I've never had many complaints about this location. Unfortunately, during my last visit, I witnessed something concerning. While using the restroom, I saw an employee leave without washing his hands, despite a clear sign stating that all employees must wash their hands before leaving. This was especially concerning because the employee did not return to the gaming floor but went straight to the back kitchen area. While it's possible he washed his hands there, I can't be certain. I mentioned this to the manager so employees could be reminded about proper hygiene, but her response felt dismissive, as if it wasn't a serious issue. Chuck E. Cheese is amazing, especially if you get the membership, we're Gold Members with the $7.99/month Fun Pass, and it's totally worth it. We bring our son at least once a week. When we first got it during the summer, we were coming almost every day, it was so much fun! Now, Mondays are our lunch date: we eat somewhere nearby, then come here for some free games. The perks are great, too! Sometimes we get to do the Fun Zone for free, and occasionally we get free food perks! The membership value is excellent. the pepperoni pizza is nostalgic and good, but we mostly come for games. Weekdays are the best: it's cleaner, quieter, and there's space to sit. Weekends and evenings are hectic, which makes it harder to enjoy. One thing to note: the service can be inconsistent. Checking in sometimes takes forever, and the exit stamp system is a bit odd. Staff could use a bit more training or support. Still, overall it's a fantastic way to get family bonding and game time, and if it's close to home, I'd definitely recommend the Fun Pass membership. read more

The place was almost full. Yet all of the staff were great. They kept the salad bar fully stock and clean. I was completely amazed that the food came out quickly despite how full it was. 1) They have games to play: add money to a card and play. 2) They have bouncing games at the far end of the wall. Additional cost of $20 / child. It comes with a wrist band for the child and a free pair of socks. Must pay per visit. Overall experience was great, but like I said, I can't believe some people. Some of the problem is not the staff but the people visit here with kids. They come in smelling like weed, almost like they are an air freshener. I've been going to this location for a while now because I have the pass for my son. 2 of my recent visits have been ugly because of 1 specific employee (male, white. Wears glasses) that I assume is fairly new because I just started seeing him. First of all, he grabbed my sons hand completely and slides his sleeve up ,to stamp it and put his wristband on even though I already had his hand. In my opinion , it should be minimal contact. It always is with the other employees. That was 1. Then when my sister goes to pay, he asks "are you paying cash, card or first born?" She told him none ,that is weird and it is. Celebrated my Son 3rd birthday here. It went well easy check in and set up disappointed that it was 100 and there was no pizza included at least for birthday boy. If you weren't already overstimulated prior to coming in, get ready to be by the time you leave. We booked a bday party package which only lets you reserve a table for 2hrs it also includes 2hrs unlimited play. I probably haven't been to a chuck e cheese since i was a child, but it was a Sunday and it was packed. The pizza was surprisingly good, even our guest thought so. Once your 2hrs are up they ask you to leave the party area for the next party guest, we basically had to hurry up and eat, cut the cake and open presents then try to find an open table to leave our things in order to use the 2hr play time. Essentially we were there a good 4-5hrs. This overall experience left me overwhelmed because i kept feeling rushed. But my toddler had fun so i guess that's all that matters. read more

