While the party was cool chicly seems tired and winded. Was expecting more ra ra from him. The kids had a blast.

I address this to the owner/manager, with the best intentions: The kids that you have working there aren't lazy, they are well-trained and actually do the best they can. But they're obviously having a hard time because you're understaffed. My standards are not high - I seriously don't care if your food is great or horrible. Kids like terrible food, and personally, I think your cheesy bread rocks. I don't care if half of your games are broken, because I'm not playing them. 10 bucks for enough tokens to make my kid think he had an "experience?" We're good. I come here every few weeks because your marketing has it's hooks in my son, and he loves you. Plus, you're 10 minutes away and a billion times cheaper than Disneyland. But come on - it's like you're not even trying. The place is packed with birthdays on weekends, and God knows the rent can't be expensive in San Bernardino. You're making money, clearly. Can you just do the bare minimum? By that I mean send the guy in the rat costume out when you say you're going to. I have sat there time after time listening to that stupid recording say "Get ready, party people! Your buddy Chucky is so EXCITED to see you! He's gonna dance with you, and give you tickets!" Then there's the countdown that says he's coming out in 5... 4... 3... etc. I've watched the kids jumping up and down and running over to where the rat's gonna come out, and - no rat. It's really sad! I go there early in the day, when there aren't that many kids there, so I understand that maybe it's not cost effective to spare one of your 4 (minimum wage, 19 year old) employees to put on the costume for 5-10 minutes, but Christ - don't announce the non-event every half hour! I know you make your money in prime hours and birthdays, and you're not hurting there. But Chucky is your brand, so don't let him suck. read more

Hadn't taken my kids in a very long time since they are autistic and get overwhelmed easily. The girl who attended us was so patient and kind and even gave my son a balloon that he wanted from the back area. Thank you so much for making our experience just as fun as any other child!! read more

A number of things bother me about this Chuck E Cheese and here are the things that top the list. 1. About Half of the Arcade games/rides are broken or not working. They do not put "Out Of Order" Signs on these, so kids are loosing tokens on games that don't work. 2. Not very clean. Looked like it hasn't been vacuumed in a long time. 3. Pizza is nasty. Eat elsewhere and just get drinks here and play what games are working. My husband even hates the pizza and he is the type of person that could eat pizza everyday. 4. There were expletives (swear word) graffiti all over the women's restroom that had not been taken care of. Any kid that can read, can read that. I would expect that at a gas station, but not a place geared to Kids. 5. We heard them telling the people ahead of us that they don't accept coupons from the newspaper. 6.Manager was rude to employees and even YELLED at them in front of us for trivial things. Things I did like: 1. The toddler area has quite a few more rides and things to do for toddlers than some of the locations I have been to. 2. All games are 1 token (which could be all locations I am not sure) 3. The new kid check in and out is good. I really surprisingly like the Location on E street in San Bernardino Much better. I wanted to acknowledge our birthday party host Kim, she was so helpful and professional. We scheduled for a Thursday to avoid crowds but couldn't be avoided. Even though we had to wait a bit she made sure she helped us throughly and gave our party a complimentary play card. During our reservation there is a birthday treat where Chuck E greets the birthday guest, my daughter was bombarded by a group of kids getting in her way, blocking her cake, intruding our pictures but Kim was able to handle the situation in a polite manner. Not one parent thought this was inappropriate which was a bit upsetting but Kim tried to make our day a great one and for that we let it go. My daughter ended her 5th birthday with tons of smiles! read more

I wish i cld give zero stars but u cant. My daughter got all scratched up on the slide/maze they have. Like 2 big screws werent covered and they gouged her, so her skin is probably still on those screws cuz i doubt they clean the inside of that maze thoroughly. Anywho, the assistant manager offered me 10 feee tokens for the mishap! That was a joke to me, and insulting! Whats that gonna do for my baby's scratched up back?!? They didnt even offer bandaids. They said theyd tell me if their team found anything that could have caused this and that they would shut down the maze till they fond it. Hate this place. I only come when its a very very close family member's birthday party. Most of us couldn't stomach the pizza. I ordered chicken and fries, and the chicken weren't so bad. Overall the experience was bad. I went for someone's birthday and the service for ordering food and getting the cake was pretty good. Also, the animatronic chuck e cheese had its head turned around completely 180 degrees. It doesn't really matter, but it was pretty bizarre when it started dancing around. Fast forward to playing games, for the most part the games worked pretty well, some of them were broken, more than I'd be happy with if I were management. I had to go get the only technician that was there more than a few times. Then we get done playing and want to count our tickets. When you go to look, there appears to be 8 different ticket counting machines when in reality only one actually worked and you had a line of several people waiting for that one machine. For me, it took well over an hour to count all of my tickets. Then, fast forward to exchanging tickets for prizes. The cashier was very inattentive. He would leave and do something else at random intervals without saying anything to me while supposedly helping me pick prizes. He ended up miscounting our tickets by a few hundred and had already thrown the receipts away ripped up. We decided not to say anything as it would be pointless and would add maybe another 20 minutes to the tooth pulling experience that is chuck e cheese. Overall its pretty clear that the management does not care. It wasn't a total loss as the food was pretty good and the girl hosting our party was very on top of it. But, it all went downhill as soon as we stopped eating. Everything is broken. The games, the ticket counters and the employees. And by that I mean they are severely understaffed. I have no intention of coming back and would not recommend coming to this chuck e cheese location. read more

