This is, by far, the cleanest Chuck E. Cheese we have ever been to. It is cleaner, quieter, cheaper, and better organized than the local Main Event, too. We went here on a Wednesday afternoon to celebrate my twins' birthday. There was literally one other child there with their parent. We otherwise had the place entirely to ourselves. WILD. Since it wasn't busy, the best deal was the unlimited games for an hour (a bonus 30 min given) on a single card. We were amazed that every single game and ride was included with the card, unlike Main Event where there is an upcharge for VR and others. Even photo booths were included with the card. Loved it! The selection of games is great, especially for the 0-10 crowd. Low to the ground, not as loud and gun-tastic, with kid themes. There are traditional arcade classics like skeeball and basketball and then "rides" that you used to find outside of grocery stores-carousel, metal car that rocks back and forth, etc. Note that these are the slowest, jerkiest rides ever. We laughed so hard when the carousel began its jerky adventure. I honestly would give this experience 5 stars if it weren't for the temperamental card system. You scan your card at each game and it also stores all of your tickets digitally. No exaggeration, it probably took ten swipes back and forth across the scanner for it to eventually work and accept the card at every game. A lesson in patience for our kiddos? read more

The prices are not transparent and have gone rediculusly high they have a nice little play type part but it's 16 extra dollars per child to access the area on top of the other super inflated items 46$ for one large pizza a 4 drinks ,very disappointing to my granddaughters as we had a budget and weren't made aware of the crazy pricing scheme .Tgis use to be a decent birthday package. read more

I recently had my 20th Birthday party at this Chuck E Cheese and overall, it was a very fun experience with delicious pizza. They got rid of the animatronics which disappointed me, but they at least had the crew singing as puppets on a large projector, really miss the after-show humor though. The thing that bugged me the most though was the way we were treated before we even walked into the gate, me and my two friends were waiting in line to go inside and pay for our pizza and passes when the man at the gate stops us and ask us how old we are. I didn't understand why our age was of any importance, however we brushed the question to the side and just told the man how old we were. (We were all 20) As we try to walk into the gate the man puts his hand onto the gate, preventing us from entering, and ask us, "Why are you all here?". Well, I thought that was obvious, we came to eat pizza and play games of course, but I wasn't going to give the man a rude response, so my friends just pointed to me and stated that it was my birthday at which point the man just lets us in. The man at the gate didn't make us feel welcome, he even told us to not bring alcohol into the building. I felt scared and intimidated, this man was definitely abusing his power. I don't like to throw this word around a lot as I don't want it to become a meaningless word, but me and my friends were experiencing the purist kind of age-ism. The rest of the staff and experience though was superb, and I'm sad that I can't give it a 5-star rating. Would definitely like to give it another try at some point though. read more

This location has recently upgraded it's token system to cards that you load like credit cards. This is much more easier and they have also added a few more games that make the selection a little bit more diverse. As an adult I definitely get stuck on the basketball games while the kids play and have some fun. They have very decent food packages as well along with a plethora of coupons in the paper's coupon books etc. The traditional birthday show is always great as well and They do have a ticket blaster at this location. The selection of prizes are subpar as you pay like $50 just to get a few pieces of candy and a hairband. It's all about the kids at the end of the day so it does not matter, just a personal thought on kids return on investment. The employees here definitely follow the strict rule of stamping the left hand in making sure it matches before every kid leaves with every family member. I really like this as I have seen in the past some people slack and even though you know that is their kid, it could happen to anyone. Safety is definitely a big deal here and this is the only Chucky cheese in town so they definitely make it worth the time! Just visited here on the 9th since my girlfriend and I wanted to come here to eat and have fun for our 6 month anniversary but before we couldn't even get past the entrance and we were turned away for just being 16 which I have entered this location before with multiple guys all aging 15-16 and was never questioned about it but since I had to drive the 25 minute route to get here it did really put a negative reputation on this franchise since I have been here in past and have had a birthday party at this location. I do wish I could have left a 0 star since I wasn't even allowed to enter the building but I did have a great time at Gatti's so i will be sure to always go to Gatti's before i ever think of this location again. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food here. We ordered pizza and pretzel bites and bot came out hot fresh and delicious. I was here for a birthday party. This place is chaos at it's finest. The birthday area was jam packed with 4 or 5 rows of long tables that were reserved for the parties. The parties go in simultaneously so needless to say it was very crowded. There wasn't a designated space for the birthday girl to open her gifts and with such little space to work with not all of the guests were able to watch the gift opening. There were plenty of games for kids and adults of all ages and you load your coins to a card so it's easy to keep up with. Again the games area was extremely crowded and several kids were running around unsupervised and I didn't see any staff members monitoring that area. I know kids love this place and as I said above the food was quite good. My friend stated it was pretty affordable for birthday parties and we were able to look up coupons for pizza and tokens to save money. If they were able to rearrange the party area so it was more accommodating that would be great. read more

