Such an upsetting experience after only being inside Chuck e Cheese for two hours with our family, a month ago I submitted a police report and complained to CEC for someone slashing my tires in their parking lot. When I came in to speak to the manager she wrote down all my information and proceeded to tell me corporate would reach out. I have yet to receive a call. I called again and they would not even write the police report down and she proceeded to tell me that Corporate would call me on Tuesday. All I wanted was to know if we could review the cameras to see who it was but then I was told they only get the front of the handicap area. This is the only CEC in our area, UNFORTUNATELY, but my daughters have always enjoyed coming here (even though it only gets pricier every time, like pay extra to jump?!). I will stay away for a long time or just go elsewhere because from what I was told this happens often and CEC does not do anything about it?! I miss the 90s chuck e cheese, we went yesterday and it was just sad. The salad bar was all bad, they use to offer some protein options such as ham and eggs. I get that eggs got expensive but come on offer some kind of protein they took away the ham too. The salad bar was 11.99 alone. If your not going to offer protein then make the salad 6.99. The pizza was alright its the same as its always been, adults you wont get filled up but its a tasty snack. Lets talk about those games, it use to be token based which was awesome cause 20.00 got you alot of tokens. Now its point based or all you can play, I appreciate that except now your only getting a few tickets per game and the prizes do not match the cost of the tickets. So my mom paid 58 dollars qnd got a salad bar, a xlarge pizza and 4 soft drinks. My husband and I got 2 60 min game cards and a salad bar 68.00 dollars. I really don't make many reviews but I read them often, and after having my child's birthday party today here (a great success!), I feel like I need to do my part to make sure the stars are much more reflective of the experience! The kids had an incredible time and the host of the party was so chill and supportive. The pizza quality was better than expected and everything was clean and working well. I am so very happy that we decided to have my kid's first big party here after covid! Definitely worth it, especially compared to prices for other places (indoor playgrounds etc). Let me get the bad out of the way. It smelled...and I mean the carpet stunk. I get it's a kids place and people spill things but the heat inside made it worse. It definitely got better once they kicked the AC on but only after we asked them to. The good: unlimited times play cards totally worth it! Our kids had a blast. They enjoyed the pizza. My daughter wanted to come here before going home. As we entered, we were given stamps so that we stay together before leaving. They check your hand to see if you match the number they give you before leaving. I was unimpressed with this location. As we entered, there was a foul smell that I disliked. More like a combo of body odor, vomit and toe jam. I didn't care for the smell. It was throughout the whole inside. There were minimal games to play. We seemed to be playing the same games over and over. Not much to choose from. My daughter loved the games and rides. My daughter enjoys anything fun. Before leaving, we had the lady add our point vouches after putting them in the machine. She miscalculated our points after putting them in her calculator. She had them scattered and almost ripped us off of 300 points. We added them on our calculator on our iPhones. My daughter got a gum ball machine, candy and an arrow. Very cool. We had my daughters birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese on a Saturday at 3:00pm. We arrived 30 minutes early to check in for our party [recommended of course] we waited at the door to get my families hands stamp [great safety security function]. After we got stamped we proceeded to check in for our party. They did only have 2 people checking in/cashiers which I felt 1 or 2 more would have been a good idea on a busy Saturday. We checked in and were informed where our party would take place and that our server would meet us shortly. Our server Dana greeted us within 5 minutes and went over our party package and additional food request. The building was pretty crowded when we arrived but luckily when we set out to play, there were not as many people in the play area [score]. We requested our food come out at 330pm and our server made sure it was on time! She kept in contact with me throughout the whole party and kept checking on us. Even found me on the play floor to inform me of the signing celebration. We purchased the $15.99 package that included pizza, unlimited drinks [in cute souvenir cup], dippin dots ice cream, a goodie bag [didn't include candy, just novelties], and a 2 hour unlimited play card. I do wish we would have been informed that we could pause our time cards, our time ran while we ate and did the cake. Play floor - Their was a good variety of games, we came across maybe 2 games that were down. Lots and lots of tickets were won BUT the price counter was pretty expensive. Now I understand why it was 2 hours unlimited. We had 1,600 tickets and got a slinky, 2 lollipops, 8 mini airheads, stickers and a little novelty toy. Glade the kids had fun winning the tickets, but my 8 & 9 year old were kinda bummed they didn't get as many prizes as they would have at lets say Dave & Busters with 1,600 tickets. Chuck E. - It was nice that Chuck E. Came out to sing for the birthday celebration but it was a bummer that the classic Chuck E. On stage playing in the band was no more. Loved that when I was younger. Over all, we had a great experience all for a great price. Super clean Chuck E. Cheese. Took my little one here to beat the Monday blues after school and although it was pretty empty the staff was on top of things. We came in to meet for a birthday party, the place was packed full of people. The staff was very helpful when it came to us needing anything. Every now and again the mouse came out, and gave the kids a show. The games were fun for our 6 and 3 year old. The pizza wasn't bad, they improved something, and what ever it was, it Emma's decent. The place was clean, for the most part, nothing to complain about there. It truly was a party setting, lots of fun and laughter. Glad I didn't read the reviews first lol or else we probably wouldn't have gone! That being said it was fun of course. But I will agree the pizza sucks. We ordered a large half ham and half pineapple. For some reason that was apparently REALLY complicated 30 -45 minutes later the first one came out half pineapple and half cheese. After I pointed it out to the lady, she said she would make us a medium which I felt was perfectly acceptable since the kids had started eating the pineapple half and all we really wanted was the ham half. Well about 45 minutes later she