We went here for a birthday party on a Sunday. Ive been to other chuck-e-cheeses but this was the first going to the Kent one. I like it more than Bellevue one. This one is more spacious and had more games and tables. I had their pizza. It was okay. There were machines to get cards. One of the machines were down so I waited in line. Also, a few of the machines weren't working either. I actually spent some points on a machine that I didn't know wasn't working :( but I didn't want to bother anyone to get my points back. The place is relatively clean. Service seemed fine. They ask the birthday family when they wanted Chucky to come out. They actually messed up on the pizza and they gave one pizza on the house because of that. Each kid also got a little grab bag to take home which was nice. The kids got to dance with Chucky. I think they all had fun. I like the ticket booth - it was fun seeing all the smiles. They also have a small trampoline thing but it is extra and we didn't do it because they were going to close that part up soon. It was a good indoor activity for the kids. What a disappointment this place has become. One little jump house for $12 and the rest are arcades for one token. Check in remained the same, you are stamped according to your child's stamp for security. When we left, no one at the door to verify I was leaving with the child I came in with. That was maddening. Food was greasy and looked warmed up not fresh. Salad bar needed fresh refills. Lettuce was brown, pineapple was sour and croutons were stale. My kiddo just had his birthday party here over the weekend and it was a huge hit! The staff were so incredibly patient and kind, not to mention outstandingly organized! They had our food orders ready to go right on the dot, they made sure everyone was having a wonderful time, and went out of their way to make the whole birthday party process as smooth and relaxing as a kids birthday party can be. Chuck E also made an appearance and was wonderful posing for photos, and knowing which kiddos needed space, or a high five, or a chance to dance. We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience. The staff really should be congratulated! They are truly amazing! The pizzas were also great and the kids loved the dip n dots. They had lots of different beverage choices as well. The restaurant was also really, really clean and we noticed staff frequently wiping down games and tables. Everybody always makes fun of Charles Edward Cheese (as we call him), but every time I've had their pizza, It's always been great. The new ownership is doing a great job of making sure the place is nice and clean (and sanitized). They've added in new games, put in a light up, interactive, dance floor. Back when my sons were toddlers and preschoolers, I would have loved this location. They would have ran their little legs all over and I could have leisurely watched from a booth or trailed along. 1 out of every 5 games had an error or were broken. We brought the kids here to have a day of summer memories...two little ones and a few older teens that are admittedly bit old to go to Chuck E. Cheese but what the heck, family time is family time. We got both groups a $38 card each and let them at it. They were swiping without discretion soon enough and must've played every single game and mini ride at least twice. Even the older kids could find some things like the multi player racing games to have fun with. A favorite was the reasonably easy claw machine where one could get those little spiky inflatable balls. They wouldn't stop until we had one of every color. So now they're littered all over the house *sigh*. While the games were fun the food leaves quite a bit to be desired. I suppose for kids the ice cream with pizza will suffice but I wouldn't waste my precious adult allotment of calories on it. I am incredibly grateful for Heather helping me out throughout the event I had there. We had quite a big group, and everybody left so happy! It was incredible seeing parents and kids come up to me at the end saying how much they enjoyed it, thanking me a bunch for hosting an event and the kids leaving with their new toy from the prize counter! We had ages 2-18 and they all enjoyed a variety of games like reaction games, skeeball, basketball, token plays, etc. I didn't remember anyone else's name from that weekend but watching them move around quickly to accommodate for everyone was a site to see. Whoever Chuck E was that day was really nice, walking around and making sure everyone gets a picture. I've never had a problem at this place at all. Self Service was great, management is great, the repair guy helped us out once and was very quick about it. I am just overwhelmed with how great this place is! If you are going here the trick is to buy a card by the minutes versus the points. If you use your card by minutes you get unlimited gameplay for however long you want. If you use the points system you only get to use a certain amount of points. Just makes more sense for the buck!!! Today Chuck E. Cheese was unusually hot inside, but there was a bunch of people inside and you still have to wear your mask So your mask times the heat equals, broken out face. Aside from that it's the usual they've got one side dedicated to smaller children they've completely taken out the large indoor play ground toy. Easy inexpensive indoor fun. You can easily spend $30 or less for a hour of good fun for your youngsters. My daughter is 10 and she was entertained for about 45 min before she was ready to go. read more

