We had my daughter's 6 year birthday party here today. I have never been to a Chuck E. Cheese. The party they threw our girl and her friends was absolutely amazing! Most people run from Chuck E. Cheese's. I roll in head first. I worked for the Denton location in 2006 and hadn't been back since. A friend of mine had a birthday party for her son at this Lewisville location. Since you can no longer enter without a kiddo, I was excited for the opportunity to enjoy pizza and cake and play a few games. Overall, this location is great. It was clean, and even pretty "situationally clean." The games were in working order, and tge staff was visible. The pizza was as good as I recalled and the white cake was amazing. The kiddo requested that it have Chuck E. on it and they made it happen. The cake was really the only sticking point. When I worked for the company all cakes were frozen. When someone would order them (almost always as part of a large party), they would pull them out and by the time they thawed the customer was ready. In Denton we ran into this same issue. As time passed more and more individual customers were ordering cakes and waiting an exceptional amount of time. It became such an issue wheh I was employed there that we finally got the idea that we may need to keep 2 or 3 thawed on a Saturday. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I was super excited at the variety of prizes. All the characters were represented in prizes, and that used to be a complaint as well. I had to get a Mr. Munch plush! This location is exceptionally clean, the perfect size, has goof food and friendly staff. Just order your cake very early, probably an hour before you want it! read more

This chuckee place is one of the smaller ones in the metroplex. Got good enough range of games to play and the staffs are friendly; however, you'll be welcomed with a lovely stench smell as you walk in. I see the staffs clean all the time but I think they just need to get rid of their carpet. It's a stench that will linger around the whole entire time you're there... They've got the coolest Disney Car's driving game though so it gets 2 stars.... read more

Debated 3-4 stars. Took some friends kids here after a 20 year hiatus (since I was a kid). It sure has changed a lot and seems so much smaller!! But I am not 3 feet tall anymore either.. This location is lacking in customer service which is apparent in the minimal attendance most days we have been there during the week. It is disturbing when customers are at the counter wanting to check out for pizza or get their kids prizes for their tickets after playing the games having spent money in the restaurant/play area and there isn't anyone there to assist even though they are called by the person at the door checking in the kids/parents. We were told several attempts were made to call someone to the counter so we just left with disappointed kids, not sure what the other customers did but I will not go back to this location. read more

Not the best location I have ever been to however the food wasn't bad at all and the staff was very pleasant. Only negatives is cost and smell when you walked in (urine) we paid $96 for a family of 5 to eat a pizza, 2 salad bars and get 230 tokens to split. My kids (2,4,10) all had a blast but when it came time to cash in our tickets with a total of over 900 tickets they each got a slinky and a ring... The games only give out 1-5 tickets so I thought this was bizarre. Won't be going back anytime soon but not a bad evening spent. read more

Love this location. Yes, it's smaller than most CEC locations but the staff is ALWAYS friendly. They are quick and attentive when it comes to fixing broken games. The food is good and it's always clean. One thing I really like about Lewisville CEC is that Chuck E. will come out to play with the kids and dance even if there is only 1 child there. I've been to other locations where there might have been only 3 or 4 kids there but Chuck E. never came out. This is our #1 stop and we love it!! read more

They have started a new "play pass" a card version of their coins, the concept is great, my son has dropped many coins, however it puts the child in charge of the full amount of money. What would usually last us and hour or more by him coming by and getting a few coins at a time lasted only twenty minutes! !!
