We finally visited Flip N Out Extreme after my daughter earned several certificates throughout the school year for being a great student, and it was such a fun way to celebrate her hard work. From the moment we walked in, the staff at the front desk was super helpful. Signing the waiver was easy, and we were quickly set up with socks and ready to go. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained. Even though there were a few birthday parties happening and it was fairly busy, there was still plenty of space and tons of different rooms for kids to run, jump, and play without feeling overcrowded. They also have arcade style games and a food court, which was a nice bonus. The food was decent and convenient for taking a quick break. The party room that we rented was adequate and gave us the privacy that we wanted, so it served it's purpose. The customer service that we received was good. The food that was served consisted of in-house pizza as well as ordered and delivered pizza from Marco's pizza. The cake was ordered and delivered from Freed's bakery. All of the pizza was OK at best, but the cake was delicious. The staff did a fairly decent job when it came to wrangling some of the rowdy, rambunctious teens that were running about. Everyone seemed to enjoy all of the trampolines. The large slides were really fun and best of all was the laser tag. About 10 of us went in and broke off into two teams of five and we had an absolute blast. I'm sure the kiddos would love to go back, which is fine by me. Great place for the family! We took kids ranging from toddler to teen and every single one of them was happy the entire time. The Little Flipper Zone (for kids 4ft and under) is perfect. It looks safe and packed with age-appropriate fun. It's $14 for 1 hour, $19 for 2 hours, or $27 for an all-day pass. The older kids and teens had a great time on the line up of trampolines, ninja warrior course, dodgeball, and basketball slam-dunk area with the Full Access pass for their age. It's $22 for 1 hour, $32 for 2 hours, or $40 all-day. Parents can actually get to relax because the layout makes it super easy to watch everyone from almost anywhere. Dads, there's even a gaming lounge with arcade games on the second floor so you're entertained too! Grip socks are $5 if you don't bring your own, but that's standard. read more

Workers specifically told me the card I was given since I had a birthday party here they told me the flip n out xtreme card was valid for 1 year and they specifically told me that. Now that I actually use it the worker told me it's only valid for one day?? what a rip off! How much money I spent for that party just for one visit free when they specifically told me one year. Plus workers here were so rude! DO NOT go here for parties. -100/10 do not recommend. I demand to know why they told me one year visits free if it's only one visit free? so stupid. read more

This place is great for kids of all ages my 7 year old and my 14-year-old both love this place. It's clean, big and the staff are wonderful. There is lots to do, including slides, jumping, climbing wall and even laser tag. We had a church of of 20 and Realynn handle it like a pro and got everybody in and jumping so quickly. Then I need help booking a birthday party and again Realynn was amazing!! She was so helpful and made it easy to book a space and have everything taken care of, we can't wait for our event! Zero stars. I went to spend 2 hours with my family and the employees are trash. There was no one running laser tag after I asked about it multiple times. I waited in line with my family for 45 minutes and employees would walk by acting like there wasn't a line. I finally gave up and left. While putting my shoes up, i noticed that there were 7 employees standing at the front desk laughing, joking and flirting with each other. There is absolutely no excuse for this. A family of 4 paying over $175 to get ignored. It was not busy at all but when asked, they said we will have an employee over there in a minute. That minute turned into 30 minutes so the employees can all be at the front desk. I won't be spending anymore money coming to this place. read more