I haven't been to a Chuck E. Cheese in literally 20 years. With that said, it's surprisingly the same lol. Glory days of the 90's, man. So, it's obviously a great concept for kids. I came for a friend's child's birthday party (Big 4!). There were more adults than children on the guest list, so we opted to not reserve the party area. This ended up working great. They allowed us to bring a cake in and supplied the plates and forks. They also let us double up on digital coupons for the crowd. The staff could have been more enthusiastic for sure, but we were grateful that they were so accommodating. The food? Recently, it looks like they've rolled out a new menu that's geared more toward adults. It's a little odd, honestly. We stuck to our guns and had the pizza, and it was good! I mean, my mind wasn't blown, but everyone enjoyed it. The space is slightly dingy (really just from being dated, I think). Overall, this wasn't a bad experience. I wouldn't recommend it over another venue, but if a child insists, I won't cry about making the trip. read more

I have mixed feelings towards CC. I grew up with Showbiz Pizza so I'm really partial. Upon arrival we received the stamp and proceed to the rear of the building in front of the massacred performers on stage. We were there for a friends bday party. The pizza was simply, ok. The atmosphere was loud and nerve racking. Young employees appeared at most times to really not care about what was going on. During the bday song and fun time with CC they acted as if they would rather be sitting at home. Would we go back? I don't know. Our 4 yo did have some fun but he didn't act as if he really enjoyed it and begged to stay. We actually left CC thinking about how fun Showbiz was and comparing the two. It's good for what it is. A great escape for the young ones to get out and burn off some energy. They could use some more staff, especially for a Sunday! Chuck E. Cheese, what isn't there to like? This is one of the BEST locations I have been to. This location is always clean and everyone's super nice! They have an one stage that came up from Maryland around 1994 or 1998 when this location was built. The Cyberamics are in great condition except for an Few things that could be better. ( Cyberamics are the robots). This location is one of the best and is one of my favorites. I highly recommend checking out Madison TN. They have a god condition 3 stage and an Pizza Cam Still. Went here today 08/03/18 for a birthday party. When we got in we didn't get stamped so didn't think much of it. The hostess was great, kids had fun and the food was decent. No issues until I was leaving. They wouldn't let me leave with my daughter because I didn't have a stamp?? Ok isn't that why they stamp you upon arrival.....I had to prove I was her mother and I didn't like that. They gave me a hard time and I'll never go back! The Knoxville Store is by far better than any other Chuck E. Cheese I've been too. It is clean and all the machines always work! Coming from the D.C. area this is a big change! I was here for a child's birthday party. The amount of tokens they gave was very decent. About 45 to each child, along with two slices of pizza and some inflatable toys all for a very decent price. Went to Chuck E Cheese on Kingston Pike in Knoxville on Saturday, May 4, 2013. We arrived at 6:00 pm to find a line out the door and one person working the register. We ordered the Large Pizza, 4 Drinks, 90 Tokens, Chicken Wings and the salad bar. Paid $60.00. The salad bar was TRASHED! Egg had soaked into the ice, the Cucumbers were yellow, the tossed salad was empty, and the cesar dressing had soured. The pizza was good, however the wings came out burnt. Took my son into the men's room, and before we got past the kitchen, the smell of urine just about knocked you down. Inside the men's rooms were paper towels on on the floor, the handy cap toilet was covered in urine and the stand up urinal was broke. It smelled worst than any gas station rest room or port-a-potty I had ever been in. Wll never return. read more
