The pizza is great and play area is mostly clean. The men's restroom handicap stall had the toilet paper roll laying on the ground. There was poop splatters on the wall in both stalls. The stainless steel in the stalls had spit, poop and other filth on it. Both Pepsi dispensers were out of syrup. Sadly the staff did not seem to care when it was brought to their attention. Not the same experience we had last time. The teenage staff was polite and knowledgeable on our previous visit and the restrooms were clean and well stocked. The soda and salad bar was also well stocked on our previous visit. Don't know why this time so much fell short of basic standards. Hey the Pizza was still great! I have my girls birthday parties here all the time, they prefer here over Johns incredible pizza...We have had 4 parties at this location and they were all a blast. The sandwiches are yummy and the pizza and entertainment are a hit with my girls. I can't complain about anything...our hostesses for each party were very dedicated to our party guests being satisfied. We only have parties scheduled during the week cause weekends are packed but our family all have a great time here and the games have always worked for us. Sucky cheese .. Took 45 minutes to bring out an order of large fries and buffalo wings (mind you the buffalo wings are a total joke, looking super skimpy and teeny tiny). Pizza total downgrade in taste than it was before, and about everything went up $10 in price.. Holy !$&@ I can't believe it Chuck E Cheese's is even worse than I remember. Haven't been in a long time, but with all the recent commercials on TV advertising how much they have changed for the better and my kid asking to see what it's like I figured I'd give it a go. Every kid should get to experience Chuck E Cheese at least once in their life I thought to myself. But in conclusion F this place F this place, JK sort of lol. Still nasty food, still dirty as hell, still ghetto $&@ people. All tho the clientele was mostly Goons, Ratchet Hoes, and a bunch of rowdy, whiny bebe kids I was surprised the staff actually seemed like decent people and I did not encounter any rudeness from staff even tho they have to face this crowd of people on a regular. Not many games and half of them were out of service. The ticket pay out was very low and the prizes were few and pretty lame. But for some reason kids seem to love Chuck E Cheese my kid included. Went on a Sunday night it was crowded but not over crowded plenty of room and lots of booths to sit at. The guys attending the game area were very attentive, polite and fast as they kept up with getting everyone's food orders out as well as cleaning up the tables as soon as they could. What a worst service. It's busy night and the staff who was doing the prize exchange was so rude, raising her voice to me in front of my kids and other customers. my kid, 4 years old was confused to pick the prize. I have to say, I was very very disappointed this evening. I grew up ShowBiz Pizza before it became Chuck E cheese. I wasn't crazy about the rat but it was a nice place for children to go to. Tonight's example of a fun place for children to go to went totally down the toilet. Almost every table was filthy and the floors looked as if no one worked there. Management seems to be a complete joke. No one is monitoring how the children behave around the various games& activités. It's obvious that the clientele in the area seem to be running the business not the management. Our family will never go over there at least this to this location, ever again. Sorry folks you guys rated real low on March 18, 2017. We came to celebrate our son 3rd Birthday. I stood in line for 45 minutes to make and order, When my turn came we had to wait for the only manager to tell her cashier that she is still on break and was not interested in serving your paying customer an adult beverage now, as she yelled this at the cashier The salad bar was dirty needed attention, and lot of veggie and meats where gone. We went for fundraising night for my little sisters elementary school, and it everything was pretty great. The staff was really helpful and kind , and one of the girls there was the most kindest and energetic employees there! She seems to actually like her job and interact with kids and helping them out in getting their prizes in exchange for their tickets. I would've given this Chuck E. They changed their game machine tokens for an electronic Play Card, unlike the tokens which were valued at 1 TOKEN for 1 game, The electronic PLAY CARD withdraws 1.8 credit for each game; now charging almost double their replaced token system Also, it seemed that the game machines would withdraw 2 or even 3 credits trying to get the machines to work.