We attended my niece's party here a few weeks ago and the kids had a blast. The facility was clean and there were plenty of staff members around. There's a small kids play area and the staff made sure that only small kids were allowed here. I appreciated this. My kids had a blast, so of course my kid ask if he can have a birthday party there. I had the pleasure of booking a party online and was connected with Alyssa. I wanted to let you know my personal experience with Alyssa and how she has gone ABOVE and BEYOND for my son's 10th birthday. The online process was easy and simple. I received a text immediately from Alyssa stating if I had any questions I can text her. I can tell you, I thought this was a bot. However, I had an issue and had to get a hold of someone ASAP. I'm a busy working mom and planning this party was not something I had the time to do. I texted Alyssa and within minutes she answered and to my surprise, she's real!!! Alyssa was able to answer my concerns. I had originally booked Party Room X III, and needed to move it to a bay area XIII. Alyssa was more than happy to do this and she did it within minutes after checking that it was available. I received a confirmation immediately. Here's where she went ABOVE and BEYOND. 24 hours later, I found out that party invites were sent to more people than I knew. I now had to contact Alyssa to have her move me BACK to my original Party Room X III. What did she do? She looked to see if it's still available and minutes later, I had confirmation it was moved back. No complaints, no questions, she just confirmed it was done and I have a stress and worry free party. Alyssa has made this busy mama so happy and she also did it without any issues or attitude. She did this with kindness, attentiveness and understanding. I hope you recognize her efforts as I plan to do another Birthday Party for my daughter here due to this type of service. Kids love it here. They can stay for hours and never get bored ages 5-15. It's always clean, and the staff are always nice even though they're teenagers, which is crazy. Comfy parent chairs on the top deck are fantastic for chilling and getting some reading done while the kids play. Wish there were some healthier food options, but definitely not knocking the score down just for that. read more

We came here for a birthday party this past Friday. Isabel helped get us checked in and she was super helpful and friendly. The kids had a blast and we enjoyed our time. When we went to leave I discovered my car battery was dead. So I went back inside to ask if anyone could help give me a jumpstart and Isabel and CJ came to my rescue! always such a fun experience for my son and me easily a 10/10 for family fun. We've made so many great memories here, and it's one of our favorite places to go. That said, during our last visit 11/10/25 last 2 hours of closing time I noticed something that I think deserves some attention. There was an employee named Ben working the tire slide area completely on his own, while a few other staff members were gathered near the front. Ben was clearly doing his absolute best running up and down the stairs, helping kids, and keeping the line moving but it looked like a lot for one person to handle safely and fairly but was truly an MVP and was still having the best attitude while doing it. I just wanted to share this because it's clear he cares about doing a good job, and I think a little extra support for team members like him would make the experience even better for everyone. Amazing place for the kiddos to just jump around! So many options from the trampoline, rock climbing, slides, etc. I appreciate that they also have an area for the littles to jump and play! This venue knows how to do it, and do the parties well. As soon as we walked in, we lined up to check in, and an employee came over to see what party we were attending. It was instant help and showing us where the party was being held without having to wait in the long line. Once we checked in with the host, she asked for our waiver status, being that I had a glitch when I attempted to do them on online prior to our visit, she directed me to a QR code which made that portion easy. Overall a great experience for our kids. We didn't have a hovering attendant like we did at another local venue that we had previously attended. This was a selling point for us in considering hosting a party at a venue like this. read more

