Today I came here with my nephew, and honestly, this place just isn't the same anymore. A lot of the games are messed up, there's a musty smell in the air, and it's extremely hard to find an employee when a game has an error. When it came time to get exchange the tickets, it felt like we were completely ignored. We stood there for a good 15 min, without any line .I had at least three employees walk right past us without asking if we needed help or offering to get someone. They clearly saw us and just kept walking by. So much for customer service. SMH. It does look like they've updated some things there are more jumpy activities and a big crane game in the middle , but it's not worth the money. The stuffed animals in the claw machines are packed in so tightly that it's almost impossible for the claw to grab anything. The one positive thing I can say is the food. They don't have the best games though and some are out of order usually but the customer service makes up for it. They are happy to supply water cups and we usually like the salad bar. Only a couple times was it low and not refilled without having to ask. But I do like this location better than any others in Vegas. read more

I am new to Chuck E. Cheese. But I can see why kids love it so much! I had to chase my toddler around to get him out for his nap. We had so much fun there. Stuff was super helpful and friendly. Pizza wasn't the best of my life, but it was tasty. And kids loved it. We got unlimited play time 60 min and got 30 min for free as an October promotion. And later on we were able to switch it for points. So I have points on my card now for next time. I believe cashier's name was Gerry. He was super helpful and huge "thank you" to him and his team! I'm really disappointed in Chuck E. Cheese. Not only has this place gone to total dirt indoors, but trying to get a job from here is a whole new chapter of disappointment. I applied, hoping that I could work at my favorite childhood place. I used to come here for birthdays with my grandma, and I loved it I thought this place was Wonderland. But it seems that they've gone so downhill that they can't even hire someone correctly. This was back in April and I decided I was gonna get a job, and what better place would it be than my childhood Wonderland? I talked to somebody on the phone. I went in for two whole interviews, just to be forgotten and not told anything for the next three weeks. It took me to go in there and ask them what was going on, just to be told that the person that managed all the job applications wasn't even there and was out of town. I was expecting some type of notification letting me know why my status was being so delayed. And then finally I was told that I should expect something on Monday because that was the day he was gonna be returning. It's a whole two months later, I have no status report. I have no information regarding if I'm even gonna get the job, and my status on the website still says I'm an active applicant. This place has really gone downhill and I'm really disappointed in them, if you're ever hoping to get a job here this is your warning to turn around and head somewhere else so you don't have to waste your time and get caught up in the whirlwind of crap that I had to go through. read more

To celebrate my sons six birthday I took him to Chuck E. Cheese. He was very excited to go, and was not disappointed. Even though the prices are getting higher, the kids enjoyment is the most important thing they have a different selection for game cards where you can use points or time. Are used 60 minutes of unlimited game time so they could play as much as they could in an hour. For me, the pizza tastes great because it's the same pizza I had when I was a kid. You're gonna have to go a few times to save up your tickets in order to get the big prize that the kids want. They do have a system to make sure that you take your kids when you're done so that they don't go missing. The bathroom is clean and the environment is fun for everyone to enjoy. read more

How in the world is this the best CEC in Vegas? It's smells off inside and the AC isn't working correctly, which is gross in August! The food service took forever- in a nearly empty restaurant it took 40 minutes to cook a lopsided greasy pizza that resembles peppery cracker. The games and rides are mostly broken and do not give the correct tickets. And finally, either they are severely understaffed or there are some incredibly lazy workers. We have a two year old and have taken him to a few arcades recently and had a blast. At the other arcades there have been a lot of games that he could participate in being so small. The same really can't be said for Chuck E. Cheese. There was really only one game that our little guy could play (which I can't lie, was pretty cool. It's like a wind tunnel where balls fall from the ceiling and they have to put the balls in a hole). I would have thought that Chuck E. Cheese of all places would have more games for the smaller kids. Even for bigger kids though, there just aren't very many games. That said, they do have a system that I've never seen before. Instead of paying for a certain amount of tokens, you can pay for time. We paid for 30 mins, and during the 30 mins you can play however many games you want. We quite enjoyed this and wish more arcades did it. Overall, could you bring your older kids here and have them entertained for a while? This location is just alright. Seems very understaffed at most times and has a sewage smell inside the game room, right when you walk in. The pricing of CEC has also gotten out of control. The pizza is way decent and the one good thing about game play, is you can do timed play rather than points which means a ton of swipes over however much time you choose. That being said, I'd say at least 35% of the games are either broken or not working properly, which is quite a bit when there are not a lot of games to begin with. My toddler loves it, but beyond that, not worth the $ IMO. For a personal sized cheese pizza and an hour and a half of game play it was $60 for reference. Once inside you can order tokens and food if you'd like. I like that the staff is very friendly, professional and active. Everyone is always moving around ensuring the place is clean and machines are working. I personally think the food is average and the kids are always happy withtheir pizza. The pizza and wings normally take about 25 - 30 minutes to come out. Works out well because by time they have run around a bit the food comes out we cash in the tickets and then it's time to go. We also visited on Halloween to warm up after Trick or Treating. Each kid in costume recieved 50 extra tickets ! It was great way to closs out the night. I went in today with my Lil boys around 5pm. The manager/owner was rude. I told him I forgot to sync my son's fun pass receipt to the app, I paid cash. I didn't have the receipt. He said you can pull up your bank statement. I said, I can't I paid with tip money. He then said "Well, lesson learned". Terrible unprofessional response. I then try to order food from a worker and they let me get someone, about 4 employees came out and no one helped me until I said "can one of you guys take my order?"
