He made organizing check-ins for all my players incredibly simple and ensured we had easy access to a table area for both players and parents, which made a huge difference for our group. His warm and welcoming attitude really set the tone for the entire event--it made everything feel fun, relaxed, and well put together. We had a birthday party for my son. I'm not sure why the reviews are so bad, we had a great experience. Our host was Anthony. I didn't catch the name of the young lady who checked us in and the other lady checked us out but they were both also very sweet. It got pretty busy but Anthony still checked in on us multiple times all while checking people in and running around working on other things. We were impressed with his level of professionalism and attentiveness as we had a fairly large party. We made sure to tip him. The facility was a decent size. It's closed in so it would be helpful if there was a little more ventilation circulating or air fresheners throughout the facility. It's smaller than Sky Zone and they should probably have more people staffed to watch over kids playing at each section. The staff that are there are working hard and busy so kudos to the entire staff I witnessed going back and forth all day. Every staff member we encountered was pleasant and respectful to the adults and the kids. Our package was convenient, we had party bags, ice cream sandwiches, pizzas and drinks. I would have a party here again if we can choose to have Anthony as our host. He made sure our experience was pleasant with no worries. read more

I really appreciated that they let us bring in our own food and they weren't crazy strict about the time frames and let the girls jump the last half hour of our party. I had my kids' birthday party here on Sept 27, 2025, and the whole experience was a mess. I paid a $120 deposit, but at the end of the event my total was still $614.15. I asked about it and was told it included my deposit, but later found out it was actually a $120 "tip" I never approved. The receipt doesn't even say it was a tip. When I called the next day, management didn't get back to me until three days later just to tell me they couldn't refund it. On top of that, the party was chaotic. The place was understaffed, check-in lines were long, and items included in the party package (pizza, drinks, goodie bags) didn't come out until 40+ minutes before the two-hour party ended. For what I paid, the service and organization were unacceptable. Between the overcharge and poor service, I left completely unsatisfied. I would not recommend booking a party here. read more

Update: this place really worked on itself. There are bounce houses in previously under utilized spaces. There are so many obstacle courses and ways to keep the little ones busy and off screens! Dirty, Rude staff. Trash hair all Over like it hasn't been vacuumed and no employees supervising the jump areas. Pieces of the ceiling falling off with sharp edges some of the debris was actually in the trampoline. They turnoff the lights at 7 but some areas are so dark and again no employees supervising it seems very unsafe. Its really too bad that yelp doesn't let you chose 0 stars as an option because it would be really helpful for this review. We were so excited to take out, kids here for the first time and when we got there we were extremely disappointed. When you first walk in, there's only 2 computers to register at which we got to stand in line for almost 30 mins for. After filling out our registration, we stand in line to pay for our kids to jump. It comes out to roughly $50 for 1 hour. I mentioned a coupon that was available online and the kid had no idea what I was talking about which was annoying but whatever....After paying, were hearded like cattle over to this abandoned looking area with like 3 sets of cubbies and looking further back down the end of the building what looks like what used to be an arcade but now a sad dumping ground for old games that dont work. So our kids put their $4 socks on and take off. As im following them, I realized I needed to run out to my car for something and come back to find them and I just walk right in. It blew my mind that there was ZERO security or wrist bands or anything indicating that I was someone's parent and already paid which then pissed me off that I actually paid instead of just walking in since that was clearly allowed. What realllllllly concerns me is the fact ANYONE can just walk right in and snatch someone's kid! Again, ZERO security watching for people coming in and or leaving. Shame on you Get Air. That SHOULD BE TOP PRIORITY! I really want to pull my Karen card and speak to someone higher up about that. I didn't feel safe taking my eyes off my kids for 1 second bc of that unfortunate fact. After about an hour, my kids are dying of thirst of course so I brace myself to find a snack bar and spend $10-$12 dollars on a simple drink for them but to my surprise, THERES NO SNACK BAR. NOTHNG. NADA. ZIP. There are however empty vending machines conveniently located in the abandoned cubby/empty arcade graveyard area. So that was kind of Get Air to provide. Thanks for that. Not to mention, ZERO NADA ZIP soap in the bathroom. And empty hand sanitizer dispensers attached to pillars around the place. Which then leads me to think, every single person walking around in this building, hasn't washed their hands after using the bathroom INCLUDING STAFF. GROSS.....and my kids are literally swimming in a pit of foam full of germs. COOL. This place is DISGUSTING and after the no soap incident, I walked up to the counter where I paid and asked to speak to a manager and was told there wasn't 1 available to me but they'll let someone know about the no soap. Thanks kid with no name tag so I can't even name drop here. I will NEVER come back, allow my kids to come back and will let everyone know that unless you'd like to fear you're going to end up on a Netflix special where your kids been kidnapped in broad daylight, end up with hepatitis from how dirty it is, have your kids possibly pass out from dehydration because there's ZERO beverages sold there, and spend an arm and a leg while doing all this, DO NOT COME HERE! It's about 3 or 4 play areas for kids to play Basketball, jump into foam pits, and do whatever else they do. But, I must say I wasn't impressed with the upkeep and quality of the facility and equipment. Wear and tear are to be expected. However, staff wasn't readily available for basic questions so it was organized chaos. It's obvious, this business needs restructuring along with customer service training. Visited for a family friends kids Bday and wow...either they are severely understaffed or they do not care. Either way it was not the best, hospitality for a private party room was underwhelming, bathrooms were not clean and smelled like a back alleyway but at least they had toilet paper u guess, no staff watching to keep an eye out for people/kids coming in or out. Not only into the building but also into the "jump park" no "refs" watching to make sure kids or adults for that matter weren't doing anything unsafe or inappropriate. No one checking if people were wearing wrist bands, and only saw one employee one time fix a pad that had fallen down, I had my own kids fix 2-3 pads that had fallen off. Again not sure if it's was just a visit on a bad day, or severely understaffed or just plain don't care but I'm hoping it's not the latter. I hope this place gets their act together but won't be visiting that facility any time soon. read more

