Today I came here with my nephew, and honestly, this place just isn't the same anymore. A lot of the games are messed up, there's a musty smell in the air, and it's extremely hard to find an employee when a game has an error. When it came time to get exchange the tickets, it felt like we were completely ignored. We stood there for a good 15 min, without any line .I had at least three employees walk right past us without asking if we needed help or offering to get someone. They clearly saw us and just kept walking by. So much for customer service. SMH. It does look like they've updated some things there are more jumpy activities and a big crane game in the middle , but it's not worth the money. The stuffed animals in the claw machines are packed in so tightly that it's almost impossible for the claw to grab anything. The one positive thing I can say is the food. I actually enjoyed the pizza, wings, and salad bar. That was the best part of the evening. This place has so much to improve it could be really good.

Overall, this is one of the best Chuck E. Cheese locations in Vegas. Their manager is very present and trying to please the guests. The pizza here is made quick and always hot! They don't have the best games though and some are out of order usually but the customer service makes up for it. They are happy to supply water cups and we usually like the salad bar. Only a couple times was it low and not refilled without having to ask. But I do like this location better than any others in Vegas.

2 hours of laughter & fun Fun, friendly, entertaining, imaginative, social and celebratory. The prices are fair, the children, parents alike have smiles. It pleases me to know, your celebration will end 10 minutes before the hour for the next celebration to begin on time. ...punctual! Thank you

I am new to Chuck E. Cheese. But I can see why kids love it so much! I had to chase my toddler around to get him out for his nap. We had so much fun there. Stuff was super helpful and friendly. Pizza wasn't the best of my life, but it was tasty. And kids loved it. We got unlimited play time 60 min and got 30 min for free as an October promotion. And later on we were able to switch it for points. So I have points on my card now for next time. I believe cashier's name was Gerry. He was super helpful and huge "thank you" to him and his team! Good job guys. I am sure it's a very stressful job. Little yelling kids and stressed parents around all the time.

To celebrate my sons six birthday I took him to Chuck E. Cheese. He was very excited to go, and was not disappointed. Even though the prices are getting higher, the kids enjoyment is the most important thing they have a different selection for game cards where you can use points or time. Are used 60 minutes of unlimited game time so they could play as much as they could in an hour. For me, the pizza tastes great because it's the same pizza I had when I was a kid. You're gonna have to go a few times to save up your tickets in order to get the big prize that the kids want. They do have a system to make sure that you take your kids when you're done so that they don't go missing. The bathroom is clean and the environment is fun for everyone to enjoy.

Kids Empire - Henderson, NV…read more If you're looking for a place where kids can burn off tons of energy indoors, Kids Empire in Henderson is a fantastic choice! We spent hours here, and the kids never wanted to leave. The playground is huge, with multiple levels of climbing structures, tunnels, giant slides, obstacle courses, ball pits, and a separate toddler area for younger children. Everything is padded, making it feel safe while still being exciting. Parents can either join the fun or relax at the seating area while watching their kids. One thing we really liked is that your admission includes all-day play with re-entry, so you can leave for lunch and come back later the same day. It's perfect during the hot Las Vegas summers. Prices * Children (ages 1-17): $19.90 per child * Infants (0-11 months): Free with a paying sibling * Two adults are free with each paid child * Additional adults: $5 * Grip socks are required and can be purchased for about $3 if you forget yours. Hours * Monday-Thursday: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM * Friday-Sunday: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM * Open every day, including most holidays. Location Located at 225 N. Stephanie St., Henderson, NV 89074, with plenty of free parking and close to shopping and restaurants. Kids Empire Henderson Best Ages I'd recommend it most for kids ages 2-12. Toddlers have their own play space, while older kids will love the giant climbing maze and slides. Arcades Besides the playground, there are arcade and claw machines near the entrance that kids can enjoy for an extra charge. They're a fun bonus after playing, but the giant playground is definitely the main attraction. Rules * Grip socks are required for both kids and adults. * Parents must supervise their children. * Everyone entering the play area needs socks. * Waivers must be completed before playing. * Follow posted height and age guidelines for certain play areas. Tips * Arrive when they open if visiting on weekends to avoid the biggest crowds. * Bring or wear grip socks to save money. * Dress kids in comfortable clothes for climbing. * Take advantage of the all-day admission by leaving for lunch and returning. * Bring a water bottle since kids get lots of exercise. * Plan on spending 2-4 hours, though many families stay even longer because there's so much to do. Overall, Kids Empire is one of the best indoor playgrounds in the Henderson/Las Vegas area for families. The facility is spacious, clean, and packed with activities that keep kids entertained for hours. It's an excellent choice for rainy days, escaping the summer heat, birthday parties, or simply letting kids burn off energy. We would definitely come back!

