunch and did not know a lunch buffet was available. We spent far more on Pizza and drinks than if we had chosen the buffet. The hostess should have pointed out the lunch buffet and the price point. At least this time it is not freezing in the restaurant. read more

Update: I emailed their corporate office the same day that I submitted this review and have yet to hear back from anyone. They must really not care about their customers or services. Believe me if I could rate it 0 stars I would. The last 4 times I have gone to this location there has been a problem, keep trying to go back because this is the one that my family has always gone to and I would hope that it would eventually get better but now was I wrong it has done nothing but get worse and worse. Today we decided to go - got there and should have probably left when we did. Stood in like just about 30 minutes to even place my order and get cards so my kids could play, there was only one worker behind the registers and 12+ people in line so I turned to one of the workers just standing around texting on their phones and asked if the lady behind the counter could get some help because she was backed up the worker looked up from his phone long enough to tell me no and go back to his phone. Finally get up to the register to order and the lady isn't even trying to mode fast she is just looking like there is all the time in the world and that my kids aren't waiting out here for cards to try and play with. Yet, when it comes to the time that they shut games off they aren't late or lazy at all on doing that. There was a guy that walked around the last hour throwing stuff away on tables that people were still sitting at, one of which being mine and throwing away one of my cards with 20 points on it. Walking around "1 hour until the games are shut off - 30 minutes until the game shut off - 10 minutes until the games are shut off" then it gets down to 1 minute until the games are shut off, I'm sitting at a game about to take a picture with my family (had already paid and the countdown was just about up) and the game turns off. So I find a guy and ask to talk to the manager, instead of going to get the manager or telling her that we want to speak with her he pointed to the opposite side of the building and said she's over there. So I walk over there and explain to the manager that I am frustrated because it took quite some time to get inside to even play, there are workers just standing around not doing anything, yet when it's time to close they are real quick to clear everyone out. The manager looked at me like a dear in headlights, like she didn't care about my opinion and didn't say anything. When I finally said you know what I will just write a review and contact corporate she said oh well I can give you some tickets. if I'm going to walk in and easily drop over 100.00 on pizza and games then I would at least think I could get some decent customer service and that's not what I received. At all. My husband and I have decided we will not be going to this location any longer and will try the one by la gran plaza or in white settlement. Awful, this place was absolutely awful! They took over an hour to get the pizzas out for the birthday party. there was no ice in the drink station and we had to ask multiple times for them to add ice to which we were ignored. The salad station was empty and we stood there for 20 minutes waiting for it to be refilled. After we asked the worker to refill the salad bar we received an attitude about how she was trying but had other things to do. I will never come back here again! read more

Would give zero stars if I could. I'm extremely disappointed in the customer service at this location. Waked in with my child on a weekday at 4:30. You'd think because they were not busy service would be better, but we waited 20 minutes to be helped. We stood at the counter the entire time and were passed at least 4 times by employees without even a word said. Once we were helped the woman did not even apologize for the wait but instead asked us very rudely what we wanted to order. Out of the three employees behind the counter they all looked miserable. Dear Lord, if you value being treated with common decency and human respect....DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION! I felt like the employees went out of their way to be rude. I never write reviews but I am making sure that I write a review on every site I can in order to warn every parent out there. The guy that stamps your hand grabbed my wrist harshly, slapped the stamp on my skin and waved us in rudely. Then the girl behind the counter never made eye contact, talked to her coworkers over us as we tried to put our order in and shoved our plates and cups at us. Several of the games were not in working order and when we tried to tell an employee, they LITERALLY turned their back as we were saying something and started talking to a coworker!! When kids were picking out prizes, the girl behind the counter was snapping at the kids (who were actually being decent) and asking "what do you want?!?" In the rudest, most condescending way possible. The one that took the cake? Oh.... the guy checking the numbers on everyone's wrist at the exit.