I love it's a large open space for the children to play. It's COLD ASF in here, uncomfortably cold. I provide supervised visitations so i am here 2-3 hours bi weekly. For over 2 months the vending machine had not been restocked on top of not having hot food or snacks to purchase. Some of the mats are ripped and coming up from the floor in the jump area which is hazardous. The restroom is always disappointing, I dread going in there. The ceiling looks to be coming apart. As a business owner myself I can tell when something is a money grab or when management is not passionate about the their business anymore. (Went a few months ago: here's my experience) This place needs to be shut down and redone. There are so many safety hazards and barely any staff to monitor what's going on. Kids can get access to places they shouldn't (like under the trampolines) and that is not good. Also wires are exposed all over, restrooms are usually dirty or out of supplies and if you look up at the ceiling it's practically falling. Can't blame the employees, but management definitely needs to do something before someone gets hurt! Update in May: a Karen messaged me to inform me that improvements have in fact been made ! Great concepts. This is a trampoline park. They offer great party packages the birthday party rooms are equipped for your party needs . The rooms upstairs are cool because you can see the entire park. Now i think the bathrooms could be more clean and renovated. More security at the front door. This place services children so i think creating a better security system would be ideal. One cool thing they set up massage chairs around the park for adults to sit on and pay for massage while watching kids this is an awesome idea. Also again i would have to say cleanliness is an issue here. Parent's security is also a big one for me. Also not much to offer regular people whom are not a party. read more

From the minute I stepped into this location there was a strong smell of urine and the floors were dirty. Lucky for me I just dropped of my teens so they were the unlucky ones that had to deal with the smell for two hours. When I picked them up I used the restroom and it wasn't clean, they complained that the smell was all over the facility. I like this place with my family to go as a kid I always went and had fun, the only thing is that it is expensive but for a good reason

So I planned my daughters 7th bday here. Cheapest package still runs over $400 after everything. We had a horrible experience. This place is DISGUSTING, DIRTY, POOR KEPT & the employees including the manager are even worse. They assign you a "party coordinator" who doesn't do any coordination at all. She popped in twice to see if we were okay and needed anything then a third with her broom and cleaning supplies to kick everyone out. Mind you we were 5 mins over. Didn't even give anyone an opportunity to get their things together everyone was rushed out. Isn't a coordinator supposed to coordinate the party? Including the schedule and how things are being taken care of?Paying this much and having such a crappy experience is not what I expected. I spoke to the manager and all he had to say was he was sorry I felt that way. They don't have a kitchen or any food in the vending machines I found that out when I went to try to order more pizza. Also if you try to bring outside food they charge $50. This place needs to be shut down as there are several things that need to be repaired or just cleaned in general.