I brought my grandson here (he got the all day pass and had a blast). I'm too old for the trampolines, bit definitely wanted to play laser tag with him. I bought a one hour wristband, which should have gotten me 2-3 games of laser tag. TWICE I lined us up at the laser tag arena at the listed times, and twice nobody showed up to open it. The first time I went to the counter and was told, "Oh, they must've started it early. They'll announce it when they do another one." Sucks, but fine. I lined us up five minutes early for the next one. Still no announcement of a game. Went to the counter again and they had to pull someone (who looked very annoyed about it) to open the arena. End result? I played one stinking game with my grandson (who I rarely get to see) for my 22 dollar pass. The trampolines were great for him, but I'm not able to do those with him. I'm glad he had a great time (thus the 2 stars), but my time was relegated to the sidelines because the staff didn't follow posted schedule! UPDATE: The manager Kayla D. was immediately responsive to this review and offered a full refund as well as extra jump/laser tag time (we were on our way out, but the offer was much appreciated. AJ was our host and honestly we couldn't have done it without him. He went above and beyond anything we ever expected of him. He was right there every step of the way when we needed him. They took out the snack bar and made it a self serve pizza and snack station. I was worried at first thinking they were just getting rid of staff, but I noticed there were actually more staff now available on the floor. I went to another trampoline park where stations were closed and only one staff in one area, and it was a horrible experience. Here, they have someone watching dodgeball so it is fun for older and younger kids. Feels like a real game. All stations were open. When kids were breaking rules, they were immediately spotted. Older kids couldn't take over little kids' playing area. This was a good place before but now I am even more impressed. Better quality than any other place in Nevada. Laser tag, ninja zone, slides, and Everything else- actually open and staffed. We got a pizza. Not the best, but we weren't here for pizza so who cares. It was good enough to eat and go play. Will do when you need to go somewhere early and everywhere else is still closed . They were the only ones open early on a Sunday at 9am . Which is what happened for my case . It's priced same as everywhere else but lacks variety . My 3 year old got bored after 15 min. Otherwise clean facility . Also service hit or miss . We have been here a couple times before and the kids always have fun. Lots of stuff for them to do and keep them busy even a toddler area for the younger kids. Today we had my son's 10th birthday in one of the party rooms and Maddox was our host. He set everything up for us and checked everyone in. Yesterday was the first time going to this place, and I took my two grandkids. We waited in line about 15 minutes, as there was a lot of people ahead of us in line. A 2nd employee finally showed up to help with the line. When it was my turn, I told her this is our first time here and she directed me to a computer at the end of the counter, to "sign up", enter our names and date of births, and sign a waiver. I had to wait in line 2nd time when I was done, to tell her it was completed. I informed her had I known, I could've filled out all this information BEFORE waiting 15 minutes in line and again a 2nd time! She said there is a sign by entrance. NO!! The sign just has a QR code to scan, but my husband said he tried it and it didn't work! There should be a big sign saying "First time here? Please use this line to sign up", with someone at the counter to assist, so no one has to go back in line. The other issue, was at the snack bar. The credit card machine went down, so I had to wait while an employee rebooted it. The nice girl at the counter had to wait on help to fix it. Let me state that I have two children and we have been to many indoor playgrounds/jumpy places all over town. We came here for a birthday party. And let me just say...eeesh. I guess let's start with some positives so I'm not all Negative Nancy for this whole review. The kids had a blast. The pizza was pretty decent. And we had a birthday room upstairs, which had a viewing area so I was able to watch my kids jumping around. Ok here's my list of why we probably won't be returning: 1. Right when you open the door to enter, you are hit with the smell of sweat and mustiness. Gross! 2. It was uncomfortably warm in there. You would think they would turn the AC up in a place like this since kids are running and jumping around. All the kids in our party were sweating a lot. My daughter stated she didn't even want to play anymore because it was too hot. 3. One kid in our party was injured in the inflatable area. It was only half inflated so when he jumped in, he hit his head on the hard floor. There was no apology. All they did was just close off that section. 4. They have the flimsiest grip socks I have ever seen. You could literally see the bottom of my kids' feet through the socks. And when I took their socks off, their feet were FILTHY. 5. The only way to access the upstairs birthday room was to go up these narrow stairs. If you needed to go up and someone was coming down, you have to wait for them to come all the way down. Otherwise, you're literally bumping into them. 6. It was just super crowded and I don't like being around too many people. All in all, my kids had fun. However, I probably won't be coming back or booking any party here. read more

Great place for the kids to play. Lots of fun and things to do. A bit pricey but every once in a while, it's fun to do. The kids that work there were very friendly and attentive to the kids. However, the food is horrible. It's really bad when the kids won't eat the pizza and they eat everything. For the prices, they should try better. It's not that hard to make a good pizza sauce. I don't think I have ever tasted something so bad. French fries were soggy. Not crisp at all. It would be more convenient if the food were better. We wouldn't have to eat elsewhere before or after play. read more