Came in earlier today with my nephew. As we walked in, the facility smelled very bad. I even had to ask the greeter what the smell was. The restaurant was permeated with a smell of urine (I know, pretty disgusting). The worker told me it was because the carpet had been recently washed (ummmm hmmm). Glad we came on a weekday as there weren't many people. Our pizza came out promptly & the salad bar was tidy. Only one game was out order. Been here a few times, for birthday parties. Today we had a party, arrived on time, but had to wait for our food order to be clarified in order to get the wristbands for our kids... they should be given out right away for the host of the party to hand out, Kids don't understand having to wait. Food was ok, beer and salad bar was super over priced. It was hot af, no circulation! Which makes the whole place stink! Smells like a high school bathroom! Foul! Service was terrible. Games were filthy, one specifically. The duck in the water game, the doors on each side were open, and mold in the water! So nasty!!! This place by far is the dirtiest place I have ever been to! I wish I had the option not to even give 1 star this place has a bad odor the tables look like they are not well cleaned the napkin boxes have food stuck on them the pizza I received was cold and the wings, I had to return the pizza I received it was poorly made, the customer service was so bad I overall had a bad experience here and I will never come here again this place needs to be under new management and these restrooms are so dirty you can see that the trash and the toilets stained. We always try to come to this chuck e cheese. It's a little further away but it's way cleaner than the one by our house. The staff here is awesome and it's never very packed when we come. Then again we come first thing when they open!. We will always continue to come to this one. read more

Worst experience ever!!! Thats coming from the father of my nephew. I came here for my nephew's birthday so the kids could have fun. I am not a parent but I love my family. So I came here to support and try and have a lil fun. They didn't have any beer for myself to drink. It's San Bernardino for God's sake. Everyone in this city drinks. Horrible went there today horrible customer service and just overall depressing we ordered the Combo 4 that cost $50+ I'm not sure on what the amount was but it came with a side ,our side was wings also came with some fries and some bread and a large pizza I kid you not they sent 4 wings that tasted like freezer not even a small size of fries and pizza had lots of air bubbles in it . staff that was working some of them were friendly and other not. Also one thing I noticed is that they don't greet you at the door or even when u get to the counter , also if u are planning to get out any of your tickets u Better plan to do that another day we stood there waiting for a staff to help us and they didn't they had no customers in the front and even looked back and seen us standing there and didn't help I think it very unprofessional to be working at a business or just anywhere and having a AirPod in the whole time . The food here is not good. I've been to several Chuck E. Cheese's where the pizza is much better. The sauce was lacking and almost nonexistent. The staff is overworked and you wait in line a very long time to get service or help. The restaurant is not clean even though staff are attempting to keep it clean but there's just not enough of them. I would avoid this place and go to a different location, Shakey's, or John's incredible pizza. read more

We waited over an hour for pizza and the management team didn't care or offer to remedy the situation. They were very rude about it and gave attitude. We also had an issue with one of the game machines and the people on the floor supposed to be helping were very rude when asked for help and accused me of lying. They need to hire better employees. The older male, manager just looked at us while we waited at the counter for nine minutes to order pizza. He failed to greet us or ask another staff member to assist us. We arrived about 7pm and we couldn't find a place to sit our party of about 15 due to the fact the tables weren't being used but we're not cleaned from previous parties..so we cleared our own spot of trash and wiped the tables down ourselves. Went there on a Sunday afternoon. Several rides were broken and the games ate our coins. We tried to get a refund but we're tired of waiting for someone who would "be right there." My biggest gripe is the ticket machines, out of 10 ticket machine, only one worked. Why is that? So as I was trying to feed my daughters ticket into the only working machine in the place, I was getting glared at by other parents. Hey, don't blame me for machines not working. The pizza is great and play area is mostly clean. The men's restroom handicap stall had the toilet paper roll laying on the ground. There was poop splatters on the wall in both stalls. The stainless steel in the stalls had spit, poop and other filth on it. Both Pepsi dispensers were out of syrup. Sadly the staff did not seem to care when it was brought to their attention. Not the same experience we had last time. The teenage staff was polite and knowledgeable on our previous visit and the restrooms were clean and well stocked. The soda and salad bar was also well stocked on our previous visit. Don't know why this time so much fell short of basic standards. Hey the Pizza was still great!