1/5 Stars - Disappointing, Discriminatory, and Rude Experience* I visited Chuck E. Cheese's on 03/30/25 at 4:03 pm with my son, who has autism. We were looking forward to enjoying the play area, but our experience was ruined by a staff member's lack of understanding, accommodations, and empathy. Despite hosting events for autistic kids like they claim on their website, the staff member seemed to have no proper training or knowledge about autism. When I explained that my son wears noise-cancelling headphones due to his autism, the staff member told me that he couldn't enter the play area unless he removed them. Her reasoning was that he might potentially hit another kid with the headphones, supposedly for his sake and the sake of other kids. However, this reasoning is flawed and discriminatory. My son is not aggressive and has never shown any tendency to harm others. Moreover, the staff member failed to consider the harm that loud noises could cause to my son's sensory well-being. The screaming and chaos of the play area are exactly what his headphones are designed to protect him from. What's even more disappointing is that my son has visited numerous indoor playgrounds with his noise-cancelling headphones, and never once has it been an issue. But according to the staff member, Chuck E. Cheese's has a "different policy." This policy apparently prioritizes able-bodied children over those with disabilities. The staff member's demeanor made the experience even more distressing. She was incredibly rude and showed no empathy when speaking to me. When I explained my son's needs, she simply stated that if he removed his headphones completely, he could enter the play area. She didn't consider the potential harm this could cause my son or offer any alternative solutions. Her lack of understanding and compassion was appalling. The experience was so distressing for my son that he left in tears, unable to understand why he couldn't enter the play area like other kids. As a parent, it's heartbreaking to see my child denied access to a play area because of his disability. I hope that Chuck E. Cheese's will take steps to improve their staff training on autism awareness and accommodations. They must also emphasize the importance of empathy and understanding when interacting with families of children with disabilities. Until then, I would caution other families with autistic children to be prepared for a potentially disappointing experience. I asked for a refund and left. Even though it seemed like there was a thousand people there she took care of everyone making sure tables were clean and people got seated, she even gave me a band-aid (twice). I'm giving this a three-star rating because I think it's disgusting that the employee with the cotton candy cart sells 2 for $5, but at the toy counter, they upcharge and they cost $4 each. When my children were picking out toys with their tickets, I asked for two more cotton candies at the toy counter for $5, but the lady said no, they were $4 each there; only two for $5 from the cart. I asked when the cart would come out, and she said she didn't know. I said, "Great, you don't know your job." Cheese and all have ALWAYS had this disgusting foot smell upon entering, a mess literally everywhere, miserable workers, and gross frozen tasting foods...BUT NOT THIS ONE! I didn't have the highest expectations but I was shocked to see it's actually very organized, fresh foods, super nice workers, and it's clean. The only thing I will say negatively is that the parking lot usually has the most random things like beer bottles or dirty diapers thrown around but that's obviously out of their control since it's public property out there. read more

A couple of family members and I decided to visit Chuck E. Cheese for a birthday lunch and had so much fun! This location was pretty clean and the staff was on top of clearing tables, dishes and trash which is a big flex especially with all the little ones running around! When we first arrived we were greeted and didn't wait long to get to the counter to get food and drinks. As we were ordering our cashier Jenny had pointed out that it would be about $30 cheaper to just get one of the combo deals. I just showed up early to reserve a table and the staff were so nice and accommodating. They gave me everything I asked for stored my cake for me and gave me a little discount for my party. the chuck e cheese in san bernardino ca off hospitality is not inclusive at all! came to visit from tx to be disappointed paid 100$ n explained my son is autistic non verbal with sensory issues. i explained he can not tolerate wearing socks the bracelet or stamp on his arm and the host aileen said it was ok! she then gave us a bracelet with two stickers which i placed onmy special needs shirt on his back which the host suggested i should do. my sonhad a great time until we were told he was forced to wear the socks and bracelet. i attempted to put the socks and bracelets on him which led to a violent meltdown. i am very disappointed to say the least! this place is not sensory friendly like advertised ! autism spectrum disorder is a spectrum not all kids who have asd need "dim lights, and lower music" kids on the spectrum have sensory issues and it is not fair that i paid the same price for everything like every other parent there but since my child is autistic nonverbal with sensory issues he was kicked out the trampoline/lplayarea. please make sure to train ur employees to inform all families that there is no exceptions about socks and bracelets (even if they have special needs) like i was told at arrival. i would've saved my money and left! read more

We noticed when we walked in how hot it was in there. it was so hot that my children couldn't even enjoy themselves. one of the works came over to us and was fanning us with his own personal fan telling us their air conditioner wasn't up to date and doesn't work very well. highly suggest not going here during the summer. read more
