I enjoyed my visit here. I felt this location was very spacious. The parking situation is a little tight but I was still able to get a spot, didn't have to wait for one. Inside was very clean also. I saw the workers swiftly cleaning tables and pushing chairs in as families left. There was a good amount of people here but it wasn't packed. The kids had enough space to run around freely. They also had an animatronic shows throughout the afternoon. I'd definitely return!! read more

Went last night will never return! The children's area at least 3/5 rides for toddlers didn't work! I brought this up to the manager who seemed annoyed and when I told them the machine ran out of coupons their response was we are to busy to attend to it right now ! This location was recently renovated and expanded to almost twice the size. The kiddie play park also has been removed. The improvements include newer games, more food eating tables/seats and additional prize ticket counting machines. My son is now 14 years old and he doesn't mind spending a couple of hours playing games. Decent location because of the big parking lot and a recently opened Big Lots store nearby. The place is clean, the pizza still sucks and the prizes are $1 shop worthy but at least it's a cheaper outing than going to Dave and Busters...especially if you're bringing additional kids... read more

Always a fun experience at Chuck E cheese and I now have switch to an e-card making it a little bit harder for me to keep track of your children's usage. The food quality has gotten a lot better the variety of the food has gotten a lot better that staff for always consist light and helpful. I have never had a bad experience with this restaurant. The bathrooms are always clean the salad area and soda bar are always clean. read more

I didn't actually go in to the store but I called and was met with such an enthusiastic person named Bill. He was so kind and helpful!

Not from the area, it was our first time here. I went there yesterday with my kids and brothers. This place does not have a well managed staff. Most of the machines were broken and the staff were very rude. The worst part was when we had to put our ticket in the ticket machine and there were only 3 working. Once that was done the area to claim the prizes was under staff and they started to get nasty with the customers. The manager a woman with glasses, salt and pepper hair in her mid60s was so rude to her employees. This place is so unprofessional. Why work in a place that has kids if you're just going to be nasty with everyone. Need to train your employees better to be well rounded in every area so they'll be able to help everyone. The manager needs to be fired. Worst experience ever in a Chuck E Cheese. read more

This Chuck E Cheese is a bit on the small side (compared to others I have been to), but has all the basics. The Pizza was actually not that bad, and for once a place had diet caffeine free Pepsi, so that's a plus. The staff did a good job entertaining the kids during the birthday portion. Not a huge fan of chuck e cheese at all, this establishment is such a mess. I brought my daughter here once and never ever again would I come back! This place gets way to packed number one, number two is that this place is filthy and number three majority of the games here are broken. Took my daughter here on a weekend around 6 at night when you first walk in their is a security guard that stamps everyone's hand so no one can take your child which is actually the only thing this place has going for themselves. Then you get hit with seems like a million families packed into one place ( not enjoyable) I felt like I couldn't breath here and trying to get to one end of this arcade was a mission! way to long. Parents did not watch their kids so while waiting online to play games with my little one their where other kids jumping in front of us ( no manners). What am I gonna do fight with little kids? No, so we tried to find another game that was empty but all the games that were empty with no line here were the games that were broken of course. Literally played 5 games altogether and my daughter rode the carousel a million times cause she enjoyed it, and it was a shocker no one really bothered with the carousel. This place is filthy every table I passed had plates and cups just thrown all over the table, half eaten food and beer all over the place. That's right they serve beer and I believe wine at a children's arcade are you kidding me????? That's disgusting I expect this at another place like Dave and busters or an Applebee's but not from a place where it's completely catered to children. Exactly why parents did not watch their kid they were drinking instead (irresponsible ). I would never in my life come back here or take my daughter here again. Came here for my nephews birthday party and OMG what a disaster!In the great words of Our president Donald Trump this place truly is a shit hole! LOL but then I thought about it and realized I was in Hicksville so that all made sense,on to the establisment,first of all it's smells like funky moldy cheese! No pun intended,! The staff could care less about helping the customers those are the ones that speak English anyway!Smh I was so happy to hear that they serve beer and wine, but unfortunately they have this stupid ass rule where they only serve one beer per ID/customer, Wait... What?!& when I got the damn beer it was warm and flat!, Then I go on for second one and they told me they don't serve alcohol one hour before closing?! Im sorry i didn't realize I was at a sports arena! Like the other reviewers wrote half the machines and ticket vendors were broken and of course nobody was around to help! There was garbage all over the floor and the table tops were disgusting, I couldn't wait to get home to take a shower! We took the toddler here yesterday after promising her for some time and she had a blast! She played games, she went on some rides, she hugged Chuck E. Cheese... I was pleasantly surprised, as well. This location is a piece of crap. Crappy games with minimal tickets and crappy prizes. Luckily, I know some tricks to maximize tickets for my little cuz but it's not something a young child can easily figure out (and it was between just 1-2 games). Sure arcade games are for fun not jus tickets but I do think it's discouraging and unfair for young children. Also, when I was 20 and came here- I was kicked out for not having a parent with me or able to to prove my age on the spot but I clearly was not a child. It was pretty pathetic of the staff. Way too crowded. There were literally no tables and they were just letting people in nonstop. We walked around for twenty minutes to find a spot to put our number down. I'm sure the number of people there was way above the maximum occupancy limit. Also, the chicken wings looked really raw and when we told the manager, he assured us that it was fully cooked because the wings get delivered precooked. We weren't offered a refund or another order. We were told we just missed him and he'd be back out by 5:30. 5:45 comes around, we're told 6:00. 6:00 comes around, we're told 6:30. I used to go to Chuck E Cheese all the time as a child so now coming as an adult it's so nostalgic! Not much has changed, the layout, even the games. They have online coupons which are really useful if you're trying to save some money! Also I'd suggest coming on an early weekday if possible so it's less crowded or else it can be hectic with the amount of kids who go there. The employees could be a little peppier honestly. If you're working at a childrens place, I'd expect to see more smiles but everyone looked miserale. Also, when I came here during the week online it said they opened at 10, but he door said 11. A lot of people came and left frustrated when they saw that. When I complained to the guy at the door he said "those were our summer hours". Well technically it's still summer! I walked In and had some pizza with my son they have a lunch buffet that ends at 3 pm Monday to Friday, the staff is very friendly and they are always cleaning making sure everything is in good order I have no complaints I like this chuck e cheese compared to others I have been to. read more