brought out the pizza....it was pineapple and ham on the entire pizza I gave up! Lol it had already been over 90 minutes. Kids were not patient at all. But I still gave 3 stars because the salad bar was awesome! I am very dissatisfied with this Chuck E. Cheese's manager Dana this evening. I ordered one medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and one large cheese pizza with extra cheese. My total came out to $50 and some change. After waiting for about 15mins we were notified our pizzas were ready. The cheese pizza looked very sad without extra cheese and had lots of big bubbles air bubbles. I was originally going to just take the pizzas and go cause I was tired but no, I paid $50 for 2 pizzas I should get what I paid for. The manager offered to remake the large cheese which I originally agreed to but as we were waiting for that to cook I was still holding my medium pizza and I thought now one pizza will be hot and one will be warm. So I went back to the register and asked for a refund. Dana the manager comes out and refunds me for the large cheese pizza only. I said no I want a refund for both pizzas. She begins to argue with me and say there was only an issue with one of the pizzas. I told her I don't care I no longer want either and requested a refund for both pizzas again. She stares at me for a moment and then slams down the receipt and begins to process my refund for the 2nd pizza. I do not appreciate this treatment as a customer. If the pizza would have met the quality I paid for to begin with there would be no issues. It is completely ridiculous to ask somebody to pay $50 for two pizzas that are not at satisfaction. This location is just gross. See my photo of the salad bar, which I would not touch with a 10-foot pole. I wouldn't let my daughter go in the playground area, because who knows what's in there. The games are constantly breaking, either eating your tokens or not spitting out tickets. I had 2 older kids (10-12 range) who were not mine bark at me to go get someone who works there because their tickets weren't coming out, on 2 separate ocassions. I was there with my own small child, whom I'm not about to leave so that these kids can have their tickets. I'm not your mom, kid, you're out of luck. And some of the people walking around this place are ridiculous. Bras and boobs and spandex and butts hanging out - who told them this was appropriate to wear to a children's game and pizza place? I am very familiar with chuckie cheese and many other kid friendly party venues and by far chuckie has quality and patience rather than rushing your party by far all the others is all the same. However the energy and excitement music lights will always be something valuable and amazing that chuckie cheese offers for cheap. We've been so many times and they're announcing him coming out and my kids get excited and he's a no show. Staff is 5 stars! Always nice! But today 8/10/21 at 1pm we were there and stayed about 2 hours. When we left I thought my kids were gassy because I kept smelling stench. Finally around 6pm my daughter jumped on my husband and he got a good smell of her shorts/butt area and he yelled for me to come sniff her. So I did (we are way past the diaper stage with both kids!) she smelt like a dirty poop and pee diaper BAD! So I yelled for my oldest and I smelt her shorts and SAME SMELL! I ripped my shorts off so fast and sure enough I reeked too!!! My oldest said "I saw a wet puddle by the piano game on the left chair but didn't think anything of it." This is beyond disgusting! Parents should not allow their kids to sit in a full diaper that it actually leaks all over the chairs. But also the staff should be cleaning stuff and wiping things down periodically and they clearly aren't or else we a party of 3 would not have come home smelling like a dirty diaper! I'm so grossed out I had to Lysol our clothes before putting them in the wash. Absolutely disgusting!! Went there today to have some fun. The games and rides were limited but were all in working conditions. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our games ran out of tickets a few times but we quickly found someone to help us. we have come here a few times me my hubby and our 5 children and we have never had any complaints with this location at all. maybe because we go late and try to avoid crowds. staff have always been kind friendly and when we have to wait they always say sorry and comp. us with some free tokens for the wait and it makes the kids happy more time for them. Staff are mostly young kids going to school and working too so me and my family don't rush them and i guess that's why we have always had a very pleasant time. If games don't work someone always comes around to fix it. The food is fast food pizza and wings also salad bar too. Its for kids taste not parents really. all my kids like coming here and always have a blast. now on our most recent visit they are loading token on to a card like a pass and you have to tap the card on the games to play. you keep this card and reload it whenever its out. they now have different styles of crust for the pizzas too. So i think you should try it for yourselves and see if its for you. i think if you are going for the kids you most likely will have a great time. read more

Amazing Chucky cheese this Chuck e cheese was the biggest chuck e cheese I've ever seen. I haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese in a month and I will continue to go there this place is very clean including the bathroom. The bathrooms in other Chuck E. Cheese are dirty but here it's very clean. Chucky is very friendly and most Chuckys only gives high 5s but this one gives Secret handshakes to kids. Randomly was craving some check e cheese pizza got a personal and a side salad and I wasn't disappointed lol brought back childhood memories

The staff isn't friendly at all but what do you expect from teenagers running the place. I always go around 12pm during the week so there really isn't a lot of people there which is good. Every time I've went they are always cleaning the machines and other areas which is great. The pizza isn't bad but not the best either. I hate that they use cards now instead of tokens but I can understand because it's a lot cleaner and less hassle. I wish that all the games where still 1 token but times change. Absolutely wonderful Chuck E. Cheese location thanks to Monica and Ruby. The staff makes all the difference in the world when it comes to Chuck E. Cheese's. I used to avoid this location many years ago but I'm glad we came today! It's clean here, all the staff is friendly and attentive, but I had to mention Ruby and Monica by name because they went above and beyond! There seems to be good management and a great staff here now because it is felt in the atmosphere. I would also like to add, the pizza here is far superior to Little Cesar's or Dominos. They now have stuffed crust pizza and it is legit! Had some today in fact. read more