Our first time here, it was PACKED, multiple parties going on. We waited for for about 15 minutes. We were very impressed with our visit. We've been in the past but this time it seemed as if the food was better and that all the staff working were happy to be at work! If a game broke, they were extremely attentive and fixed it immediately. The prizes you get with tickets are typical cheapo trinkets but the kids love them. The big thing for us is that all the games are just one token. We stayed for like 6 1/2 hours (NO! I'm not kidding... lol) and never had a dull moment. Can not say enough great things about this place! I was pleasantly surprised by several things - the staff was cheerful, helpful and plentiful; the toys, games and rides were clean, operational and age-appropriate; the place was bright and lively. Typical Chuck E Cheese but this one has definitely gone the extra mile to make it more enjoyable! Packages were available with your meal, it included tokens! LOVE THIS PLACE!! Honestly, I use to judge all Chuck E Cheeses negatively because of past experiences a decade ago...but I take it all back after this visit! I went with my sister and my little niece on a Tuesday around noon. Definitely recommend coming on a weekday because we almost had the place to ourselves when we first arrived! It was so nice to be able to freely walk around with a little one and not worry about crowds or bigger kids running around. The place was clean (first thing my niece said when we walked in "smells nice" - which is a huge compliment from a kid that always speaks her mind). All employees were welcoming and friendly! The man that fixes and cleans machines is awesome! If we ever had a problem, (like machine running out of tickets) he was quick to help us out! Loved that Chuck E walked around and interacted with the very small group of little ones there and gave out free tickets. Definitely get the coupon on their website for 100 point play pass for $20. So worth it, we got one to share. We were there for 2 hours playing all the games! Pretty much every game/ride costs 1 point (just a few were more), so a great deal! THE WORST BUFFET IVE EVER BEEN TO!!! Came here to have lunch and play with my son and his father. We decided to get the lunch buffet after looking online and seeing what they had to offer. Said all you can eat pizza, salad, breadsticks, and desserts. They open at 11 and we had to leave by 12:15. We called ahead of time to check the buffet time and we were told 11-2. That was perfect because Dad needed to be at work by 2 which was why we had to leave around 12:15. So the plan was to go in and play and then eat and maybe play some more and leave. When we got in it was about 11:15 but there wasn't any food out. That wasn't okay but I decided we would play a little. Around 11:40 we went to eat and there were two pizzas out. Literally 2. And some lettuce and salad dressing. I asked if they were making anything else and she said they had just put pizzas in. So we paid for the buffet. They brought out a serving of breadsticks. Look okay this was a lazy ass buffet. For salad it was literally just lettuce. Nothing else. There were two pizzas. A cheese and a thin pepperoni that was dry as hell. It said there would be the cinnamon desert pizza and there wasn't. It was breadsticks with cinnamon and a glaze. I was pissed tf off as you can tell. Paid about $26 for us to eat cheese pizza, dry ass breadsticks, and lettuce. Like you can't be serious. I went to this Chuck E. Cheese last year for the lunch buffet and it was waaaaaay better!! They have gone down in quality and it sucks. The employees don't own the establishment or the food so why skimp on it? Charging $9 per person for a buffet that has no damn food!!! Are you serious! So my family and I were at Chuck E Cheese today. We were there at 3pm, my kids had blast. We left around 7:30pm, going down the hill by Winco, we noticed tires were making a weird sound. We pulled over, we saw that one of our tires were slashed at Chuck E. Cheese, this was the worst thing that can happen to anyone. Especially those with kids, I called to report the incident. No one answered , I'll call back tomorrow. I'm hoping their cameras caught the cruel person who did this to us, and I'm hoping this never happens to anyone ever again. Sadly this incident traumatized my kids, my daughter was asking why someone would do that to us? As a mother I didn't even know how to answer that, I was so speechless. Took my one and a half year old here today with his dad. When we walked in around 3:30/4 everyone looked like they hated their jobs. the girl taking orders at the front counter was super friendly and sweet though. she made great conversation with us and explained everything to us. we got a pizza and about 12 wings for 40 bucks.... I think our over all day cost about 80 bucks. besides the price, it was a great time. I wish the bathrooms didn't smell like shit, but the games all worked and my son had a blast, as did his dad and i. we are going to come back for my sons birthday. At sometime around 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, I was at the salad bar when I noticed an unattended child, who appeared to be between the ages of 18 months to 2 years old, walking around terrified and crying. The child was obviously lost and in distress. There were no adults looking for him and no older siblings with him. About 4 Chuck E Cheese female employees and myself all attempted to talk to him to see if he wanted help or if he knew where his family was. I then noticed a tall, middle-aged, white man speaking angrily to an employee behind the counter near the registers. I did not hear what he was saying at first, and since he was dressed in plain clothes, I assumed he was a customer. As I'm continuing to watch the young child to make sure he is found safely, I hear the man say very loudly "I know it sounds bad, but who cares about this kid! You are supposed to be watching the door. Let him walk around and cry, he's fine." Yes, it does sound bad and this was a terrible thing to say. The child was clearly not fine. This was not an appropriate response or anything close to what I would expect at a place that is supposed to be so child-friendly. Just because the child could not leave the facility does not mean that he was fine. His comment was absolutely despicable. This man needs to be reprimanded for his ignorant comments and retrained in basic human decency. If my child were lost and I heard someone say that, this company and this location would NEVER hear the end of it. I am disgusted and enraged by his comment. P.S. I watched the child until he was reunited with his family. He didn't understand English, which is probably why he was so terrified when he was approached by so many different people trying to help him. read more

They have a play card to use so all the games cost are different instead of 1 coin for all games. And I believe other locations don't use cards so you can't use them at other locations. read more

I came expecting the worst (having been to a few other Chuck E Cheese's around the country) and was met with a surprisingly sweet & friendly crew of workers. I like the invisible ink security measure...although disturbingly, no one checked us on our way out with 3 little kids. Tip: there is ALWAYS an online coupon for 100 tokens for $20 (the regular rate at the machine is 80 tokens for $20 (or something like that). I have been to the rat in Syracuse NY, Sacramento CA, Fairfield CA, etc... so I have been around to different locations. This one was nice and it was fairly clean for once. The employees were helpful and I enjoyed a little nice male employee who was very friendly. I would go back to this location if I had to drop by a Chuck E Cheese again. As soon as I walked in here, it was chaos and there were kids running everywhere. The service is really bad due to how busy it is here. They don't clean their tables unless you tell someone but it will still take probably 10 minutes. It's overcrowded. I would not recommend coming here especially during the weekend. All six of the ticket redemption machines were full so would not work. Of the few games we played (we mostly just play one game) two of them didn't give tickets. Bought dipping dots and had to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to show up to serve them. The management here should be fired because all of their staff are not doing their job. Employees are nice, there's just NEVER EVER anyone at the prize redemption area. Been here 3 times and every time we've waited over 20 minutes for someone to help us. & that's with my boyfriend having to ask whoever is up at front stamping people in to get someone to help us. All 3 times it wasn't busy at all, maybe one time that was SEMI busy but we weren't the only ones waiting for a while. Is that their tactic of pushing people to spend more money & play more games ?