Our reservation was at 3pm. Seated quickly and the hostess named Tiffany was MORE than helpful. She was on top of everything. Just told her what I needed once and she brought everything. Def recommend her!!!!!!! Kids loved it. But I did hear that the one in flushing/college point area has more games. But we chose this venue bc it's close to home and doubt the friends would've went that far. Either way food was hot and nothing was dirty. Bathrooms were clean. Glad we chose that time bc a bunch of people left. Another bad thing was the ice cream provided by them were freezer burned. Also chucke was really.....dead. Husband thought he smoked up before cause oh boy unenthusiastic doesn't even come close to it. A wave here. A way there. A picture together. That was it. Cmon. Compared to other similar places with arcades this Chuck E. Cheese is definitely five star. The place is well organized and has good staff. They're attentive to broken machines or problems with the ticket counting machines. I'm not a fan of the new card payment system rather than the tokens. With the cards it's too easy to double swipe and put two credits on the game rather than one. read more

The staff are so wonderful. It's our first time at this location and very impressed with the customer service and how clean the place is. I see Bill, the manager cleaning and checking the salad bar to make sure it's filled and cleaned. I had the cashier, Bernadette and she was so friendly when taking our orders for food and tokens. I was getting dipping dots and Shannon was so helpful and got us what we need. We also saw the staff like Joe cleaning and spraying the tables when customer leaves which is great. We arrived at this place at around 7:45 they close at 9 pm. I placed an order of wings and pizza and apple juice for my daughter right away because we were very hungry. So after 30 minutes of watching my daughter play I noticed that my food still hasn't arrived yet. I went to the cashier and followed up my order. The lady went to the kitchen then went to the manager. Then another guy went to the kitchen then spoke to the manager. Meanwhile nobody came to me to give me an update which was very upsetting. I asked the lady and she said her manager would give my money back to my cc. I asked why. Apparently the girl who took my order didn't know that the kitchen was already closed and didn't inform me. The manager said she would credit it back to my cc except for the apple juice because it was already served. I got so upset because I wouldn't order it anyway if I knew the food would not arrive on time! She ended up giving all my money back. I will never come back to this place. read more