The new summer pass is SUCH a good deal if you have kids that love to climb and play as much as mine do. Every time we go, my kids have an absolute blast and never want to leave. One thing I personally love is that the WiFi works well enough for me to sit and get some work done while the kids play, which is a huge win for a mom trying to multitask. They also have some pretty cheap-ish snack and drink options, which helps when the kids inevitably get hungry. I don't believe they serve hot food, but I'll update my review after our next visit if that changes! My only complaint is the no outside food or drinks rule... which means my little mommy treat coffee run has to happen before we walk in Overall though, definitely worth it for families with active kids!

Perfect active fun for our energetic 2 and 3 year old boys!…read moreWe brought our toddlers to the DISCOVERY Children's Museum and they had an absolute blast. This place is a huge indoor playground with three floors of hands-on exhibits that kept them moving the whole time. They loved Toddler Town on the first floor the desert themed soft play, sensory elements, and crawl spaces were just right for their age. But the real highlight was The Summit, the giant 70-foot climbing structure that spans all three floors with 12 levels. I was surprised how well our 2 and 3 year olds handled it! They climbed the levels with no problem, exploring different challenges and interactive spots at their own pace. It was great to see their confidence grow as they went up and down. They also enjoyed the water play area (smocks provided still recommend a change of clothes) and some of the imaginative play zones. We spent about 2.5-3 hours there, and it felt like the perfect energy-burner in air-conditioned comfort a lifesaver in Las Vegas! The museum is clean, the staff is friendly, and it's very stroller-friendly. Admission is $15 for Nevada locals with valid ID and $20 for non-locals (kids under 1 are free). We went on a weekday and it wasn't too crowded, which made chasing the boys around much easier. Helpful tip for families on a budget: If you have a valid EBT, SNAP, or WIC card, you can get admission for just $5 per person (up to 4 tickets per adult cardholder cards must be shown at entry for verification; in-person only). If you have active little ones who love to climb and explore, this is a fantastic spot. Highly recommend -- we'll definitely be back!

It was nice having something fun for kids to do that doesn't involve being 21+ or sitting in a hotel room, especially while her parents had a chance to gamble. I was honestly exhausted after going through the jungle gym, but there are so many hands-on learning experiences and activities that keep kids engaged the whole time. The Grocery Store was a popular place that the kids seemed to enjoy. The quality of the exhibits is great, and for how much there is to do, the value is totally worth it. Highly recommend for families. We'll definitely be back the next time she comes to visit.

It was just us and 1 other couple, so this felt very intimate, which made it feel even more special. This is a non-profit, so I think the cost of the tour is absolutely worth it! We also decided to add on lion feeding for the 2 of us, which took place at the end. During the tour, we made our way around and got so much information from Tyler. You could tell he truly loves what he does and the animals love him right back! The animals are very well taken care of, and have plenty of space for having previously been at the MGM. When we were prepping for the lion feeding after our tour, Tyler was kind enough to show us the fridges of food and how much they go through in a day, which was a lot! Of the lions you could choose from, we chose to feed Cheeto. She was beautiful and very nice! I think this place is great! They have different kinds of birds (flying and non) and tortoises. This is a great family friendly place as well. You learn a lot and get to see really cool animals pretty close! The parking lot is kind of small if you are there later in the day, so that is something to keep in mind when deciding when to go. Whether it's the tour or a normal ticket for the day, everyone should check this place out!

The size of this place is deceiving, when we first walked in, I thought we would be in and out within 30-minutes. I realize a lot of the animals here are rescues, but I truly felt sorry for all of the mammals here... do they ever see the sun? Are they allowed to go outside and get fresh air? Or do they just stay inside basking in the fluorescent lights?
